Beautiful small hotel is one of the finest hotels you will ever stay at. Lovely location and incredible views of the top. Exceptional hospitality.
Вече е доста позахабен и амортизиран. Липсва персонал, а от наличния само сервитьорите полагаха услия за да осигурят и комфорт. Имаше някакъв вирус и всички гости имаха проблеми с храната. Нарочно беше оставен път в снега като за една кола, така когато си по средата и насреща дойде друга кола, едната се връща до началната точка. На върпоса защо са го оставили така — щото тука така си е всяка година:) Местоположението остава уникално. Гледка и спокойствие. Въпреки забелжките е най-хубавия хотел на Узана, с пъти над останалите.

Everything was great. The staff is polite and with good manners. The restaurant is great. All dishes that we ordered was delicious. The rooms are with good view. Some better than others.
