Our stay at the best western was very pleasant, pool was awesome, and the staff were very patient and helpful. Bruce (the GM) was very helpful also. This hotel is also very conveniently located near a really nice mini brewery and local restaurants and eateries.

Seriously the best customer service. From booking via phone last night to Joyce at the front t desk when checking in. Great job guys.

It was a pleasure staying at this Hotel — very good feeling as soon as we came in the doors. The front desk staff was wonderful. They were professionally dressed and treated us as top class guests. The breakfast was excellent. If ever in Lethbridge again, we definetly would stay again.

Decent hotel but we paid a premium because they were fully booked and we stayed in a Junior Executive Suite — don't be fooled, it's a king bed with a fold out couch, not a suite. Breakfast was good but packed, not enough room to fit a full house and the meeting room rental rates were also high. Not a bad place but there is better value elsewhere.

Fantastic hotel with fantastic people. You will not find a better place to stay! The breakfast has a great variety and is always clean. The pool/waterslide area is our kids favorite. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

My wife and I were very pleased with our latest experience in Lethbridge, and more specifically the Best Western Plus Service Inn and Suites. The friendly and efficient staff really made our stay enjoyable. My wife, in particular, was pleased and impressed with the cleanliness of our room and bathroom. We intend to stay at this hotel in the near future.

We are having a great stay. This place is awesome. Clean room with great temperature. The breakfast's food were delicious. Staff are all very friendly. Celina, the lady at the front desk, is doing a fantastic job. This hotel is worth recommending.

The staff at the hotel was very nice. The information on the website conflicted with the actual information at the hotel. (eg website says breakfast is done at 1030 on weekends). The room was fairly nice but looks much older than it actually is. But overall it was a good stay and the staff are awesome and so accommodating to pets!

Our room was large and well layed out with a living room area and bedroom area. It's very nice layout that allows you to sit and relax without a bed in the middle of everything. We also enjoyed the pool and option of bringing our dogs. The service was also friendly and helpful.

Best western is always our fave brand. This is our first time at the Lethbridge location and it did not disappoint. Parker was friendly and professional and made check in a breeze. Great employee indeed. The rooms are clean and comfy. The pool area as well was clean with no off smells. Looking forward to our breakfast before we have to head out. 10/10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Room was in great condition. Free breakfast was very good. Fruit at front desk nice touch, as well as the iced lemonade/lime water to drink. Front desk helpful in suppling me with 2 as batteries as my computer mouse had died.

Super noisy hotel, staff needs to learn how to not slam doors and keep quiet in the halls! If you stay here do yourself a favor and make sure you aren't on the 1st floor. Breakfast was really good, front desk staff was nice but the housekeeping and kitchen staff was so loud I didn't get to sleep in past 6am either night I stayed. Also if you have any allergies to animals make sure you inform prior to checking in, they won't ask and one of our group was put in a pet friendly room despite not having a pet, he is severely allergic and was never asked… This could have caused a hospital trip.

The Best Western in Lethbridge is a great place to stay. The mint chocolates and bottles of water waiting for me in my lovely decorated room were a nice surprise. I happened to be there on customer appreciation night and had a complimentary supper. Although I didn't use the pool, I was in the gym and could see that the water slide looked like a lot of fun judging by the slide action! Very comfortable bed and loved the quality of the hair and body products! I highly recommend this hotel!

Nice, newer hotel in Lethbridge. It's close to the casino (within walking distance) and right next to Coulee Brew (local brewpub). It's in the way end of town, so convenient if you're looking to get out to Taber or Medicine Hat. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. There are complimentary bottles of water in the room, but one of mine had been refilled, which was disappointing the room stay didn't catch it. Nice touch are the mint chocolates in the room when you check in.

Great Location, Clean and well presented hotel. Pleasant staff, Excellent bed. Will certainly stay there again. Always try to pick Best Western Plus Hotels whenever I can. Great Rewards program. AAAA +++ all the way.

Excellent breakfast. Casino very close, Tim Horton's right there, liquor store across the street with a gas station. Grocery store isn't too far. Comfy bed and the TV has a proper guide channel. They have the golf channel. Stayed here before and will stay again.

