Very uncomfortable mattresses, tasteless breakfast. During cleaning "forget" to change towels, after a call to the front desk offer to go down on their own and get a new kit. For a large car an inconvenient entrance to the garage.

I was there from August the 19 to 24. My treatment from front Reception lady Monica was horrible. I had reservation at the hotel which she could'int find it for 35 minutes. She treat me like a criminal asking me every question that no one will ask when you enter the hotel. Making fun of my name and treat me horrible She was so rude by her treatment. I like the location and the room are very clean and the other staff in the hotel were very nice.

Prime location, rooms are very modern and comfortable. Clean bathrooms. Breakfast spread is varied and fresh. Bar is staffed by reception team so you may wait to be served depending on how busy the front desk is. Conveniently located near shops and the fridge in the room is empty so you can stock with your own items. Would highly recommend to others.

Everything you could want from a hotel at this price, good rooms, comfortable beds, nice showers and rally friendly staff. Definitely recommend if you just want a good hotel to stay without too many extras.

I recommend this hotel to everybody! The room was nice and very clean! Good location. Supermarket and amazing Indian restaurant just one street away. The staff was helpful and very polite. Special thanks to Senad and the receptionists for their help. I forgot a bag there and he explained me the whole process to send it on the post to my hometown. I would definitely come back.

Very nice hotel. My mother and I liked it. We stayed when we were on a tour. Everything is clean and cozy. Good breakfast. The beds are comfortable. Bath towels are big. It's all new. Advise.

Cons: staff can be rude and unprofessional. They made us wait until 3pm on the dot. It was 245pm and they did not allow us to check in. When I went back at exactly 3pm, she had an attitude. Did not feel welcoming at all. Pros: clean, spacious room with good amenities. Location is near a metro. Close to the city center.

The convenient location of the hotel makes us easy to navigate by public transport, the rooms are clean and well-groomed. The staff are always ready to help, cleaned in rooms every day. Nearby chain supermarkets, where you can buy yourself for breakfast, another nearby cafe, on against the bakery. We're happy to have settled here!

The hotel room in itself was very good with a very big bathroom. The receptionists we're quote hostile to Indians. The breakfast is also very incomplete and limited. Won't recommend it unless you're on a very tight budget.

The hotel is very nice and breakfast is the nicest time of day. The rooms and bathrooms are perfect and the staff is very helpful. I went on a fifth-grade trip and as students we had to pay a deposit of 25 euros but it was given back to us at the end of the stay.

The hotel has great rooms and bathrooms and overall its very affordable. The only odd thing that it didn't have is room service to order food. But with Lidl and Anker bakery shop nearby, it is not much of a problem.

Ideal hotel for a stay in Vienna.
The S-Bahn runs a good 5 minutes. The bus stop is just outside the door. Walking distance to the city centre is just under 30 minutes.

With the Sraßenbahn 18 and the bus 74A the hotel is very easy to reach. All the people at the front desk were incredibly helpful and friendly and qualified. The food was good and varied. Room spacious, clean, cosy, with fridge. Bathroom spacious and good (only sometimes, rarely but at five days after all three four times after using the loo and sink somewhere came a bad smell. Probably from the sink. But it was not localizable. Odor has then warped).
All in all very good grades and nice staff. Absolutely recommended.

Rooms are good. Size is good. Bathroom is very spacious compared to other hotels.
Negative was: At breakfast there were sometimes no plates and no cutlery any more.
In some cases there was no coffee or juices, as the machines had to be serviced.
TV program has raked on all 3 days, apparently the Internet connection of the hotel is not big enough to provide all the rooms.

This is a tourist hotel, but not surprising on the basis of the location.

The staff is courteous and friendly. The hotel is centrally and is well connected by public transport. The rooms are clean. The lampshades and curtains had come in quite a few years and could tolerate a change. If you are travelling as a couple, the sliding door to the bathroom may take some getting used. In the sauna you can warm up after a busy day but you should not necessarily spend a lot of time in the relaxation room. This is not quiet by the ventilation but rather noisy and above all very fresh to cool. The steam sauna leaves the intensity to be desired. The breakfast offer is good but not more either. In other Best Western hotels This is much better and richer. All in all a good hotel for a weekend getaway. Whether the 4 stars, however, still correspond to the current state is questionable.

It is a charming hotel, good breakfast and a very nice room. The only but, is that to climb up to the room, you don't pass by the reception. The sauna is poorly controlled.

At the reception requesting a taxi to go to the airport you sent a colleague with a particular car without the meter and charge you what they want. More expensive than a taxi traditional and less secure. Demanded Taxi traditional with the meter.

