The dishes were delicious. But not diverse. The pools were clean and hot as promised. However the parking lot is for 5-6 cars if you're lucky you can park there. Poor cleaning service, the linens had stains some of them were torn. No air conditioning for the summer. We were there in November… We asked for extra heating from reception (the hotel is with heating boiler). The nights were cold. Leaking toilet; if you want to take a shower add extra 10minutes for the hot water to come. When I called for reservation I wanted a double room, but when arrived we were accommodated in an apartment (which was extra 20bgn per night). As a conclusion bad management.
Dirty, cold, very poor service, expensive, in a very bad condition hotel! Do not recomment at all.
