Highly recommend staying at this hotel if you’re flying out of Sofia. Room are nice and spacious. Staff are friendly and helpful. Nice bar restaurant that is open late. Breakfast bar is awesome with variety of options. Free shuttle to and from airport is very convenient.

Best Hotel and the First with Robot Waiter.

Such a modern and innovative hotel. Not only great rooms and service, but also has the first robot doing roomservice.

The hotel is beautiful building, large rooms but the staff did not make guests feel welcome. The reception staff did not greeting the guest on the check in also the restaurant staff and restaurant manager are very ignorant and this is the reason to leave only one star for customer service!

The hotel is 1km away from Sofia international airport and they offer a free shuttle that you have to book in advance when arriving late at night. If you're coming with a car, the free parking is very convenient as they have open and underground parking on two levels. I would rate them 5 stars if the cleanliness of the room met my expectations from Best Western. Garbage bins were not emptied after the first day and the glasses we used were not replaced.

Cosy and silent hotel, I like the modern design and nice style of rooms; staff is friendly, smiling and helpful. Location in convenient, Nearby the airport. Shuttle will take to the airport and metro station. Within 30 mins you're in the city) ) ) good for short and long stay, with family, friends or for work Nearby there is shops and restaurants at the airport.

Great hotel for a 6 am flight. Wouldn't stay here unless for business or early flight as it is too far away from the center of town. However the hotel itself seems to know that and is not at all pretentious in its design or purpose. Staff were super nice and accommodating.

Nice hotel. Amazing rooms. However, the room service menu is below expectations as average. So when I decided to go to the restaurant downstairs me and my colleagues where rather disappointed with the quality and taste of food. Staff in general are alright. Would definitely recommend a new menu and a new chef for the kitchen.

Brand new hotel, location is near airport, not in-town. Very comfortable beds, good restaurants. Buffet breakfast was a mix of Bulgarian and western food. Reliable western standard quality.

Friendly staff, slightly forgetful barman and a slightly sepia tinge to the whole place. Suspect it's the dull lighting that detracts from an otherwise decent, rather matter of fact, business hotel. The Bulgarian traditional salad and the mousse dessert on the restaurant menu are pretty good and they have fair selection of beers. There's nothing much to write home about on this hotel, but it delivers a decent enough experience.

Nice modern Hotel with comfortable rooms. Breakfast is abundant, there is all that can be done at a price of €14 per person. Lunch, too. Loved the lamb sauce. The hotel is close to terminal 1 and terminal 2 of the airport. Transfer to book by email or phone, that is very inconvenient, while walking to the hotel not to walk around like a wasteland. Go for a walk, respectively, too nowhere, but at the same car service to take over 5 minutes to the metro station and from there less than half an hour drive from here. Hurting in the center of Sofia. It will cost you 1.6 leva. The rooms are well equipped. Plasma 40’ and the Russian poluprorocheski channels in the amount of 6 pieces. There is a Hairdryer and a safety Deposit box, bed bomb, sleep right, the hotel is quiet. Staff is trying to speak in Russian, but everything is clear and in Bulgarian. Well speak and understand English from the waiter to the driver of the Shuttle service. Get points for your stay when booking through their app. Well, something like this.

A lovely hotel, comfortable and quiete rooms. Friendly stuff, perfect location. You can leave your car here in the underground parking, while you travel aboard. They offer airport transfer, the price is include in the stay.

The room was HUGE! The bed was comfortable and the shower had great heat and water pressure. I also tried the restaurant which had a great selection of cheese and wine. Highly recommend this place!

Nice hotel, close to the airport. They offer airport transfers, conference rooms, parking garage. They even have an Escape room.

Good conference center. Might be used as a meeting venue up to 300 people. Easy access through shuttle from both airport terminals and underground station.

This is very new, very nice and very clean hotel. At the reception, there was a traniee. He was very professional on his job. I like this hotel. If you go to the city centre the taxi takes 15 lev. This is reliable. I advise this hotel.

