We weren't able to stay due to a change of plans but the customer service was excellent. I found them helpful, willing to accomodate our needs, and left us with a feeling like we would have been cared for, in person, well if we would have been able to stay there. Thank you!

It's a great option for someone looking for a decent accommodation at a reasonable rate. The location is pretty reasonable. The room quality and cleanliness is not top notch, but more than fair to the price. INFO: Many of the booking sites show that the check in must be done by 11pm. That's not quite true. The check in desk is open till late at night.

Bed bugs, dirty room… Do not stay here!

The room was really clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfy and even the couch was relaxing. Would definitely recommend this motel for anyone staying in the area.

The carpets where filthy and one on top of each other, the bathroom had mold around tub, the front door was dirty and when you closed the door it was just as filthy, the cutlery tray had dirt in it, the toaster had not been cleaned out in ages, this is just a small portion of the dirt in the place, even if it is outdated, it can be cleaned up, cracks patched and fresh pain done, including the very worn out front wood step.

Decor is very old with awkward room shape. Lots of waiting for the other person to walk by before you can access any other part of the room. We found a left over shirt and napkins on the ground when we arrived so cleaning crew doesn't seem too thorough. Rooms seem soundproof but the doors to outside are not at all. The fridge was from the cold war I think. It probably costs them more in electricity then buying a new fridge. Bed was super comfy.

The owner was super kind, top notch service! We weren't feeling well and asked to leave early and he kindly (and didn't have to at all) refunded us for the night we were not staying. They are very hard working and we really appreciated their hospitality. The room was clean when arrived as well!

This motel is very clean nice heated pool also very nice people and you will have the time of your summer there so go to plaza motel now.

Booked this hotel as a last minute overnight. The hotel room was clean but very dated. The rooms in this town are all over priced. Free parking and Wi-Fi are included in the rate. Probably wouldn't choose this property again.

Stayed here for 2 nights, great experience. Sukhi and his family were so helpful.

Would have been nice to have a mat. Had to be extremely cautious when showering. The odour in our suite wasn't satisfying despite it being non-smoking.

Older, but nice. Good price, good service. Low on storage space (closets, dressers etc)

Love the plaza motel. Best rates, in the heart of the city close to everything. I always stay here when I'm in penticton. Rooms are upgraded and taken care of and the selling feature for me and always will be was when I accidentally paid $60 too much and never had a clue until the manager brought it to my room and told me. Those new bills are terrible for sticking together but didn't matter here… they were returned. I respect that.

Good clean rooms with plenty of parking. We stay here every year and get the same suite. Manager very helpful and goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome.

The staff was very friendly. The place was okay for the price and was clean. The pool area could use some renovation.

Booked for one night 25 July 2015, on the 21st July & due to unforeseen circumstances had to cancel one (1) hour later. Plaza charged our credit card & refuses to reimburse as they say they have a one week cancellation policy: but, in BC there is an law that states you have 48Hrs to cancel any contract without penalty. Also checked with the motel on the evening of the 25th & they stated they were full with no rooms available, so they got double the fee for our room. They are very rude to deal with & in my opinion have no consideration or concern for the customers. Beware when booking with them, Bad, Bad, Bad place. Dave.
