We just had the pleasure of staying for 3 nights and it was a wonderful experience! The room was clean, the service was friendly and the bed, very comfy!

Not to bad of a place to stay at. The room was decent size, lots of towels, breakfast was good. Unlike most Continental breakfasts, this one had Beans, sausages, and hot boiled eggs. Would recommend for the fall season. Tons of families running around all crazy like. All loud and obnoxious.

Hotel in a great location right off the high way. Some signage by where you turn in may be blocked by other signs. Hotel for the most part is really but is starting to show signs of age. I would say Reno's are in its future.

Good hotel with a nice indoor swimming pool. Room size is reasonable. Nothing fancy but everything is clean.

Excellent hotel. Very clean and reasonably priced. Many amenities available. Laundry, tuck shop, free coffee, to name a few. Very biker-friendly. An amazing bike wash station. The staff are all extremely helpful and friendly. They are all very nice. The hotel is immediately adjacent the highway with restaurants, mall, etc, nearby. I definitely recommend this location. We will absolutely stay here again.

Very nice hotel with a great pool. There's a water slide and a hot tub. Free coffee and breakfast between 6am and 10am. Lovely room with comfortable bed and pillows. You'll enjoy comfort here.

Nice hotel but way to expansive. We were looking for somewhere to spend 3 weeks while we are homeless as our home sale closes and our new home purchase closes. But even with a "discount" they want 3 grand for 3 weeks. Might be worth a night or 2 but definitely not worth the price they want for longer as well as we would only be able to stay for 3 nights then have to be out for 2 nights then stay for 4 nights and be out for 3 nights due to room rentals already.

We were there for my neices birthday. The pool was nice and the room we were given to use was well kept.

Nice enough place to stay. Clean and safe. Although the walls are paper thin and was kept up past 11 due to noise. It has a pool which is great if you have kids Or want to rent it out for a birthday party. Breakfast was included but definitely not gluten free friendly.

Rooms are small, parking is limited but it is close to both the hwy and local shopping area. Fine for a quick stay of a day or so.

Great place to stay in Amherst NS, only hotel with a pool and complimentary breakfast bar. Just off exit 3 by the Toyota dealership.

The Super 8 is a splendid place to be, whether it be for work purposes, over night travel or planning a birthday party for the kids. Always clean upon inspection and staff ready to help.

Decent service and rooms — good water slide for kids. Coffee machine in room didn't work, but that's no big deal. For a 2 star hotel I expected less.

Was there for an 8yr old girls birthday party. Great looking lobby. Small breakfast area with views of the waterside. Kids were loving the heated pool, hot tub, and waterslide. After they were played out, off to private meeting room for pizza and presents.

Booked a party with them recently, would not recommend this to anyone! I paid the same as a room would but for an hour and we had so many extra kids from the hotel that where acting like animals that my daughter just ended up getting out. The parents and staff wouldnt say a word. Never again!

Was very comfy. Friendly staff. Breakfast was to be expected Continental it's ok. Next time find out if their is a hockey tournament before booking. Kids were not to late little noisy but they are kids. Parents were up til 1:30 loud and very noisy not considerate of others at all. Nice room. Water pressure very good.

The water slide was a plus. The pool was clean and the hot tub was running fine. The rooms were kept clean and everything was alright. The only downside was the breakfast. I was really expecting more. There wasn't much selection early in the morning but as we were checking out, we saw more food items being brought out. That's why I'm not giving it full stars.

Great place! The best beds beating out Comfort Inn/ Days Inn by far. Indoor pool with giant slide + hot-tub + minigolf+ ample breakfast the next morning made our stay restful+ memorable. I was surprised as it looked tacky from outside but found it to be good value for the money.

Best bed and pillows by far, I wish I could live there. The pool was excellent! 80 ft super fast slide, little area for smaller kids and a hot tub. Breakfast was good, staff was great. Nice and quite, even though it's on the hwy. Definitely make this a stop ✋ you won't regret it.

Clean hotel, and very kid friendly. The pool have a shallow section with splash pad kind of set up. The water slide is also wicked. My kids had a blast. Comfortable beds, friends staff. Our stay included breakfast which was a small buffet, but good enough. I will stay at a super 8 again.

My son recently attended a birthday party at the Super 8 in Amherst. For the first half of the get together, they had access to the pool, water slide, and hot tub. The kids all had a great time. The water slide is huge and lots of fun, the water temperature was perfect, and the hot tub was super relaxing. After a fun swim, everyone moved to a conference room. There was lots of space and seating, and it was very clean. The staff bent over backwards to accommodate the guests. I was very impressed by the party facilities at the Super 8 Amherst.

Summer for a child's party, the pool was very good.

The room was nice. It was a bit pricey though, and the breakfast wasn't that great. We didn't have a chance to use the pool.

Rooms were nice and the pool was tuff.
