They just never disappoint me. Clean room well made up. Good food with friendly staff. Superb service!

Hospitality was 100% but there is still room for improvement on the food side.

Great Estate, very well looked after gardens! You wouldn't think that you are in the middle of the city any more. Delicious food, just quite pricey.

It's a great place, awesome stuff. Very friendly… but my problem is their Decor, it's not something to write home about, if you're gonna host an event there, bring your own decor.

Its an amazing place to visit. The garden is out of this world. If you have a taste for nature you surely would wanna visit Marang.

The Cresta Marang Gardens serves excellent dinners. The dinner is in the form of a buffet which includes soup, meats, vegetables, salads and dessert. The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms spacious, clean and well maintained. This hotel will definitely see me again.

Has lots of potential but it's been ruined by over priced bad food and a weird interior that takes away from its original, cozy bush feel.

It is a really family friend venue, parties can be kept here, they have a beautiful lawn. They have a variety of delicious food, they have comfortable chalets and rooms for visitors.

I love the newly renovated rooms. They are spacious and the furniture so modern. It was home away from home. The paint in the wall also calms the mind after a hectic day.

Campsite no hot water, not just today, but since I started coming here 3 years ago. I'm sitting in the toilet/shower complex at the moment and waiting for the past 40 minutes for the maintainance and manager person to figure out a solution on where and how to shower! Is it really that difficult to run a place like this? Also, management one of the most incompetent. A badly cut bolt from their fence injured my leg flesh deep. So deep, it actually needes stitches. What did the receptionist do after consulting the management? First they let me wait at the reception for 20 minutes until the blood was running onto the floor, then I was handed dettol to desinfect the wound, and then I was offered a thiny little plaster for my 4x1cm flesh wound. No doctor, no ride to the hospital for stitches, nothing. What I was offered is, a free dinner. As if that would have made me feel better in any way! I would never ever stay here again if I didn't really have to : — (

The best gardens in the Botswana's second city. They host nice events, and serve the best restaurant. Come and enjoy a nice sun downer moment, either by the restaurant patio, or from the comfort of your chalet.

It's one of the top notch, good views, gardens, hotel services, food (breakfast, launch and dinner). Good customer service with great welcoming stuff. Surely I will not hesitate to consider it whenever I'm around Francis Town.

Watch out for Wi-Fi — not too reliable. AirCon has issues in some room; BTU does not match room size.