Clean tidy hotel situated about 8 mins from the airport. You are in the middle of nowhere so will need transport into Sofia centre. Make sure you use official taxi company. Free shuttle bus to the airport provided by the hotel, just pre book when you need it to take you. Breakfast was fine and had a good mixture on offer. Mini bar is pricey I only had a large 750ml of water and that alone was 9 lev (£4.50) plus I didn't have the price menu in my room so not sure how much the other items are. Overall I had a pleasant comfortable stay.

Apart from a few technical inconveniences, comfortable hotel, very friendly staff and excellent catering. Well worth a detour.

Only stayed the one night as flying out the next morning couldn't find fault as it ticks every box expected of a 5star hotel, how ever only one tiny complaint in my room where you go from the carpet to the tiles there is a small height difference which I forgot and my toes had a nasty shock to say the least so this was the only painful experience I got there. Excellent standard with exceptional friendly staff who are so helpful which is rare in our travels now a days.

Unacceptable for a hotel of 4 stars: No soap in the bathroom, in the wardrobe there are dirty and forgotten clothes of a previous customer, we ordered an alarm clock but no one called us. Positives: The rooms are spacious, close to the airport, the staff are very friendly.

Brilliant hotel and staff cooked breakfast could be hotter but hey it was still good and value for the money the bed was superb.

Newer, very clean hotel conveniently located next to the SOF airport. There is a shuttle running to the airport every 30 min. Staff is helpful and courteous. Front desk clerk spoke 3 languages.

The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. It has a very modern feel and a reasonable price. The staff at the front desk and at the restaurant were courteous and professional. Both dinner and breakfast in the restaurant were very good.

Nice hotel, fresh and fully equipped. Good Breakfast with no frills. Free Shuttle service to the airport. Why then went back at 13 o'clock, and the room was not cleaned. Hung a sign, came back full in the evening. Next to a single store (water to buy), bus stop somewhere near the bridge. Good views from the rooms.

Seems like a new hotel. It has really nice rooms. There aren't a lot of places to eat that are short walking distances though so you're limited to the hotel restaurant. The food there is really pretty good. Not over priced especially by hotel standards. The staff was very nice. I lost my AC adapter and they provided me one at no charge. Little things like this make the stay that much better.

It's a nice, new hotel with large rooms, clean and tidy. The room is equipped with a minibar, safe and sat tv. We scored a room with a nice overview of the Sofia skyline. It's location is perfect for reaching the airport but not easily reachable with public transit. They also offer a free shuttle to the airport which is really convenient.

Right at the airport with transfer from the there to the hotel. Nice interior, rooms were clean and cozy, and the restaurant / bar was fine as well. Would stay here again.

This newly built hotel is only 2 years old and is located just 5 minutes from Sofia airport. The hotel has a minibus pick-up service at the airport for so €5.
The rooms are spacious and clean. But the restaurant closes at 23:00 and the room service only offers cold snacks from that hour.

Very clean, beautiful and tasty breakfasts. There is a Shuttle to the airport every half hour, costs 5 euros.

Two stars on a good day. So much potential, so many details just not up to standard. Door to bathroom wouldn't shut as it simply didn't fit the door frame. In a brand new building? No heating in the bathroom that I could detect. On the plus side the room was nice and big. Needs a lot of work to bring up to international standards.

The food was great, the interior of the rooms was ok, but there wasn't enough water pressure in the bathroom…

My room on the 10th floor benefits from a splendid view. The bed is very confortable and the staff exceptionally courteous and accommodating.

Hotel is located really close to airport, but unfortunately there is no way to get there by foot. Pedestrian zone is finished just on the closest gasoline station and you need to walk along the highway for 300 meteres. I do not know why there is no pedestrian zone at all. Another issue is to get from hotel to airport with a car, although it is very close to airport you need to drive in the direction of City another 3-5 km to make a U-turn. It is new hotel, but I had a feelings that it is not finished yet. Like it is still under construction or something. At the same time room was more or less OK. Breakfast is good and you can get something to eat if you have an earlier flight just next door from reception. All in all, I have mixed feelings about this place.

I stayed at Best Western Premier sofia airport hotel during the business trip. Excellent location — right next to the Sofia Airport. Service was top quality and the food (room services) was very delicious. I had a big, modern room — good sound proof and the mattress was amazing! Overall the stay surpassed all my expectations!
