Just a lovely spot. Enjoyed immensely, friendly staff on every level of service.

Stay and everything went well. When I checked out they said they would call me a cab. 30 minutes of waiting later I called my own cab and missed my flight. They say they call cabs but they just send you downstairs to wait for what ever comes. When I complained they told me to try Uber. Real nice.

Very nice place and a few steps from several sports venues and shows.

Here for a large conference. Nice spacious rooms and events — food is fantastic! Regular coffee would be better than espresso in rooms. Staff is wonderful,

Mayra and Eis were great at the front desk. Annabelle and others from Housekeeping were very attentive and helpful, they were quick in delivering our requests. Our room had water view, although it was raining during our stay. The morning view was fantastic. I had a blast celebrating my birthday during our stay. Awesome Dinner at The Victor (Our server Richard was great) & breakfast at Honey Salt.

Had a great birthday gathering in an Ivy suite last night. The staff at the hotel were really great. I also had a delicious breakfast at Honey and Salt. So glad I planned this birthday the JW Marriott!

Loved our room. The view was amazing and we were able to bring our English Bulldog. It was nice to stay in a pet friendly hotel. Great experience!

My girlfriends and I had our annual spa weekend here as the spa we normally went to did not have a lounge for before and after our services. We ended up at the Parq and decided to book a room too. The spa was amazing! our masseuses were great. The lounge had pods so social distancing was not an issue. We checked in a few hours before check in time and were upgraded to a high floor upon check in. We had time before our massages so we ended up having brunch at Honey Salt. Food and service was great. We ended up picking up dinner here too. Took over an hour to get our food but it was delicious. The room was nice. We had a nice water view. The bathroom was roomier. The toilet and the shower had its own doors for privacy. The hair dryer was not what I expected for a high end hotel. It was not very hot nor powerful. The hotel staff were helpful and timely. Anytime we had a request, they were at our door in minutes. We used the hot tub at the Aqua Lounge. Unfortunately it was raining during our stay so we were not able to lounge outside. There was a max of 3 people in the tub at a time during Covid. I'm very surprised they do not have a swimming pool. It would have been nice to have one. In our room we kept watching a Marriott ad of a hotel with a pool. Other than that we had a great stay.

Love this hotel! Staff is always so nice and accommodating. We came here this time to celebrate our wedding anniversary and they have made this little staycation of ours so perfect! From the champagne sent to our room after we checked in, to the lovely written “happy anniversary! ” message that was awaiting for us at our table at the Victor restaurant for dinner. We are never disappointed when we stay here! Side note: Covid protocols are on point here, we felt very safe both in our room and in all the shared spaces throughout the hotel.

Terrible terrible costumer service. I booked 2 hotel rooms with a third party (expedia). I had to cancel because NHL is paused… I have 3 small children, I cannot take any risks.
I contacted Expedia to ask if they can cancel my bookings, right away they said under these circumstances of the Corona virus they will waive my booking, but it is up to the hotel… he phoned the hotel then informed me that they refuse to give me a refund… I contacted the hotel myself. The associate was very rude to me from the start, she said it was my fault because I booked a month ago and knew about the virus, it was not what it is now. And now NHL has no games. My reason for staying at this hotel…
I told her I will rebook with them as soon as we know when the hockey games will start again.
she told me because it is third party they lose money on commission. I informed her that expedia is willing to waive the fees and booking. So I asked to speak to a manager. She told me I can't and this is the end of the line.
I asked for her name and told her I will go further. She then hung up on me. They have lost my service, and we travel to hockey games a lot.

Absolutely stunning hotel and location with beautiful rooms and very personal staff who make you feel welcome.

We have very good experience at the JW Marriott Parq Vancouver. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The hotel is nice and well located. Great choice for accommodation in Vancouver, we would love to come back.

Beautiful hotel. We stayed for a company Christmas party that was held in their conference centre. Party was well done. The hotel and rooms are beautiful. There is access to the casino and nearby shopping.

The staff at this hotel are warm and hospitable. Just about everything they do and say shows that they care. The hotel is extremely well-maintained and quite modern. Even the Honey & Salt restaurant is fantastic with excellent service and very tasty and well-prepared food. We will definitely stay here the next time we visit and highly recommend the JW Marriott Parq hotel!

The hotel has many positive things. Great location, amazing Food, beautiful rooms with lot of amenities (design and quality are truly fantastic) and the best of the Hotels their People. D6 lounge is the place to go and unwind! Great food great service! The casino is a treat as well!

Very large and flashy venue space. Underground parking was easy to find and access, and the food supplied at our event was very fancy and tastey. Everyone was extremely happy to help, from getting directions to fixing our slide projector. Traffic is tricky in the center of the city, but very nice, large, clean spot.

Hotel is perfectly located in heart of downtown and next to the stadium. Walkable to yaletown. Packed with high end furnished and has an executive lounge. Plenty of restaurants connected with 2 floors of casino. Perfect destination for entertainment.

