Polite Hotel staff have a very nice ambiance and atmosphere so relaxing.

Lovely hotel, nice clean rooms. Wifi great in room. I was on the 17th floor.

Really enjoyed having eftar there. A wide variety of food and good hospitality. Very tasty and well prepared and presented. Definitely recommend going there and I’ll definitely repeat going there and dining. Great cook don’t miss it.

Best hotel in price vs quality, clean rooms, great staff, delicious food and strategic location.
Not to forget Chef Nidal is a great person and definitely I wont forget the mansaf and fatteh,, best who serves them in bahrain. Will come again and again.

I love that place, I visited in Ramadan it was great 90 % from the menu every one can try it & like it.

I lije this hotel because of their personalized service. Upon check in the receptions are very pleasing and feels family talking to them. Superb to Miss Mel who made our checkin fast and efficient. The room absolute good for couples and clean. Breakfast is good and place is close to major spot we go. Thanks for accommodating us guys. Highly rexommended.

Clean rooms, good location, near to many malls around, restaurant is good but not so delicious. Reception staff are very helpful.

Professional staff with excellent service and Very much aware of their responsibilities for their clients… Towels were dirty though but I carried mine fortunately.

Everything's in this hotel is cool except laundary. They made mistakes by not sending it back and after checking it will be written wrong room number.

Nice, clean hotel, good selection of meals, friendly receptionists, and hard-working waiters and waitress at hotel cafe.

For the rates the place is excellent, I stayed there 2-3 times never had an issue, it's very close to seef area (where all the malls are) but I don't think you can walk cuz it's across a highway, they offer smoking and non smoking rooms, ice machine on every floor, clean amenities, their pool is a bit small but it's 4 stars hotel so I'm not complaining.

Nice and clean hotel but small rooms and bathroom. Beds are small but comfortable. Reception are friendly and cooperative.

Loved the place the rooms were clean but small, wouldn't recommend it for a family or even a couple unless you're getting a suite. But I highly recommend it for business trips. The staff was friendly and helpful. The parking is not suitable for big cars.

Nothing less than any requirement! The rooms, meeting rooms, gym/pool; not to forget daily luxurious/variety breakfast. In all of this cleanliness and staff courtesy was at its perfection. A little minus on the toiletries n climate control (0 or 1).

Easy to access from main highway, the hotel location is very nice to see the bahrain city view. Near by city center, lulu hyber market. Rooms are very neat and clean. From parking entrence to until room full secure use by access card. I fully enjoy to stay here. Except internet service, the speed is slow also limited access 1GB for 1 day. That should be change to give atlest 10GB for a day.

Great hotel with reasonable budget, family can enjoy a comfortable stay near by having Dana mall with lot of entertainment like Bowling, Cinema, Indore park etc.

Very clean hotel and very very helpful receptionist there is one arabic man his name mohammed and the Indian man they are very good staff in this hotel I like the location and gym and the special free parking.

It's a good hotel. Swimming pool is so small, you can just relax in it, cannot swim.

Stayed there multiple times. Very good location, rooms are clean, quick check-in/out. Tried breakfast once and was okay. Car parking is available.

Ibis hotel hide rates and their bills differ from online booking … beware abt their actions specially if u r dealing with foriegn​. Currency.

The hotel is clean and the service is excellent the elevator was good for children which is not easy access, you have to scan your card to go to the floor you want this is good idea, the only things is the shampoo conditioner and soap are all together in the pressing soap no slippers bathrobes and dental kit available in the room, the hotel location was fantastic it's in the city which opposite of city center and other hotels, breakfast was good but our dinner we ordered sandwich is really bad bread was dry and the egg is old.

It's comfy and reasonable price Need to take more care of the small detail and the overall hygiene.

Very clean, on the middle of everything, good value for money.

Don't be fooled by the nice swimming pool pictures, it is actually very small. But the room are nice and confortable and that is what you look for in Ibis Hotels.

Visited after long time, ibis has gone dirty due to poor maintenance. Lack of accessories (hair shampoo, tissues, dirty/old towels). Dirty corridors and smell bad. No more worthy for money spent.

Bathrooms are very small. The cupboard where to store your clothes is basically nonexistent. At breakfast if you want an espresso coffee it is chargeable and it costs 5€! The service at the restaurant is way too slow. They don't serve any kind of beer or wine or alcoholic beverages… and it costs 80€/night!

Had an annoying double-charge on my credit card. A decent, but overpriced restaurant available til late. The bed was the best part.

The service level is one star, no proper respond from the Hotel team, Lobby and hotel parking was full of garbage for days, and tooks 2 days for them to pick my laundry up from my room, One star Hotel,

These Guys do not have adequate staff I just called them for Booking and they say staff is on lunch no one to assist please call after one hour, never heard of this before, I will not stay here.
