Great room and friendly staff, close to city centre but the car park is public and costs 18 euro a day… on top of the cost of the room… you have been warned.

Simple, comfortable, 2 minutes from the center! Very cozy liar! Two steps from the station!

Had a nice stay at the hotel. It's located close to the center of Antwerp. Due to severe construction work it is difficult to reach, but it is quiet in the hotel. Room looked beautiful and clean. Bathroom a little bit outdated but fine. Personnel was very friendly. Check-in was quick and I had a free unasked upgrade. I would come back here.

Hotel is fairly close to sentrum. The rooms seems a little old and worn. The room it's clean and there are free coplemrnteris in the room as water a few sides and coffee.

Great quiet place, excellent vallue for money, the staff is very friendly and great breakfast. There really is something for everybody. The rooms were a little smaller than I expected but clean. I would definitely visit again!

If I knew I had to climb stairs with my suitcases to get to my room I would not have booked here. Also airco is broken I report they give a fan. Next day I ask about it. Maybe tomorrow maintenance come. Only cold water when you want to shave. Bed is nice.

Great value budget stay in handy location. I booked a superior twin room for a budget weekend visit with my sister. So impressed with the size of the room and the beds. The bathroom was particularly luxurious feeling. Location felt a little dodgy the route we took from the station late on a Friday night, but absolutely fine during the day, and I think it was the particular route we took. Location was exceptionally useful for a short city break as it is 10 minutes walk from the train station (access for Brussels Eurostar), and a couple of minutes walk from the main shopping street, 10 minutes from the beautiful old town. Unfortunately we did find a little mould on the windowframe, which I pointed out to the receptionist on leaving, but wasn't offered a refund — couldn't figure out how to get in touch with the hotel direct via email. Pillows were a little lumpy. Breakfast is pricey at 15 euros, so we opted to find food locally instead (wholeheartedly recommend Butcher's Coffee and Cuisinette Domestic).

On the whole everything was good, only from breakfast you should not expect too much… The location is not so bad — a lot of walking distance.

Nice and clean accommodations. Friendly staff. The breakfast buffet is decently assorted, and everything is fresh. You need to walk ten minutes to another hotel for lunch and dinner, which is not a là carte.

A very nice place, the employees are kind, everything in the room was good. I only stayed here one night but if you are out all the time it is perfect for a weekend. Also very close to the shopping area.

Very nice room and service. However, Wi-Fi signal was not awesome in my room.

Smoking in this hotel is prohibited. Nontheless I spent three nights in a room that had been inhabited by a smoker before, as was obvious because of strong smell and cigarette stubs outside the window. Staff and manager did not care, no refund. At first I asked for a switch of rooms, but was informed that no other rooms were available. (It was a Monday night in the middle of December. ) Aquiescing to the circumstances, I asked the staff at least to let fresh air in or do whatever necessary to get rid of the smell. After night one, it seems they simply forgot; on my return at night, I found the room still smelling as strong as before. Still I didn't want to leave the window open all day on my own because it was rainy outside. The staff did not let air in before night 3. So when leaving, I asked the reception for a partial refund. But since I had been stupid enough to pay in advance, all the management offered was a free drink at the bar, which I had no more time to take when I found the letter. To sum up: It could have been such a nice room if there were anyone at that hotel who cares about customers.

On a business travel, I stayed at this hotel three nights and I had no warm water from the bathroom and the shower the last two nights. So, I disliked.

Functional room comfortable but sad and uniqyement.
