We had a great stay at the Best Western Williams Lake Hotel. The people running the hotel are considerate, professional and friendly. We will definitely be back.

I travel often for work and always stay here — the staff are super friendly and accommodating, and I always feel welcome and well taken care of. I’ve particularly appreciated their grab and go breakfasts during the pandemic while their buffet is closed — the breakfast burrito is fantastic! I won’t stay anyplace else in Williams Lake.

I have tried staying here 3 years in a row, always hopeful that I will get a good nights rest. The hallways are loud and staff don’t care and do nothing to compensate your lack of a good nights rest. I come to Williams Lake for work and it’s the newest and nicest hotel but Sandman staff are way more helpful and I have had 2 uninterrupted nights sleep … if you like listening to kids running down the halls, doors slamming and staff that don’t care if you sleep well, go to the Best Western. I will never stay there again.

It took me a while to get my card sorted out, but the front desk was patient and said they will still save the family room for me, which they said they will charge me for a 2 queen room, as just myself and son and they were all booked and no 2 queen rooms left, which was nice. The space in rooms are very spacious. Beds are firm, not soft. The dining room was not open yet, because of Covid, so only had breakfast in a brown bag. 1 muffin, granola bar, manderine orange, yogurt and box juice. I stayed in Best Western in Merritt few days prior and their kitchen was open and had full continental breakfast. Only thing is the bathroom sink plug was broken, plug was closed and water in it. The front desk must have known it was already broken, because I didn't finish my sentence and he said broken? He came to the room right away to look at it and said he will get maintenance to look at it tomorrow. The bathroom sink, which is a singal handle was greasy dirty.

I have stayed in 3 hotels over the last four days travelling. I wiped down every room in each hotel with a cloth and lysol and was disgusted at the the filth. I am so pleased to say that Best Western in Williams Lake was the only one that was spotless clean! no dirt on the cloth after wiping down the room. Thank you to the staff for actually cleaning the rooms! especially during this COVID-19 outbreak, it is even more appreciated. 5 stars!

Great place to come stay for overnight. Travelers rooms are nice n clean. Pretty quiet and good size pool / hot tub.

The room was clean and comfortable but at 8am housekeeping was slamming around and vacuuming outside our door. Non stop loud noise until 9:30 when we went for breakfast. Breakfast was ok but at 10:00 they started racing around cleaning it up while there were people still sitting down to eat. Not a relaxing stay.

I think it's the best place in the town. Pool and hot tub we're good. Nice easy check in and express checkout. We stayed in the suite, two TV's and one bathroom. Beds nice.

I've stayed here over 60 nights in the past year. I have also stayed at many other hotels in town. This one is the best. The combination of kitchen suites, quiet location, pool/fitness areas, location near good eats, laundry room, and friendly staff make this my top local accommodation. Downsides are hot tub issues are normal and location is a bit out of town.

Blood on the bedding dishes dirty garbage dirty filters hair all over the bath tub and all over the bathroom floor and stuff very rude.

Filthy disgusting rooms. Dried blood all over our comforters. Also food stains. We had to have someone come up twice to clean our room and give us clean bedding. This is the worst place. The front desk staff that I originally complained to was very rude and didn't handle the situation well at all. She just put the so called clean comforter down and walked out without even saying sorry.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel on August 1st and 2nd of 2018. We booked a Jacuzzi suite which we could not have been happier with. The check in and check out services were simple and quick, the breakfast that was provided for free was tasty with a great variety of food. Although I generally love this hotel chain, this was the best, Best Western that I have ever stayed at. Thanks guys, you made our stay a great one.

Beautifully appointed room with full kitchen. Very comfortable in every way. The whole hotel is very well appointed. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Williams Lake.

This hotel is excellent. Our room was clean and bed comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was very good, particularly the hot items. The hash browns were hot and fresh and the scrambled eggs were the real deal! We'd stay here again for sure.

Fitness centre is small. Rooms are what you would expect from a best western. This one is relatively new which is nice. Service is alright. It's sort of far out of town but that's a positive. Quiet and peaceful.

This was absolutely the best Best Western I have ever stayed at. So clean so professional. Believe it or not one of the best parts was the continental breakfast. That is usually not one of their highlights but this was clean plentiful fresh and the service was amazing! Definitely a go to next time place.

Large very clean king room. Quiet. Comfortable beds. The best part is the included breakfast! They serve waffles, toast, eggs, sausages, bacon, cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt and more. Stayed twice here during our drive from Vancouver to Houston and back. Will definitely stay here again.

Property seemed well kept up and room was clean and comfortable. Mattress was a bit too firm but all other amenities were good. Breakfast had good selection. Even on highway side the room was quiet.

This is where I will be staying on Williams Lake from now on. Great service, nice, clean rooms and great pet rooms. My new home away from home.

Very nice hotel. Clean pleasant staff. Any problems quickly taken care of. Nice pool and hot tub. Have stayed there a few times and will continue to.

I stopped here for a night while passing through and it's convenient, right off the main road as you drive into town (if you're coming up from the South). The room was spacious, and tidy. For the value and compared to the rest of the hotels in the town, I'd say it's pretty good for a short trip. The gym was really small and the pool was alright, breakfast was just nice and quick not really special, but again for the value it was perfect for me to take a night's rest. The Laughing Loon next door was an alright restaurant, easy and quick to find and did the job. I would definitely stay here again if I ever stop in Williams Lake.

I'm Not saying it's a 5-star hotel but what you get for what you pay is deserving of a good rating from me. I usually need to have 3 separate beds for the guys for work and this hotel can accommodate this for me and they have a great rewards program.

Clean. Here for a hockey tournament and they're very good with the kids playing in the halls nicely, which is great when it's winter and you have hours to kill betw games! Pool is decent. Bed is good but pillows are too soft.

