Clean room, comfortable, AC is working real good, stayed here for 1 night and felt happy bout my choice… the shower is next to the toilet: the floor will be wet after taking a shower :D.

A chic hotel, the best location in town. It's great.

It’s good, however if they are late for your check-in will offer you a “free upgrade” to surprisingly the same room you paid for. Otherwise is a nice hotel, with nice views. I don’t think it’s a five star hotel, as I’ve stayed in many 5* around the world and it’s not even close. So I give it 4

Designer Hotel! But in some things impractical for older guests. For example, shower, but otherwise ok, a little too expensive. Staff friendly.

The hotel is very stylish, unfortunately you can't open a single window in the rooms, all only hard-to-put discs, slightly oppressive. Underground parking available for car.

High class hotel, friendly staff, top notch service. The breakfast is very good. A separate word about the interior is just super.

Perfect Reception desk extremely helpful and professional, great rooms and housekeeping service, very good quality of the food in the restaurant and they prices are more then O. K. Very nice spa including professional staff for massages.

We (a couple were 5Tage in March/April there. The hotel is a smart designer — hotel. The interior is appropriately imaginative.
Very well equipped in all areas. Particularly noteworthy are the well-thought-out rooms, the prudent, professional, highly trained and restrained and overly friendly staff. All requests were done immediately and completely nothing was forgotten, also the check-in at the airfield was carried out without any problems. The breakfast was plentiful and very good, we could easily bring guests (9 €/person).
The spa area Small but nice also the swimming pool is great location with great views. The masseur very knowledgeable and "successful".
The location of the hotel is Zentrumnah, it is well soundproofed and air conditioned.
We have become enthusiastic fans and will come back next year, especially as we appreciate Varna and a son is studying there.
So thumbs up, you rarely find such a good feeling.

Stay away from this hotel! We stayed for 3 nights over a weekend and had very disappointing experience. From our room on the second floor of the hotel, we were constantly tortured by loud sound coming from the hotel bar on the ground floor. Friday and Saturday night the bar turned into a club, with very loud music until 3am. Every time we called reception to complain, there was no manager to help us. Spa consists of 2x2 meters swimming pool, no further comment needed on this. Breakfast was mediocre. Overall experience could be fine for a 3 star hotel, but definitely not 5 stars. Only good thing was the central location.

Great hotel, it all fits from breakfast to the rooms. Staff friendly and competent. Everything for a perfect stay.

Four days of Varna in March — a large part of the village is still in hibernation.
We liked the hotel Category 5 stars should always be considered in relation to the country standard also exactly:), what one should consider in a slope to pickling.
Nothing to complain about, cleanliness, friendliness and offer (restaurant, bar, massage, underground parking, 24h reception, air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, a small bottle of water on the first day, reasonable prices for the neatly filled minibar) in the hotel. Towels, bath towels, toiletries, bathrobes.
In front of the door numerous restaurants, boutiques and shops, a lot of car traffic, which is not to be heard at the hotel. 2 minutes to SeaGarden (Park on the beach) which was very pretty, even in the preseason.
Our favourite restaurants were in fact the hotel's "Red canape" (menu with 3 courses, red wine and beer for two persons approx. 35 euro) and the 5 minutes away Trendyrestaurant "HappyGrill" with fast service, easy handling and wide choice for every Taste. Also very pleasant.
The CafeGraffiti in the hotel is also open to the public with great cocktails (Caipirinha for about 3.50 euros), cool coffee specialties and snacks for every budget. The offer also includes shishas from 20 euros.
Outside the Tourizone, Varna is a poor city with all the consequences.
Conclusion: Good hotel, average city location, perfect distance to Varna airport.

A m A Z I n G hotel. Really great value for money. We liked everything! Spa area is small, but very comfortable. No problem with electricity switches :). Breakfast is Delicious.

Nice place, located in the heart of the city. The food in the restaurant is stylish and well served. The facities for conferences and workshops are flexible, with staff that helps for arranging the room and technical equipment for an event.

