Our room on the 7th floor was great, clean, warm and big. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast better than our expectations. Walking distance 5-10 minutes to monuments.

A great hotel, nice central position, pleasant rooms and very clean. Would like to make special mention of MARTI, the front office agent who was so kind and helpful and made our stay at the hotel even more pleasant and enjoyable. Will recommend.

Really good breakfast, comfy beds and nice contemporary style. Unfortunately iron was not part of the room inventory.

The hotel has very good location, it has been renovated and it looks amazing. The staff is very nice and helpful. My room was very nice, modern. When I arrived I found some food in the fridge that was left there by previous guest, which was weird and not professional. Otherwise the room was taken care of every day and well cleaned. The towels were changed every day which I did not like, because it is a waste. Breakfast place is nice, huge selection of food.

Like it, it's a good hotel. Have accomodated colleagues from abroad and they were happy with the service.

Everything OK, the location is in a somewhat degraded neighborhood, maybe others are even more central. But the rooms are good, the showers. The staff were very nice and helpful. Recommended, then.

The hotel has an ideal location — strict city center and close to all major landmarks. The rooms were clean and cozy and the breakfast was very good (continental style). Overall the stay was very pleasant and we recommend the hotel to others :)

Modest Hotel.
It is centrally located a few hundred meters from the center, easily accessible on foot.
The breakfast is vast as dishes available but the quality is not very high.
Decent rooms for both the design and the cleanliness.
Helpful and available staff.
Everything is OK, but it does not excel in any field.

Good location, clean and good size rooms. Good service. Didn't try the breakfast, too expensive. Downsides: the walls are thin, and some of the rooms including ours turn to a dumpster. Ask for a room without a dumpster view.

It was a very nice Hotel. Possibility garage 12 Euro per day (Dec 2017) The Center of Sofia (the famous statue) is at 300 MT, in the same place the Metro stop. Good breakfast. It lacks a pool but there is a nice little Spa with jacuzzi.

Modern hotel, great rain shower. The room temperature was to high and could not be changed because airco was not working. Also the view from my room was not really interesting.

Location great, rooms are ok except wall to wall carpets that they keep dust and allergic. Breakfast good, parkına expensive but usefull. Room price; reosonable. I can stat again.

I loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendly reception, restaurant, spa and housekeeping staff. For this, It's worth referring to friends and family.

Clean pleasant hotel in the center of Sofia only 10 minutes walk from Vitosha Blvd. There is a dominoes, subway and KFC even closer. The room I had was compact and located at the back of the building. There was little noise but the tradeoff was the view was onto the back of other buildings. Air conditioning was quiet and effective with the shower having very impressive water pressure. The daily room service was good with room being consistently clean during my stay. Overall the hotel was an ideal cost effective base to explore Sofia and the surrounding area.

The hotel is close to the center, nice clean and tidy room, a beautiful bathroom with a big shower.
We found in the room the water kettle with tea bags and freeze-dried coffee

Overall I was pleased.

It was comfortable, had a pretty good bed and nice pillows, and the blinds/curtain combination kept out the light. There was a slight musty smell to the room, and massive water damage in the shower (as well as the towel warmer being in the shower itself, so it got wet and was fairly useless for warming the towels). There was a pretty good amount of road noise, and I could hear the woman next door coughing whenever I woke up during the night. We also had to wait about 45 minutes to check in, even though we were supposed to be able to check in at 2pm. The breakfast was okay, but very busy! It was fairly convenient for the metro back to the airport, and a 10 minute walk from most of the sightseeing bits around Sofia. It was an okay hotel, all in all.

The hotel was a bit dated but well preserved so it kept the charm, the situation is exceptional as you cross the river and you are already in the whole center of Vienna. It had a very good price and breakfast was lacking a bit of variety.