Didn't feel the suites were worth the extra money (the large suite worth $250 a night was the same size, different layout as the junior suite worth $154 with our group booking). Pool was freezing after being refilled in the middle of the day and was unusable. Staff was unable to accommodate a conference room for adults to gather, which would have prevented the noise throughout the hotel.

We had two families, totaling 8 people and 4 rooms booked at the Best Western Plus. Service was wonderful. The breakfast was much larger than normal — included several hot items. On Tuesday night they had a wine/beer/appetizer event which was very nice. The hotel is located close to service stations, a convenience store and a casino. Very easy access in and out of Lethbridge. Thanks to all of the staff for your help and support during our stay.

Always a pleasant experience, attentive staff, comfortable beds and clean rooms! Location is convenient to access and the Brewery behind the hotel is a good place for a meal! The hot breakfast is simple but offer a good start of the day!

Brand new hotel. Still clean, very nice room. Breakfast in the morning — hot or cold (pancakes, bacon, scrambled eggs, cereal, bagels, toast…) Will definitely stay here again.

Stopped here enroute to fernie, and we had a lovely evening. We stayed in the executive suite and it was very comfortable for our family of five. The suite has a king bed in a private bedroom, and a queen bed with a sofa bed in the main room. The pool slide is fast and fun! The hotel was busy given the time of year, but it was very quiet and did not feel crowded. The hot breakfast was a surprise, with pancakes and eggs. Its nice that the dining room is separated. The hotel gives attention to detail, and the staff are friendly and very helpful! The hotel felt new and clean.

We stay here every time we’re in town. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. The pillows are a little soft for my liking but that is most personal preference. Love the options at the breakfast. Will without a doubt stay here again.

This hotel is relatively new and is lovely. I liked the gathering area where you could sit and wait for others. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean.

Stayed for 2 nights with our U12 soccer team and highly recommend it. While the pool is a little bit small especially when the hotel is at capacity, the water slide was definitely a big hit for the boys. Breakfast area is a bit tight but do offer an overflow room. Just in case. Food was good with quite a few options available. Above all… customer service was excellent.

I was very pleased with my stay. Front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were spotless and modern. Nice size TV and internet worked well which is a big plus. Housekeeping staff were even friendly and smiling… Even with the work crews staying there so I feel sorry for the housecleaning group as mud can be tracked everywhere. Good group of people here who obviously care. I'll be staying here again.

A newer hotel. Check in desk was very busy and unfortunately only 1 lady working. Room was clean but unfortunately the temperature in the room is difficult to control. The hotel AC is on blowing in the room at about 17C which was probably good for the mid summer. The heating unit was trying to warm the room to 20C and the units fought consistently. The AC won and the room was very cold.

Well, your name is apt! The Best Western Hotel I've stayed at ever. At most hotels, there is "always something" to complain about, but in this hotel you have NOTHING to complain about. These are the things I noticed. Nice carpets in the room. I WANTED to take my shoes off and feel the carpet. The pool is quaint, fun and clean. Quality, nice smelling towels. The blow dryer is quality. The coffee is delightful. I felt guilty at not having to pay for the breakfast smorg… the food was great! All the employees were kind and genuine. All this for a value price. I really appreciate this hotel.

This is always a great hotel to stay at. I travel on business and I am always satisfied with this hotel. They are always helpful and go above and beyond. Rooms are always extremely well presented and clean. The breakfast is very good and there is always a great selection of items. Check in and check out is always super easy. Highly recommend this hotel for business or pleasure.

Good rooms. I like the tells Internet TV they have. The breakfast was the best continental breakfast I've ever had. Decent spread of food but a great deal of topping gs and condiments. Located next to a brew house. And lethbridge is a decent place also.

We stayed in a Junior Executive Suite for a week. It was spacious and very comfortable. The cleaning staff did excellent work — quick, thorough and efficient. The included breakfasts were among the best we've had, with a great variety of hot and cold food. I recommend this hotel to anyone planning an overnight or longer stay in Lethbridge.

Was awesome! The rooms are really nice, modern, and clean. Beds and pillows are super comfy! Stayed in Exec suite and was so quiet, could barely even hear our children in main room. Breakfast was great, the lady working in the breakfast room Saturday morning deserves kudos! She was working hard keeping everything full, grabbing plates, saying hi to guests, I was very impressed. Our kids enjoyed the pool area, it was very clean. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone passing through or staying in Lethbridge.

