First class. Neat. Tidy. Room is very nice.

Amazingly comfortable sleep. Friendly staff.

Came into town not expecting much but was very pleasantly surprised. The staff at the front desk were amazingly friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was fantastic: eggs, sausage, brownies, oatmeal, waffles made on the spot, plus all the usual stuff you expect: toast, muffins, cereal, juice, coffee, tea, hot chocolate etc. It was great!

Stayed here again this past weekend. Still a good bed and friendly staff. Restaurant/lounge next door still has good food.

Nice clean hotel with very helpful staff. Good breakfast too. This is one of the first hotels I have stayed at with my allergy and asthma kids where they haven’t gotten sick!

Have stayed here twice now in the past 2 years, had excellent service, very reasonable rates and very pleasant staff who will go out of their way to help you! I would stay again if in the area.

Hotel was great, the gym facilities were on par for the size of the town. The town's water tastes dirty, but you can't fault the hotel for that. Our room was clean and stayed cool. Would stay again.

Staff was very friendly, fitness center was adequate. Our room was nice and cool in the middle of summer (a huge plus for me as I hate heat). Location is quaint,. Room was very clean. The only downfall of our stay, was the water, it tasted pretty "dirty". However, after visiting other local places, I cannot fault the hotel for this, as it's town wide.

Loved our stay here! Comfortable quiet clean and the staff are very pleasant and helpful. Just off the highway about an hour from Drumhellar… definitely worth the drive!

Excellent hotel. Staff personable and knowledgeable. Nice and quiet room. Even had a jet tub in the room which made my wife extremely happy.

The room was nice, and the beds were pretty comfortable. The staff was really friendly and helpful. We were sad to see that the hot tub was being renovated, and therefore not available for use. The "continental" breakfast was more than one would expect, with a variety of hot and cold foods and beverages available. Would definitely stay here again.

Not sure what these other folks are talking about in their reviews, but I guess if your only in for a night it's an ok spot. Breakfast… there's no nutritional element to it unless your eating oatmeal, eggs come in a bag pre cooked then microwaved as do the sausages and hash browns/tots. Can't even make a bunch of hard boiled eggs for the workers, no vegetables or fruits either. Rooms aren't cleaned as often as one would expect, cleaning staff is only here 3 days a week. Pretty gross in my opinion. It's a hassle to even get fresh linens its made out to seem as if I'm stealing my towels! The building is nice, and I don't believe any of the staff is too blame for these issues other then the owner. Profits above hospitality, he/she doesn't seem to appreciate anyone's business.

Good rooms, great staff. They do need to qualify their comments though. Their jetted tubs are basically a 1 person tub, not really room for more than 1.

Beds are comfy (pillows a little thick for liking). All the staff was very friendly and rooms were cleaned at the times needed (day shift/night shift so narrow window). Continental breakfast is fairly good as well wich is a nice surprise.

Newer building. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. $25 less per night than the super 8 up the road.

Staff was friendly, rooms were clean, beds were comfy. All in all a decent hotel. Only complaint is the control for the heat/ Ac in the room.

Better hotel than anything else you will find in Three Hills. Newer building, so that is nice. Don't be surprised if your room is very cold, and your refrigerator is off. Owner seems to be pinching his/her pennies. Internet is good, Breakfast is awful, A&W down the street…

Three Hills BW Diamond Inn is rare find in a small rural community! What a blessing it has been for us! All things clean & comfortable with great breakfasts, staff professional, personable & detail oriented. Who could want more? Just a hot tub that is many months “mechanical”, otherwise an awesome, economical home away from home.

I stayed here for 28 days and was treated royally. The staff were very accommodating and very nice. The hotel was very well kept. The room was very good and the bed was extremely comfortable.

I have stayed at a few Best Western hotels here and there. Diamond Inn in Three Hills stands out above the rest thanks to the high quality of service and great attention to detail.

We really enjoyed our stay. Friendly staff was ready to accommodate. Rooms were clean and quiet.

