Wonderful staff, Rooms neat and tidy all the time
My Only recommendation is to get dining inside the hotel unlike NewsCafe outside your building, or may be make proper arrangements with regards to inclusion of your buffet breakfast in your accomodation fee.

The welcome at the reception was great, the man receptionist who helped me was very friendly.

This is a nice place to rest the staff is just amazing and awesome I loved the place I wish I could spend two weeks.

Not so good last time. No hot water afternoon and evening and only two towels provided for four people.

The Hotel staff was excellent! The room was very clean and beautiful. Some Hotels in South Africa can learn from them. It was great that we got 75% discount over weekends as we are Stanbic clients. I recommend this hotel for any person visiting Gabarone! I especially enjoyed the OUTSTANDING service and food at the News Cafe as my husband is Italian and they served Italian food for breakfast too! You will surely see me again!

Normally I speak very highly of this place. This time around guess wasn't my time. First of all couldn't get the rooms prefer even though clearly they were not occupied I was told they are… that wasn't even the issue. Then was put in a really hot room. Air con not working. Cupboards broken. Opened a window only to realize it won't close. On complaining about this I was told to just wait. One of the ladies at front desk came through and confirmed I needed to be moved but someone out there just seemed to not be interested. After waiting an hour was taken to another non functional and at this point just thought… nope. It ain't my day. Eventually I was relocated to another. Still not wanted but at this point wasn't really fighting anymore. This visit was not for me! Not my day at all.

Takes care of laundry is very nice and peaceful.

Its an amazing place, you got all you need in one room. Staff is very friendly. One problem… the pool was never clean, for all the 6 days there I didn't get a chance to swim because the pool was dirty… other than that, awesome place!

It is a good place and I give it 4 stars.

Nice spacious rooms, well furnished. Luxury accessories like soaps, pen, bottle water, coffee/teas included. Tv stations need attention, some not tuned, some muted, some volume levels set much lower than others. Avoid staying here Thursday nights if a goodnights sleep is important. The newscafe runs a two for one special resulting in parking full and venue crowded. The noise, mudic and shouting goes on late into the night.

They are still busy with renovations but still a good place to stay at!

Nicely located. My only concern is you don't have proper arrangements with news cafe, you must work on it or get your own restaurant where we can eat peaceful and have bills to our rooms.

It is a place to be… mmmmmm awesome. The kajun chicken salad was mouth watering. I'll surely come back.

Within the vicinity of the lies the the Mondior Mews Cafe which is a truly exceptional spot for well known for its elegant hot coffee and hot chocolate. You definitely gotta love its classic bistro dishes with extraordinary recipes prepared by well trained chefs. The Cafe is strategically located, as it is nestled in a desirably tranquil location. It is convenient for everyone seeking to enjoy a mild breakfast, attractive lunch and weekend-brunch, whatever you're motivation is. I particularly like the Mews Cafe or its convenience I I want to work because of its free internet which is quite fast. The setting is designed in such a way that it has conformable chairs and large coffee tables specifically reserved for those with laptops to do their own work, while enjoying a glass of wine or any beverage.

As you can see excellent! I stayed for two nights and I was happy withthe service the room and all amenities provided. Only concern is the News cafe down stairs when you want to go to bed mxm! Patrons leaving the Bar are too jovial!

I enjoyed my stayed, for 7 days. World class treatment.
