Good Hilton property with all the amenities you can expect from a Hilton. Service is good, very friendly staff. Food in the restaurant is the usual continental hotel food blend with Boring imitation of American dishes poorly executed like Ceasar Salad, Burgers and some Pasta. Overall a safe and clean place to stay while in Sofia.

Well located in the city yet slightly away from the traffic. The bridge that leads to the park is very convenient to explore the city centre where plenty of eateries are located.

An excellent hotel — just a 5 minute walk from Blvd Vitosha Boulevard! It’s a fantastic property — excellent rooms — excellent ambiance — the staff are very helpful. The view from high floor room is quite impressive. The beauty is that the hotel has a pedestrian only bridge which take you direct to the freedom square — which then leads to Vithosha boulevard. There is a shopping mall at the rear of the hotel — max walk of 4 minutes. There is a very large public park behind the hotel and it’s very busy most times of the day and hence it’s an added benefit. The breakfast was wonderful and spread was good — you have indoor and outdoor seating at the breakfast restaurant. The massage at this hotel is amazing — you must try the local “yogurt massage” & “Bulgarian rose oil massage” The pool is the only disappointment in the hotel — as it’s only bigger then a large jacuzzi. But other then that — I was there for a approx a week and I absolutely loved it. Well done team Hilton Sofia!

It's a great hotel. Service super.

1 week stay with breakfast. The room and facilities was fantastic super clean. The swimming pool wasn’t 24 hours and not available all days. The breakfast was so good. We enjoyed a lot.

Perfect place in Sofia. The guests were very pleased with the reception and all the other services. I have nothing to complain about, it's in the Top 3 of the city. There are certainly competitors but it is quite advanced in the standing. Just super.

The only nice thing was the lobby and the staff, thermostat was broken, even after they "fixed" it, it was still broke.

Very comfortable hotel with good views and nice location. Very convenient for metro and palace of culture. Close to city centre. The bedroom and bathroom facilities were good and the pillows and beds comfortable. I enjoyed it.

Never give you credit card to hilton hotel in sofia. I was on a business trip my room was paid by my company but Hilton withdraw by mistake 1000eur from my bank account because they ask for my credit card at check-in time! I made a reclamation and they say they will give me the money back in 10 business day! and the money is still not back to my account yet. This hotel is black listed by my company. This hotel in Sofia definitly does not meet the usual HILTON standing level.

Nice and looks new hotel. You can easily go historical places by walk 15mins-30 mins. Stuff are kind. I like very much. Executive lounge's snack times could be better. It's not possible to find something to eat between 10.30 — 14.30 except of dried nuts.

It's one of the best hotels in Sofia. It's a business hotel, with excellent service and staff! It's situated just 5 minutes by walk to the pedestrian area with shops, restaurants and bars, and 10 minutes from the real center of the city. But the best of all — the staff! I know most of the personal there, and I can be 100% accurate if I say there is no better service in Sofia! If you need something — just ask them :) Also we organized a business conference in the hotel and everything was perfect — the multimedia, coffee breaks, delicious lunch and of course — perfect service everywhere! Keep up with your perfect job!

The history of the… HILTON Sofia Hotel, Bulgària. Friendship and good taste always lasts in time thanks Marcel.

The hotel built very recently is very modern, the cleanliness of the premises is impeccable, the rooms are comfortable, the staff at the reception, the restaurant, the bar or the spa, remains very professional and rather endorsement. We must not forget the housekeepers who are almost invisible and who do their own work.

Good staff and facilities. Rooms over fragrant. Smells like masking smoking.

Everything you'd expect from a Hilton. Five stars for the decent gym, location to a very large park (running), and the breakfast spread. Would absolutely stay there again.

Staff are utterly amazing, kind attentive and anticipate your needs. The hotel is well situated and perfect for heading out and about. If you are on a city breakouts as you would expect, great food, rooms for sleeping, fun bar and generally good facilities.

Nice modern Hotel with great facilities. I slept well until a cleaning lady came in without prior notice in the early morning. She recognized me when she was standing in front of me. In my eyes a clear no-go.

Very good service at the breakfast restaurant. The staff even offered to bring me water and coffee, which I'm used to do myself. Got upgraded to executive floor, wich has big rooms and comfy beds and pillows. On the downside my non-smoking room smelled of smoke, probably from a previous visitor. That was a bit of discomfort. Overall a really good hotel.

My wife and I celebrated our wedding at the Hilton Sofia on July 23. Most of our guests also stayed at the Hilton. All I can say is: perfect!
The organization, the staff, the rooms, the food and the service were great. Our guests and we were very satisfied. We've looked at different locations before, and we can say with certainty that we've chosen the right one. Thank you again, and best regards from Germany.

Typisches Hilton Hotel. Schön und sauber. Rezeption nett und hilfsbereit. Bedingungen im Restaurant waren etwas steif und hatten es schwehr zu lächeln.

First to the positive things:
The hotel has a great location, downtown Sofia can be reached easily on foot, the connection to the Metro is also very good, the NDK Metro station is within walking distance. The breakfast buffet was great, there were all actually, we missed nothing.
The staff is very courteous, friendly and helpful.
For us, there was a big minus for the House:
W-LAN is prohibitively expensive, if you want to have it in your room, you have free Wi-Fi in the lobby and other public areas of the hotel, but this wireless is limited and for the entire stay on 8 hours, you can not even log out and pick up time. This 8 hour count from registration in the Wi-Fi network…
Close to the Palace of culture and a Starbucks where you can use the W-LAN free of charge hotel is however.
However we feel somewhat cheated the facilities with the W-LAN, because the convenient Wi-Fi in the room prices are exorbitant. A pass or week when the German provider of home costs just a fraction of what does the hotel.
An other negative is:
We had a hotel voucher, which means that the hotel was paid in advance. Upon arrival we were after a credit card phone etc… what once was asked, as security for any costs, such as Wi-Fi, bar, ok.

I have been to this hotel on many occasions over the last 7+ years. And as I like to tell my co-workers, the difference between an ok hotel and an excellent one can be determined by the way they solve problems. Either mine or their own. This is an hotel where Service is really Service. With a capital S. On the few occasions where a problem occurred the staff has solved problems with class, discretion and understanding of my situation.

We had our staff stay at this hotel during the WordCamp Europe conference and found the price and service to be the winning factors of the overall experience. The building and facilities are slightly older than expected but reasonably maintained. Conference room hire went smoothly and hotel staff even offered their own laptop when we found that we couldn't connect to the VGA port on the room's projector. Would choose Hilton again if in Sofia.

I was on a business trip to Bulgaria and stayed here for 3 days. It was very impressing that it took me only 20 minutes walk to the center where I held a series of business meetings. In general, my schedule was extremely busy that's why I enjoyed how convenient the hotel was located. I chose to eat in the bar because the menu there offered a reasonable choice of main dishes and a good variety of desserts and ice creams. I loved the home raspberry pudding of the chef. The third day, one of my commitments lapsed and I even managed to make use of the hotel gym, which was well equipped.
