The Hotel is beautifully situated on the Hillside of Veliko Tarnowo, overlooking the central Monument and the Jantra River. Those who sleep towards the Valley should be resistant to the permanent Frog Concert. It is only a few Meters to the Street of craftsmen. Here you can buy all kinds Of Souvenirs.

The advantage of the hotel is that it is located in the centre of Veliko Tarnovo near the artisans ' street. The view from the rooms on the back is beautiful. Good location Quiet but without charm.

Great location in the middle of the city downtown maintenance street. Excellent staff and so helpful. The hotel is a bit dated but they try to make everything as accommodating as possible. The bathroom floor was slippery after taking a shower. The Wi-Fi was very slow; almost none existent. I stayed in a suite and the bedroom did not have a TV (weird). Although the TV in the family room had a good selection of channels and the picture was very clear. The view from the balcony is priceless.

The hotel has a fantastic location and offers beautiful view of the Asen's Monument from its cafe. Well positioned to take beautiful sunrise pictures of its surrounding. Short drive away from the Tsaravet Fortress.

Great place in downtown Veliko, with underground parking, which is very important for the hotel's location. Rooms on the back of the hotel have a great view, the hotel's terrace also. The room and bathroom were very clean, and the staff was nice.

Room au — 3 (701), extremely loud boiler noise, spider under the small armchair, sound of water pipe after pulling the mind-blowing and very loud and disturbing.
Wi-Fi walking once in 3 in some place, some applications not walking forced to move to have more Wi-Fi.
Good point the bathroom shower, Elevator garage quite original.
I do not recommend it particularly.

Good luck navigating the floors and elevators! Very strange indeed. The elevators stop at every floor on way up and way down. There are a variety of different rooms. I was in a smallish room for for 1 person. My colleagues were in very large suites for same price. Location was very good and hotel is updated and CLEAN!

It's location cannot be beat. Close to Old town and with spectacular views across cliffs. We had a small balcony. Bar and patio have great panoramic views. The room and bathroom were a decent size and very clean. The decor etc is dated and furniture solid and large. — did not bother us. Breakfast was OK. Reasonable selection Not a lot of attention to presentation but tasted fine. Managing shower so as to avoid puddle in bathroom was awkward. Hairdryer over desk (safety issue)

Quaint hotel. A little old fashioned but one of the few who seem to care about guests. Centrally located. Clean. Restaurant food was good. Glass lift has fantastic views.

This was a great place to eat five years ago. It has good downhill in my opinion. The food was nowhere near as good as it was and the service had definitely deteriorated. I won't be back.

Very cozy hotel the rooms are clean but a bit old fashion. The view is amazing, the food at the restaurant is very tasty and not expensive. They have underground parking via a car elevator but good luck with big cars to get in and out.

Great hotel, it features an excelent view of the valley, has a swimming, pool, sauna, jacuzzi.

The hotel is nice, the service outrageous-waiting everywhere.
