Since they blocked my wife’s is I’m posting from here. Will never recommend this hotel. The hotel has an open kitchen where they put free tea and coffe. As soon as we chedked in, there was unattended food which we ate thinking its free and we will pay later for it. They were some cutlets. The hotel charged us good 50manats and accused us for stealing the food. We did apologized for it but no use. They asked us to check out the very next day. We have been to so many hotels but this was an exception. Never going to hotel Smith again.

Good for money but the toilet flasing was broken no tea spon and water cups only next day Mr. Tural provided when I asked… 3 days stay did not change my bed sheets. Door lock loss not repaired yet. Noisy at corridor and street nois come to the room flat 3 room 303 Very far from city centre and old city I use Uber up and down. Staff are very good and helpful.