During inclement weather it would be nice if the back sidewalk was cleared of snow and ice. Particularly the ice. If your customers are so rude as to not pick up after their animals it would be appreciated if your staff would do the unpleasant task. Other than that, the best place to stay in William's Lake with THE most comfortable beds and the Complimentary Breakfast selection is fantastic! If you are not traveling with a pet, the gym/pool are a real treat and always very clean and well kept! Again, best place to stay in William's Lake and we have stayed in them all!

Just what we needed after a long snowy drive. Easy quick checkin and a room that was warm and inviting. Great view of the lake. Lots of choice for the breakfast.

This is my favourite hotel on Williams Lake. It's convenient, clean, and quiet. It's close to a pub/restaurant and the morning complimentary breakfast is great. I highly recommended it.

Modern hotel with large rooms and a decent hot breakfast. Facing the highway there was some noise but nothing that should disturb your sleep. The bed was very comfortable. There room was quiet even though it was right beside the elevator. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again without issue.

Our stay at the Best Western Williams Lake, BC was great! Annie at the front desk greeted us with genuine kindness and professionalism. Her offer of a wine glass for me take up to the room was an extra nice touch. We agreed that wine out of a paper cup just won’t do Lol! The kitchenette suite with 2 queens was so handy and spacious and all the amenities were great. Good job Best Western!

My team and myself stayed here during some recovery efforts; and our stay was beyond phenomenal. Whilst we were here for work, we will definitely come back to enjoy not only the city, but all the great amenities this hotel has to offer.

Stayed here to fight fire while town was evacuated… staff went above and beyond to accommodate air crew so we could do our job. Rooms and service were top notch.

The staff at the best western here in Williams Lake are second to none. I checked in late and they were super friendly and helpful even after midnight. Breakfast was provided as I had to be gone early again, and the owners were there making sure I was happy with my stay. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling through this part of the province. Rooms clean, pillows nice and new… and fantastic hospitality. Thank you Best Western Williams Lake.

Absolutely amazing staff and owners. The only hotel that stayed open during fire evacuations in Williams Lake. Provided free food and drinks as all town was evacuated and no where to eat. Super friendly with enormous hearts. I love these people. Rooms are outstanding, quiet, modern, clean with full amenities. Who cares about the rooms. Owners are my new family.

Family traveling south. Our stay was great. Got in late and always friendly staff was there to great us. Great beds, rooms always clean. I have stayed at this Best Western many times and have always had outstanding service. Hot breakfast is very good as well. Will definitely keep booking at this location on my way south.

Was given the jacuzzi room with a king bed without asking! Best stay! Great breakfast. Very clean.

Was good location off of the hwy. Huge parking allowing larger vehicles or trailers to be parked easily. Free breakfast we great, lots of choices. Beds were very comfy and clean. Was a good stay!

Stayed twice overnight, staff were friendly, rooms were spacious, clean, and decent. Slightly pricey for a hotel in its range.

It was fine, room was clean, it wasn't too noisey and the continental breakfast was adequate. Would stay again.

Decent newish hotel with a pool, hot tub and fitness room. Hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. Room is big but the water pressure in the shower isn't great and there's a missing light fixture in the bathroom. Only source of heat is a wall mounted air conditioner unit which is pretty noisy and wakes me up when it turns on.

Larger rooms than the newer Coast Hotel and quieter, REAL coffee cups (the Coast had Styrofoam one's, really?! ), a great shower with very nice "refillable" shampoos, and soaps and comfy beds. Dog friendly too which was great. Overall, very clean and comfortable. $35.00 less than the newer Coast Hotel but way better. Staff was also great, cheery and very pleasant. I would book there again. The only tiny bit I would have liked, would be one more coffee available in the room as there was only one pack and there were two of us there and we had to leave before the continental breaky was open.

We have always enjoyed our stay at Best Western hotels until this incident; On August 22, 2014 pm, I sent my Filipino wife into the Williams Lake Best Western lobby to check in, as I was tired from driving all day. She came out a few minutes later, angry that the desk lady (I think her name was SATWAN) wouldn't give her a room. My wife, Josie, said she was racist and that Josie knew SATWAN was lying by the way that she looked down when she said it and that she wouldn't look it up on the computer when asked. I thought that things like that don't happen any more so I didn't believe my wife but she still wanted me to go try. I went in and asked for a room for two. She immediately gave me a room. It was a beautiful room but my wife was VERY upset.

We've stayed here 3 times. It works well for us as they offer a room that has 1 king and 2 queens. Continental breakfast is nice. Find the rooms aren't well sound proofed and you hear people above, beside, in the halls and especially doors. They do not have roll away beds so if you need an extra bed you need to book the larger room. Due to problems with my reservations on the past I always call ahead now although both times there were problems they did offer compensation but compensation doesn't help when your family doesn't have enough beds. Overall a good stop over when we are driving south or heading home (north). Fits all of is and has a continental breakfast.

Got a good room for a crazy price, but at the end of the day it was well worth it. 179.99 for a night. Included, a kind sized bed, tv, bathroom, and a soaker tub. Thats about it. the people were good, the stay was nice, but I found the people were really loud and disrepectful. the pool should have a staff member inside because the kids in there without the parents were sOoOOOOOO disrespectful. all over though. Good stay :).

My family and I have stayed here many times and are always happy with our stay! Outstanding hospitality by staff, hotel is clean and well kept. Pool is great, our kids love it! They offer a hot breakfast as well as many other great options that are quick and easy such as yogurt, oatmeal, pastries, cold cereal and much more! The staff is very flexible and accommodating to our son's hockey teams each time we have stayed. Great and comfortable place to stay!
