Rest family at the end of July, arrived at 10 a. M. Settled strictly at 14-00, or pay extra for the earlier settlement of 20 lions per person. The room is large, the plumbing is old, the tap in the shower fell off, the toilet is broken, all the time on the floor water, the administration did not respond to the comments. The food is terrible, on the second some terrible then overroasted, then unroasted semi-finished! Ate only soup, too, questionable cooking. Fruits of two kinds, pears, plums green, inedible, cakes two kinds of biscuit one with chemical cream, the second just impregnated with syrup, with drinks too problem, no coffee normal, lemonade water colored with chemicals. Ice cream is disgusting, in the store 6 lion, 5 liters, there is no way! The first time got on such all-inclusive, went to the store bought food, fruit, water. Do not advise anyone this hotel!

Great hotel with a lovely staff would love to visit again.

Nice quiet area not too far from the beach for the price good rooms & clean, beds excellent we have had great nights of sleep, the staff are nice food is OK but fruit could be more comprehensive sweets and ice-cream lack flavour, alcohol basic but beer ok, pool small but nice a family run atmosphere with sun wherever you sit around the pool, the allotted beach area for the hotel is budget loungers and longer mats uncleaned and you have to get them organised yourself and the bar/Hut poor. We would book the hotel again but avoid the beach.

Very friendly staff, well furnished rooms with some beauty flaws! Unfortunately, the rooms to the street are not glazed soundproof. That would be four star standard for me. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms for couples are sufficiently large, you can get significantly worse in the pre-season for €20all inc four? * wohnen. For this prize again.

The forum hotel offers a decent place to stay in sunny beach. The staff are really friendly, especially Ganka, who was in reception at night and Sabia our cleaning lady who was beyond cheerful! The food is pretty mediocre, but it's edible and hot. The combinations are sometimes a little unusual, but that's okay. The pool is fine with plenty of space for the number of guests. The hotel is in a busy street and so noise can be a bit of an issue, however the rooms come equipped with controlled air conditioning and so the doors can be closeded at night to block out most of the noise. Compared to some of the other places we've seen in sunny beach, hotel forum appears to be pretty luxury and it is situated outside of the main town which is a bonus as sunny beach itself is tacky and quite seedy. The beaches are lovely and access to them is easy from the hotel with a lovely walk though some great wildlife spots. We've seen cuckoo's, water snakes, terrapins and fish. The local old town of Nessebar is lovely and very picturesque. Lots of shops and places to eat. There is a good selection on sale with some tourist tat and a disconcerting amount of Nazi antiques and memorabilia available, which was disappointing. However over all it was a lovely place. We recommend the local road train which runs regularly at 3Lv for adults and 1Lv for children.

Stayed here with my 15yr old daughter for 11 nights from 28/08/17 first day it rained all day and night no entertainment in the hotel the food was cold every meal ok if you like salad asked the waitress for ketchup she replyed finished that was only day one day eight had a waiter on and he filled it up we had one salt seller to share in the restaurant we also had no pool for 4 days so had to pay 15lev to book beds at reception for the beach daily the receptionist lost our hotel key but after half hour she got us another one with attitude I also asked her about the Wi-Fi she shouted cant help you it must of ran out I told her it was only day three of our holiday she shouted again cant help you think this hotel could do with sacking a few members of staff.

Great room, unfortunately food was inconsistent and the pool never warmed up, staff were nice and place itself was lovely though.

Nice to be remembered staying at Sunny Beach Forum Hotel, but there are certainly many things to improve. I stayed at the hotel from June 23rd to June 30th in room 304. The hotel had a lot of Poles, maybe we were the largest group of foreigners and we would have loved it if the staff knew some words in Polish. I greet the hotel service, especially the ladies serving the canteen — they had a lot of work and probably so little smile …

Great hotel over all. The facilities were great along with, receptionist's, cleaners, bar staff and even the hotel parrot make you feel right at home.
The only reason I'm not giving it five star was in the restaurant part the 2 female waitresses always had attitude didn't smile or reply when saying hello ever. If anything they made you feel little uncomfortable.

Tasty and varied fed, polite staff, close to the beach, shop (normal shop across the street, moločkoj, etc. ), clean rooms regularly, cosy room, air conditioning, tv, Internet access for a fee: 50 lion 168 hours (7 days).
Bar with drinks, ice cream. Swimming pool with jacuzzi. There is a lift.

Great week here… Could not fault hotel at all… Staff good also… Anton on the bar was friendly and chatty… Food was good all week different food most nights… Very tasty and always hot… Will come back next year for sure…

Nice can come out Friday for a week is it any good.
