We had a wonderful 4 days! Family hotel is wonderful very warm and very familiar you eat very well and the kids have a great time… The owners brothers are nice and very attentive to the customer. It is located in a very convenient point to reach both the markets and other places simply on foot. If I were to describe my holiday for the first time in a family hotel I would use 2 adjectives:
availability and friendliness are the characteristics of all the staff.
adults and children come home satisfied and with tear gas to have to leave.

Returning to our small, special corner of paradise and rediscovering the genuineness, the professional but also attentive and affectionate welcome of the Prandel brothers (Nicola, Roberta, Marta) and their fantastic collaborators (chef Nicola, super Michele, the nannies) is confirmation of how much the passion that is put into their business makes a difference! The improvements made inside and outside the structure are also beautiful! Top!

A week of real vacation, for young and old. Clean and well-organized hotel, beautiful play areas and swimming pool with always warm water, fun shows for children and interesting organized excursions. Kindness and enthusiasm of all those who work there. The only new food… That will get you back with extra pounds!

We stayed at this property a few days after Christmas 2015.
The highlight of this hotel are the entertainment for the children and the games room, with the possibility for parents to leave the children in the latter while they eat.
To improve the organization of the lunches and dinners and the quality of the food. All the courses are buffet, but many times we have got cold and finished courses because many adults started eating during the children's time, and in our opinion they were not much like flavor.
Staff were very helpful.

We went to this property for the first time and chose the Christmas days, great experience.
Friendly and helpful Staff, all tailored to children, each space is designed for their comforts, and the nannies offer a nice respite to the holiday of us parents.
Comfortable and clean rooms great and plentiful food, dinner all buffet, fantastic desserts!
The snack is also ideal from 16 to 17, and the possibility of having milk and juices h24.
The property is close to the center of the village and on foot, during the Christmas period, you can easily reach the markets in the park.
Definitely going back!

We have recently returned from our second vacation to the Family Hotel Primavera, what to say, our daughter does not make it talk about the hotel, the owners and the nannies! All very talented and very helpful, they treated us as if we were family. We can't wait to get back.

We are a family with 3 children ranging from 2 to 12 years and we spent 4 days at the Hotel spring where the children are really put in the first place… Whatever is necessary for them is… From little one's baby food to the wonderful animation for the older ones. And even for us parents never missed a nice smile!

Excellent welcome, courtesy dispensed galore and attentions to the most diverse needs expressed by customers. Clean room, exquisitely family environment and fantastic for the little ones. Numerous occasions of entertainment. Absolutely recommended experience. Very rich buffet dinners.

I was with my wife and daughter.
The hotel is really made to measure children! From the animation always present to the spaces dedicated to them, pushchairs and backpacks to rent, bathrooms dedicated to them, baby food on request, snack, gagging available and much more that make this hotel a home for families with adjoining asylum!
Nicola then is a delightful, sympathetic, polite and always helpful landlord.
The kitchen is very good, with a lot of choice and the breakfast gives lots of choice and a very exceptional quality.
The only sore note the cleanliness of the bathroom that unfortunately has reserved an unpleasant surprise.
But we are sure it was an extemporaneous error given the overall quality of the structure. Congratulations really.
Advice on the rooms: there are bigger rooms and other very little ones, if you want to stay comfortable ask before booking.

Nice room for birthday parties with children from 3 years on; there are spaces with games dedicated ball pool, books, soft carpets, music, a bathroom suitable for children, table football, etc. Very cute!

My family and I stayed at the Family Primavera Hotel in July for 2 weeks and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel and staff are just amazing. They really know how to take care of kids to make sure they are happy and having fun. The hard part was convincing my daughter to leave the hotel so we could experience what the region has to offer. Highly recommended!

You can backpack light and switch-off your brain even if traveling with infants: the staff will take care of everything!
