Amazing spacious 2-bedroom condo in the center of old Antwerp. Beautifull designed, super clean. Peacefull and quite and literalky 2-minute walk to Cathedral. Condo feels as home. Decorated to high standards ‘60’s and modern. Exceptional clean, well equipped. Safe. Katrin is an amazing person, amazing host One negative : such a good comfortable bed and cozy welcoming place you will sleep till 11am and stay all day ‘at home’ Highly recommendable. Again, best rental ever.

Clean and beautiful apartment.

I visit Antwerp often and I would not stay anywhere else. The building, which was recently renovated with exquisite taste, offers two gorgeous fully-furnished apartments, as well as two incredibly cosy and romantic suites. The location is superb, in a quiet and charming square between the Old Town and the Fashion District, making Aplace the perfect spot for sightseeing, shopping or just enjoying the city life!

Very nice apartment on a good location.

Exceptionally comfortable bed in an immaculate suite with fine views out over a rather sweet square. There's some noise from drinkers at the bars when they're sitting outside — but the owner provides extremely efficient earplugs so that's not really a problem.

Great central yet quiet location, close to the Fashion District. Fun flea-market styling and lots of living space. Modern marble bathrooms, with tubs, showers, toiletries and bathrobes. The details are fun: perhaps a vinyl record player and eclectic records or shelves of Wallpaper* guides (carefully annotated by Karen) and pink-haired trolls under bell jars. Karin’s “Aplace” is absolutely beautiful and cozy boutique hotel in the center of Antwerp. The Host, Karin is an amazing, warm and kind person who truly puts her hearts and soul into making her guests feel like at home. The apartment is beautifully furnished with mix of retro and modern style — I was so amazed about every elegant details. The place is very close to almost everything in Antwerp. I highly recommend Aplace!

The place is great for a single person or a couple. Karin is super nice, great central location, and really nice space along with a turntable. What more could you want. If your ok with climbing a couple of flights of stairs, it's well worth it for a very relaxing stay in a great city. Jack, Boston USA.

We had a great time in Antwerpen. Very nice to see the ' Vrijdagmarkt ' from the kitchen-window.

Aplace is the perfect base to explore Antwerp from. A unique corner flat-clean, beautifully decorated and homely. In fact I found myself preferring having breakfast at the kitchen table overlooking the Vrijdagmark rather than at my favourite coffee spot around the corner. Good linen, great bathroom, quirky record selection, up to date advice from Karin your host and thoughtful attention to detail right down to the hand selected green tea and Illy coffee cups. We really enjoyed our stay in Aplace. This is the perfect base for exploring the city of Antwerp, with a great location so close to the cathedral and so clean, bright and chic. The owner was helpful and friendly, provided a very good map to help us explore and made recommendations. Aplace is within walking distance of most of the sights of Antwerp and many good restaurants; we stayed close to home and ate a fantastic supper a few steps away at Bar2 and had a very good breakfast at the café opposite. We loved Antwerp (the girls were particularly keen on all the vintage clothes shops and markets), sadly we only had one night but look forward to coming back to Aplace one day.