When in Lethbridge, consider staying here. It's close to the highway without being too close and hearing the traffic noise, it's close to the casino if you like to gamble and it's a short drive to restaurants downtown. The price is comparable to other hotels but this one is one of the newest hotels in Lethbridge. The provided buffet breakfast is very good.

Fantastic hotel! Wonderful staff and we were lucky enough to arrive on the Corporations Appreciation Night, so free hamburgers and beer/wine! Quite enjoyable after a long day on the road. Comfortable room and very pet friendly.

Awesome staff. Awesome room. Showed up without a reservation due to a storm. They were awesome to deal with.

Every time I show up the hotel entrance is always clean and well looked after. Fresh coffee is also available and well stocked. The professionalism of the staff is exceptional and everyone makes you feel at home. The hotel rooms are always clean and have what you require for a goods night sleep. Beds are very comfortable which helps when you are away from your own bed. Breakfast is available in the morning, and is well stocked with hot and cold foods.

Lovely hotel, great rooms with a slightly different and more spacious set up than a regular hotel room. I didn't have a reservation as I decided to stay overnight last minute. The check in didn't take any more time than if I had a reservation. I got a Standard room with 2 queen beds as that what was left. The bed was outstanding and I am one that often don't sleep well on hotel beds. Breakfast is better than expected. Enough variety. It is my new "home" in Lethbridge. The only issue is that the parking lot was sheer ice. It was very dangerous and one could not avoid it. That needs to be prioritized.

Rooms were great and our dig was allowed. Very happy with the service. Breakfast was a little in the shabby side but to be expected as the is not a 5 star. I would recommend for business travelers and teams.

They had a customer appreciation night on Tuesday with free wings and beer. The room is very nice minus the size. Would stay again 10/10

Decent price, very nice room. Location is easy to get to and is located next to a new local brew pub. Free breakfast is good, and lots of amenities. My only complaint would be lack of re-entry at the side doors.

A new hotel let down by loud and I mean LOUD LOUD LOUD air conditioning units. Once the unit to either side of your room starts or the ones above or below then no sleeping for you. We tried 3 rooms in 4 nights and they are all the same. Last night the noise was so bad it made the water on the bed side table vibrate. Do yourself a favour, don't stay here.

Best Western Plus staff are amazing! This last weekend we gathered from all over the country to attend a funeral with a Celebration of Life. From the first time I called to set up the rooms for our large family to the day of the service, the staff provided the best service to all of us. Some of us arrived on Friday and left Sunday and in total, we must have had about 30 family members stay at the hotel and there was not one complaint! We booked the meeting room and NICOLE was on duty and helped us with numerous requests. And her manner was so kind and helpful! Thank you so much for everything! If we ever have a reason to gather again in Lethbridge, Best Western Plus will be our choice of hotel.

Great family hotel. Because of the size of our family we always have to rent two rooms. Best Western Plus rents the second room at a discounted price which is the first that we have ever seen. Rooms were nice, clean and modern. Service was fantastic. We will definitely book back here in the future.

Best hotel experience ever! Room was ready when we requested. Staff checked with us to make sure everything was ok. The room was fantastic, clean and luxurious. I love all the pillows. The TV remote was purposefully cleaned. Breakfast was wonderful. We met the manager at breakfast and he asked us about our stay and how things were he requested if there were any suggestions for improvement that they could make. We could not think of anything. This is the place to stay if you value customer service. All of the staff are highly trained and are pleased to go the extra mile. Small differences in service and attention to detail go a long way. Bravo! We will return the next time we are in Lethbridge.

My stay at the best western in Lethbridge was extremly enjoyable the staff were friendly courteous and helpful. They welcomed my dog and made a point to pet him as he walked by. The breakfasts in the morning were very delicious and had a variety of entrees and beverages. Finally my room was ready on time and above all clean and cosy. I would highly recommend a stay here whether for a holiday or just passing through. Well done :).

The staff there was fantastic! We got stuck down in Lethbridge, and couldn't fly home due to storms north of Lethrbidge. They helped us out in any way possible. Food, phone chargers, tooth brush, everything we needed for the night. Only complaint was no shuttle to / from the airport, so a $25 cab ride it was.