Decent room, great for pets with the exterior door and friendly staff. Pool/hot tub was closed and wasn't notified, terrible instant coffee…

It was a nice Best Western with a good price. It was very clean. The downside is that the internet was pretty slow, and as I care about sustainability the throw-away dishes and cutlery bothered me when I know other Best Westerns use dishes and cutlery.

Although we did not spend much time at the hotel we were satisfied and pleased with the service, cleanliness and condition. We would definetly recommend it.

Nice, clean, up to date, kid friendly hotel in the middle of the badlands. We thought it was great that they have a rooms that can accommodate 6 people.

We stayed at the Best Western in Three Hills for one night in late August. It was reasonably priced, very clean and nice looking. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone who needs to stay in the area.

Staff here are so friendly and nice, one of the room service ladies is the nicest, sweetest lady I've ever met, this little hotel in the middle of Alberta odd enough is one of the best hotels I've been to, service wise. They have a partially outdoors hot tub that's open fairly late from what I remember. The Wi-Fi is actually really good, I was genuinely surprised at that. They offer laundry for the days that you are staying and even a free breakfast with eggs, french toast and bacon and what not. It's almost like a buffet, you're not being served you just are able to go to the main floor and eat what you want and head off for your fun day in Three Hills. The rooms are fairly large, absolutely spotless (love you housekeeping! ) they're quiet and as I mentioned has great Wi-Fi reception (my room was in the far back corner of hotel). The beds are to die for, like they were actually really fantastic.

Very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and amenities were great. Breakfast is included. But could have had more variety. Nice location and the restaurant nearby was good.

This hotel is very nicely managed. The staff was friendly and the room was comfortable. The kids had a good time there. The breakfast had many selections and was yummy too. We will stay there again.

I have spent several nights at the best western diamond overall I couldn't be happier with here services there's always fresh coffee in the breakfast area the rooms are well kept staff is friendly and helpful.

The rooms, breakfast and facilitaties were very nice, but the staff were amazing. Only comment Would be that the Horton should open earlier.

I was impressed with this hotel right from check in experience to breakfast, room and internet service. Amanda did my check in, very friendly, professional and with a big smile on her face. It made me feel welcome. My room was spacious, clean and very quiet. Bed was comfortable, with bunch of different pillows. I had a very good sleep. The breakfast is typical including hot breakfast (eggs, waffles, etc) and other items as yogurt and fruit cups. In general, I had a great relaxing stay. Thank you.

What a gem of a hotel! The rooms were spotless, the breakfast was decent, and the young lady on the desk (Amanda) was amazing! We discovered so much about the area and had some great chuckles. Thank you for making our holiday so much more memorable.

Fantastic hotel, friendly and very helpful staff, and a continental breakfast to boot! You will not regret staying here. Any staff member you run into will greet you and ask if there's anything they can do to make your stay better. If you need additional towels, blankets, or anything just ask and they will get it for you. If you are booking here because you want to visit Drumheller, DO IT! Drumheller is only a quick 40 minute drive away and Three Hills is a quaint town. The locals will share great sites to visit and are just as friendly as the staff at the Best Western. The rooms also have a microwave and fridge, and downstairs you can get coffee or tea 24/7. What are you waiting for? Book now!

By any standard this is a fabulous hotel. The rooms are very clean and well appointed. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I stayed here with my son on our way to Kelowna BC after spending the day in Drumheller (July 26th 2015). The room was new and clean, beds were very comfortable, the staff was very helpful and pleasent. We were on the first floor and the room had a back door were you could park your car. The contiental breakfast was good, Wi-fi was good. It was priced well for what hotel amenities they had. There was two very nice hot tubs. No pool, but we were giving free passes to local pool … which we never used so not sure how pool is. Very nice laundry room, they even provided free soap and dryer sheets. I would stay here again … Safe Travels!

Stayed for one night. That staff were friendly. Good service. Breakfast was good. No scanner available in the business center, but that is my only complaint, which is minor.

Stayed while on a trip to the badlands. Was greeted by incredibly friendly front desk staff, and the hotel was the cleanest, neatest hotel I have been in. Although it was five years old, it looked like it had been opened yesterday. A very pleasant surprise.
