Fantastic hotel near a beautiful beach lovely food massive rooms and friendly staff.

Water park should be open. Staff should have been more attentive to us during the prom season as we paid a lot to be here. Outside seating should have tables of 4 not rows of them.

For short trip OK. For more than ne week nix. Price performance was fully OK with us.
Food = well. Drinks = OK. Room = well, side bed only suitable for small children.

We are currently checked in at this hotel for 1 night, 2 rooms and 4 persons. We've been over 10 times in Bulgaria at most of the biggest and most important hotels. Now we chose for the first time the ITI Dolce Vita Hotel and it's one of the worst decisions we ever made. We are curently at dinner and the food is the worst we ever saw in a hotel restaurant. It's not about the very little options we have but about the quality, and most important, about the food which is almost rotten. I just ate a cake which is sour and extremely old. I had to take it out from my mouth. I went to the chief of the restaurant and he told me that the food is okey and it's just my opinion. Once again — the cake was old and rotten and sour! Absolutely a shameful experience. I couldn't eat something else except French fries, cheese and bread. I'm absolutely sure that this experience is due to low season and little customers but a hotel this size and this reputation should mentain high standards no matter what. I'm really expecting a food poisoning after the dinner I had. I took at least 20 pictures in the restaurant that show the dezastre which was this dinner.

Really a nice hotel and at the prices there is actually nothing to complain about.
Still, a few suggestions:
Breakfast is expandable, the coffee really isn't particularly good.
Extenseable sports program
For me, a bottle of water a day is part of all the inclusive in the room.
At the reception it would be nice if the hotel were better presented and the guest did not have to go on an exploratory tour.

Very nice and well-groomed hotel. The rooms were in good and clean condition. The staff were very friendly. There might be a bit more variety when eating.

It was a very nice holiday. In the Dolce Vita everything was super fit.

Nice vacation hotel. The party mile is some 500m away. But the hotel beach is in the middle of the party hotspot.

Very very nice hotel and the rooms are really very nice. I have nothing to bemengeln. As one hotel considers enough in Bulgaria that not approaching it. If then this I like to again :)

I can only recommend it.

We (some early 30s) were in August 2013 for 1 week at the RIU Dolce Vita and can fully recommend this hotel. According to our tour guide, it is one of the most modern and newest hotels in Golden Sands, which we can also confirm. Here nothing has come down or old, everything is clean, tastefully decorated and functional.
Two very nice hotel, very friendly staff, good food, exceptionally large rooms with bath and shower.
The hotel is not directly on the beach, but there are less than 500m to a fee-based (! ) Beach section. This area belongs to the neighbouring Hotel RIVIERA. Tickets for Sun beds and umbrella can be purchased directly at the DOLCE VITA.
The RIU DOLCE VITA is located at the beginning of Golden Sands and not directly to the "party Street", which — unfortunately right — now considered the new shooter. The same audience was also in the DOLCE VITA guest, but kept within limits and has not bothered us.
A clear recommendation for a relaxed vacation in Bulgaria.

Very good all inclusive Hotel only the food could be better. Otherwise top.
