The rooms are clean, but not as big as the photos may suggest. Despite its good location, the surroundings do not look very friendly, especially at night. When it comes to the service, the staff is polite and highly prepared to provide whatever is needed.

Just back from a stay here. Hotel was great. Lovely breakfast in the mornings. Hotel rooms comfortable and air conditioned. Nice staff. Great view from Pool bar on the roof. Showers are amazing.

Wonderful hotel! I have been here twice and both times I was equally pleased. All employees I encountered were willing to help and happy to provide guidance. The room was clean and water pressure and temperatures were to my liking. Lock box was provided in room for storing items while you are away. The roof top bar and pool was my favorite at night! Beautiful views! The location is close to many good restaurants and walking distance to shopping and street vendors. The breakfast selection was fresh daily, with lots of options. I will go back again.

I had so much fun… at first. The thing that ruined it was when my husband and I were held up at knife point right in front of the hotel on the beach, and the staff shrugged it off like it was normal. While I understand that this happens often, I expected some kind of empathy instead of the (what seemed like) smirks that we received. Otherwise this hotel was affordable, the buffet was great, it was RIGHT across the street from the beach and other sites, the view from the pool on the roof is beautiful, and the staff was otherwise friendly. But know that if you find yourself in a sticky situation they will not have your back.

A great hotel right on the Copacabana beach! Wonderful staff. Great breakfast buffet. They have great concierge service with a decent network of referrals. If you can afford it, wait till you get to the hotel to exchange dollars. They have them 24/7 with better rates compared to the airport.

I love this hotel! The staff are AMAZING, they go above and beyond to help. The breakfast buffet is such an amazing bonus. Only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 stars is because the bed in the room was hard/ x-firm, the pool was really small, and the exercise room could be updated. But I don't exercise lol and the beach is right there so it worked for me. No other hotel would ever get my business after staying here!

This hotel is in a great location. About in the middle of the beach. We were on the top floor so had an amazing view. The is also a nice rooftop bar. It is a modern hotel and it is kept very clean. Breakfast was enjoyable with lots of choices. Anything with gluten was marked so you did not have to ask. It works out really well.

A localização do hotel é muito boa, a vista do restaurante e rooftop também. Porém os quartos estavam sujos que trocar de quarto e também não tinha coca cola zero. Equipe de recepção bem atenciosa.

Good location, clean and comfortable room. Bathroom is also clean and the shower water is hot and with good pressure. Would definitely return.

Hotel functional Rooms well. Not all of them overlook the beach. Ours faced an inner courtyard we had to pay for side view to beach. The top pool for soaking just very small. Good breakfast. About two Metro stop take you to the center in 20 minutes.

The hotel has an excellent location to enjoy Copacabana and get around to get to know Rio. The rooms are large and comfortable and the breakfast good. The staff is super friendly.

Pros: Great location. The rooms were clean, modern, and well appointed. Staff were friendly and breakfast was great. A highlight was the pool and view from the roof. Cons: The gym was really lacking (just a couple treadmills and a bike — there was a single broken weight machine) and the shower only had hot water once, out of four days.

Expensive for what they offer. The "Pool" is more of a ornament than anything else, if there are two or three people and you give yourself something to stick because you stick to the other. The rooms are good, ours had partial view to the sea. The breakfast is pretty full but they could offer more for what they charge. It has good location, beachfront but for being a hotel "5 stars" does not have beach service which I think should have like almost all hotels. We sent 5 clothes to wash and they charged us 220 real, crazy. I wouldn't go back.

Food was delicious from restaurant, good servers, very clean, security all the time. Beautiful view, perfect location.

Great location on Copacabana beach. Warm welcome. The pool as well as the view from the rooftop terrace are superb. The hotel is very appreciated so it is necessary to book early enough in advance. You can like or note the comment if it has helped or pleased you. Thank you and enjoy your stay.

Good things first. Breakfast was great. All employees were very helpful, polite and courteous. Ocean view was pleasant and relaxing. The only issue was the toilet getting clogged. The front desk Change our room.

Although the breakfast is complete it is not advisable for Argentinians as most are meals or breads, there is nothing sweet. The elevators are slow, small and unintelligent. The pool ends up being a fountain of decoration, very very small. I wouldn't go back.

Very nice hotel, has a terrace where you can appreciate the beach and has a pool enabled almost all day. The staff are very friendly.

Excellent hotel, modern and comfortable rooms with excellent sea view, bar area and swimming pools of the best and a very friendly and helpful staff at all times. It would definitely come back.

Right in the middle of the Copacabana stretch. It makes sense to have a room with a view — absolutely lovely view from your hotel room. It has been a lovely stay… The sauna/steam room takes awhile to warm up, and the gym is tiny — which isn't a problem because there are lots of nice gyms nearby.

Nice hotel for a few days. Very good location, very nice view from the terrace and the dining room. Good common spaces. Room nicely decorated and furnished, but no balcony or comfortable space so you can sit two people. Clean the surface room, only clean what is in sight. It is personally aware of the packaging of medicines left by previous guests and for papers dropped during my stay that were not in sight where they had fallen, both in the room and in the bathroom. Under the bed was plenty of dirt and lint.

Excellent! The Hotel is very comfortable and comfortable, clean and tidy. The bar and restaurant are excellent and at the top one can enjoy the pool, a second bar where you can order meals or drinks, a gym and above all an unbeatable oceanfront view on a very large schedule, being able to see Copacabana by day, evening or night. Breakfast is good. The rooms are clean and neat. The staff at the pool and restaurant during breakfast are the best they have xq are very attentive. The pool area is small for the amount of guests and they do not have beach service. It's expensive for what it offers, I wouldn't go back.

I saw some comments saying: average bedding but I mean more average. Average cleaning but I mean more. On the other hand beautiful location very nice, attentive and therefore very good stay. Location, room condition, and service are good. Breakfast was great! You can enjoy the night view of copacabana beach on the top. Supermarket is close. It's a bit weird that I was asked whether I use the safe box or not when I filled out the check-in document.

Amazing views and access to Copacabana. The location of this hotel is one of the best in Rio. Situated in the middle of Copacabana beach. An ocean view room is a must. I recommend 8th floor or higher. Sunrise on the rooftop is amazing. Lunch buffet is worth trying, I was very satisfied!

Very nice rooms and big breakfast. In the room there are two pairs of flip flops (only for women, at least from us…) to be used during the stay. There is a floor with gym, pool and spa, but we didn't use them. Beware of the air conditioning fired at 16 ° at the entrance!

Breathtaking views. Located in the best area of the beach. The hotel is very well connected (there are two metro stops 5 minutes walk). The restaurant has a kitchen that incorporates innovative dishes. The receptionists have indicated me places that did not come out in the river guide. Thanks to these small tips in Rio was unforgettable. Note that hotel cares everything up to the smallest detail.

Great hotel, very good breakfast, but expensive. We had opted for side view room, which was very clean with great view of the copacabana and also the christ statue. Seems the hotel is newly built. Facilities are new and shower was even good. Thou I havnt been to other hotels, but still I guess this one is recommendable. The staff at desk too was co-operative.