Excellent new luxury hotel in downtown Vancouver. Have stayed twice at this hotel and it is certainly among my favorite hotels for Vancouver. The experiences have been wonderful. It has a large gym facility, the largest I've seen in a North American hotel. A great outdoor whirlpool and sitting/sunbathing area. The restaurants look great but I didn't have a chance to try. It's attached to the downtown casino which has great variety of slots and decent table games. Quite popular especially on weekends attracting the young party crowd. I spent most of my free time at the casino and lost a small fortune but that's quite normal for me as I rarely win in gambling. Luckily I was upgraded to a suite so that made up for some of the loss. The gaming experience was still quite enjoyable. The rooms are modern yet luxurious, clean and quiet, comfortable beds for a good sleep, and the views are great. Staff are always friendly and helpful. There's a free shuttle for a SkyTrain station and Chinatown. I'm happy to see the bathrooms not using the single-use disposable amenities. I was excited to read about Marriott taking this initiative as we all need to drastically reduce the amount of waste we produce. However the reusable container needs a bit of improvement as it was difficult to get body wash out of the pump. Much of my shower time was spent on pumping body wash.

I loved every minute I spent in the JW Marriott. The staff were friendly in every interaction I had. The room was stunning, very modern and clean. I can truly say it was one of my best hotel stays ever.

If you come to Vancouver, you MUST stay at this hotel. It is new, modern, clean, and the staff is EXTREMELY friendly. The fitness center is amazing, and the hot tub patio is sleek (no pool though). Patrick checked us in and was the nicest check-in person I've met — and I've met several. The hotel is simply put, amazing.

Hotel is lovely and clean, however there was a very obnoxiously loud festival or something outside that blared music so loudly I was unable to sleep or drown it out in my room. As I was staying at the hotel for a conference that had morning meetings starting at 6am I was not all that thrilled. Then, as I was leaving, I didn't realize the hotel had a taxi stand in the basement. I was wandering the lobby looking for someone to ask, when I didn't find one I called a taxi myself and went outside to wait. I then had one of the staff very rudely tell me that I wasn't allowed to be picked up there and when I asked why I was told it was 'policy'. I wasn't intending to ruin the entire hotel, but this staff member made me feel I was and was very condescending to me. It would have been appreciated for him to simply explain to me where to go to get a taxi. I finally figured it out on my own. So, word of advice. The taxi stand is downstairs…

I was at Parq for a wedding banquet on a Saturday afternoon/evening. The Venue was not easily accessible by car during rush hour, since downtown Vancouver traffic is pretty terrible. Once I finally reached the front of the hotel, valet parking was quick and easy, and they were polite and professional. The overall venue was well managed and clean. Family and baby friendly. The cocktail reception for the wedding banquet I was attending had very good service, and the food and drinks were excellent. For the banquet, from appetizers to dessert, all the dishes were meticulously prepared. Presentation, plating, and taste were all excellent. However, perhaps some of the servers were a bit new, since they missed my entire section when serving the soup. Once we inquired about it though, the response was quick. At one point, I briefly left the table, and I returned to find that my half finished entree was missing. I was disappointed since it was so tasty. At the same time, I was impressed that they cleaned the tables so efficiently and quickly during the brief moments that I stepped away from the table. The lighting, sound system were all excellent as well. Overall, I would recommend this venue for hosting events.

OMG this hotel is beautiful, love all the fresh feel of the hotel, blew me away when I got there. It even got better when I got to our 2 bedroom suite, there are no words to describe what I felt when I walked in. The views were amazing and in the evening, the lights around the city was an incredible view, I didn't want to leave my room.
Everyone was very friendly and helpful and make my stay very enjoyable and want to go back.
Ate at Honey Salt twice and loved it both times, I even did the High Tea and it was very nice too, I would highly recommend it to anyone who is staying there to experience it.
Location was great, hop on the ferry to Granville Island, lots of vender stalls, similar to Pikes Market Place in Seattle, but even better.

My husband and I live in the Tricities, and we like to indulge in an occasional Stay Vaca! The JW Marriott Parq has become our home away from home Everything from a warm welcome at Valet, to check in, and all the other Fabulous services after that! We always visit, and workout in their fitness gym, that has the best equipment and view! No, they don't have a pool, but to be quite honest, there is no time for that! They are in the middle of all kinds of things to see and do! My husband and I so very highly recommend this hotel! The hotel team are very eager to please! We are always welcomed very warmly! Rooms are immaculate and trendy, with a never disappointing spacious room and view! We classify this fabulous hotel, as our home away from home!

I stayed at the JW Marriott during a conference recently. An outstanding 5-star experience. Everything was first rate. Rooms are wonderful. Staff is friendly and extremely accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Thrilled to have Marriott's twin hotels in my neighborhood. The hotel has some of the coolest rooms and suites, best restaurants and the convention and meeting space is truly incredible. If you are into casinos, it has the newest casino in the area! Perfect for a stay combined with a conference, hockey game, your favorite performers, soccer, football, stags, stagettes, weddings, honeymoons and more!