Artsy hotel that provided a luxurious room with soft large beds, great TV choices, a large comfortable chair and spacious bath. Amazing location. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and fresh. Would stay again.

The overall decor of the room is to me quite appealing, all amenities make your stay delightful, especially the bathroom with its full size bath tub and wide shower. The lightning system in my room had some minor issues, despite that, lightning was soft and pleasant. Decent breakfast, good small crepes, with various toppings of your choice, fresh fruit, cheese and "affettati" bar, classic bacon/ham/eggs and some pastries. Fresh juice. Did not try the swimming pool or sauna. Location is very convenient, located close to the beaches and pedestrian area.

Best Hotel in Varna! 5 stars at least! Best designed rooms, best ambiance for party and best food in restaurants! Congrats!

The hotel is not as nice as it looks. Certainly there are a lot of eye-popping design choices which give you the impression that this is a fancy boutique hotel. But beyond the trendy veneer, my room had loose electrical sockets, in outlets that were installed crooked; I was unable to control the room temperature (front desk said "just shut it off" but the heat stayed on anyway, so I had to crack open a window in December) ; and housekeeping did not visit my room at all during my stay. I would gladly take standard hotel comforts over avant-garde design next time.

Excellent hotel with great decor. Check out the painting below :) it was outside the restaurant. Only thing I didn't like was the confusing light switches. Excellent shower!

The best hotel in my hometown — Varna, Bulgaria. Excellent facilities and service.

Stayed here for one night. Really enjoyed it. I made use of the pool and sauna, which were small, but great. My guest room was wonderfully quirky, with a standalone bathtub in the middle of the room, a standing shower with no fewer than five shower heads, a balcony, and a very large bed. The room was comfortable, modern, well-designed, and clean. I highly recommend this hotel if you want designer luxury in Varna.

Very clean and well furnished room. Friendly and helpful staff and well stocked breakfast bar. Close to the beach and central shopping area. Would highly recommend.

Cool, stylish, modern. Big rooms. We were 5th floor with balcony. Street noise can be loud (howling motorbikes). Receptionists friendly but need more training. Recommaendable.

Excellent hotel in a central location. The rooms are spacious, well stocked, and well decorated. The cleaning service was very good, as expected. The included breakfast is excellent, with a very good selection of high quality buffet items: fruit, cheese, bacon, sausage, egg, cakes etc. Some minor notes: could do with a towel rail in the bathroom, I know the room is highly stylised, but this would be useful. The room lights were quite difficult to control, and it took a lot of experimentation to figure out how to use them. Charging money for teabags in the room seems quite petty, they are very cheap. Overall, I would recommend staying here if visiting Varna!

This is a lovely botique hotel with a great location in the center of town. Rooms are decorated differently​ at each floor with great detail and style. Staff was friendly and helpful. One of the best surprises of my stay was the breakfast — amazing quality and great choices.

It's a nice hotel. Very small tho. Great location and customer services.

Very unique atmosphere with rooms that have completely different style per floor. From old gentlemen's club style to contemporary industrial to nature. Lots of attention to each detail make up for a memorable stay. It's like living in the pages of a fine architectural magazine.

Perfect rooms, a bit poorly assembled details, but negligable problem when compared to the rest of the room. Hard light management, overly complicated and unintuitive, most of the staff was good, but the lady who accepted me the first day was talking on the phone for what seemed like hours and I had to wait, and you don't pay 100€ per night to wait.

The restaurant is amazing! Gourmet food and wine with reasonable prices for us, as tourists. We had a great time celebrating a birthday. Highly recommended!

Truly a 5 star experience. TVs are Bang and Olufsen (not that they are better, but you know what I mean), beds are perfect, waiters wear white gloves to put silverware, cuisine is a work of art. I travel 90+ days a year and for this price I have never experienced anything this good.

The best Hotel of Bulgaria/varna 2014.

A perfect place for a break, detail with the audio system of '' Bang and Olufsen '' he fascinated me.

I really like this new complex. And it is in a central location. In the Club "Case" become great parties.
