Moderat hotel, friendly staff, free parking, free Wi-Fi. Close to the city centre. Been here three times now, 2016, 2017 & 2018.

Good staff friendly location and good value for money, varied buffet breakfast.

Called to cancel having seen an unexpected but, after trying 4 times in the morning to contact them, when they responded before they requested an email and at the end they charged me the full amount.
I'm not going To change my life by getting that money in the toilet.
Personally, I advise against them because of the way they operate.
Correct in the rules but bad at the human level.

Nice and quiet Hotel. Only flaw, reason for the 4 stars, is the TV: not to be fussy, but the impossibility of being able to retune the channels, given the lack of certain television stations, and saw there was the final of the Champions League, was a bit ' a nuisance. Other than that, clean hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast, at check out we were allowed to leave our luggage in reception until our final departure in the afternoon.

Fits — beautiful old town within walking distance.

Nice place near the Lake, then the Red Horse splits. The service seemed friendly but the rooms are not the top.

We can only say we have found extremely well, we did a weekend, finding courtesy, cleanliness, convenience to all services and all good food offered at the Hotel, we advise everyone to try it for the convenience.

All pretty old, ok room, small bathroom, old and noisy air conditioner, we suffered from the heat. Mattresses rather old and saggy. Coffee, breakfast awful.

Good hotel to stay at Garda.

The location of the hotel is good. The old town and the Lake are just walking distance. The rooms are ok. Bath according to latest standards. Criticism is there for breakfast, which actually doesn't deserve this name, because it is merely a compilation of inferior quality products. We decided not to use the breakfast, although busy, and prefer to eat away. The staff and especially the hotel operators are interested in guest satisfaction unfortunately also only superficially friendly and apparently not really. We will stay here, definitely not more. Finally, the selection of hotels on Lake Garda is great.

Wonderful. Clean, neat and comfortable. And the view from the balcony over the Lake pros′o.

Highly recommended by a young couple, the best value for money in the area.