Rooms were very dirty, coffee was spilled over the mini bar and over the carpet, after the complaint was again only a part cleaned. The room was very clean. The breakfast was not as rich on the second day as the first. The friendliness of the staff leaves much to be desired.

Stayed for 3 nights with breakfast included. Everything was perfect but I would have liked to find polyglot staff who were not there. From the hotel to the center you have to take first a bus that takes you to the first stop U available not far away. The vehicles are comfortable and until late evening. The locals close to the hotel are very nice and you can eat really well. The two spoken languages are German and English: essential.

We stayed in cold January 2018 for 3 nights at this hotel. It is only a few minutes away from St. Marx S-Bahn station and only a 30-minute walk from the city centre.
From the outside, the hotel is rather a very simple impression, but it is deceptive. Because inside everything is rather perfect. So it was always pleasant to get from the cold snow drift outside into the pleasantly warm interiors. Very nice and helpful staff at the reception. The whole flair of the hotel is predominantly in the colours black/red, which is very pleasant for the eye. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, we could find on the way through the hallways to the room and in the room itself no uncleanliness on the most sensitive carpet floors. Very pleasant in the cold season was also the tub in the bathroom with integrated shower.
The breakfast was very plentiful, it was all about what belongs to the upscale class.
On paper it is a four star hotel, we felt it was 5 stars.

This was the second time I've been here and if in the future I'll visit Vienna again, I think I'll also book a room here. The hotel is 10 minutes distance from the subway (Schlachthausgasse Station), has 4 Super-Markets near by and you can take a 20-30 minutes walk to the city center. The rooms are nice, clean and they have all the necessary items. The staff was very helpful and polite. It was a very good choice, booking a room here. I recommend it to all my friends.

Everything worked without problems. Room was clean and comfortable and the bed very pleasant. There are rooms with bath or shower. If you book early enough, you can choose what you want.

Arrived found bath basket still to be emptied, television not working, chair missing a wheel this for me may not be a 4 star.

A big praise to the friendly and helpful staff of this hotel. I felt comfortable in this place. The room has been clean modern and cozy. The in-house sauna helped me recover after a hard day's work. Unfortunately I had to travel again the next morning, but thought to myself that I would visit this excellent hotel in price and performance in equilibrium again and stay longer on my night holiday.

We took the airport by train to St. Max. From there, it's less than a 5 minute walk to the hotel. We were kindly welcomed to the hotel and have directly learned some information about the city. Located in the 3rd district, the hotel is 30 minutes from the city centre/cathedral. Right next to the hotel there are some supermarkets and restaurants. The hotel has been very clean. Breakfast was also absolutely fine. The wellness area, however, might be a bit more neat and, most importantly, larger. There are only three loungers here and the area is only open from 6pm. Especially when you arrive and departure days, it would be nice if you could rather open the area! Our inquiries in this regard have been dismissed. When checking out, they accidentally charged for 30 euros, but were subsequently refunded.

Staff are very friendly. Rooms are modern and spacious. However, a little more light could not hurt. Would be rebooking at any time. 1 * deduction because parking spaces are in short supply and we were a bit disappointed by the pricing of the parking garage. 17 euros a day for parking seems too expensive to me at a budget hotel like this.

Check-in as well as the room décor as far as okay temperature in the room a little cool. Breakfast not booked at €1515. It is a pity that the BW status was not rewarded here either.

In the rooms there is the possibility to see in TV programs in Italian, the asked reception is I have confirmed that you can not see.

Stayed for 4 nights minus some dim lights in the room which weren't so optimal for make up (girls will get this) I loved it.
Came late they were totally fine with late check in they helped us with all the direction explanations and even greeted me on my birthday which I came to celebrate with a card a free drink and chocolate (that was very considerate)
Breakfast wasn't included but I m not a breakfast person anyway

Nice environment, close to city centre. Rooms are very clean, modern-looking, exactly as advertised. Very comfortable beds. Only stayed for 1 night and did not opt for breakfast, so I could not provide you any information on the food&restaurant. Very good value for money. For the night we could park on the street across for free (from Friday to Saturday morning), parking for one day is 17 EUR in the hotel which I found a bit expensive.

Convenient location. Room with large patio, very comfortable. Receptionist is polite and helpful and cute, speak good English. The computer was down when I checked out, so I wasn't able to pay cash but the receptionist explained the reason to us. Breakfast has good variety to choose from. The only drawback is that the single bed in the room … a bit too small. Overall satisfied stay, will recommend to others.

It is sad if on the day of your arrival you are allowed to take the ceck in and you pick up the luggage until the room is ready for occupancy and then in the evening you hear a cancellation of the planned stay because apparently the travel agency would have cancelled. In reality, the tour operator has gone bankrupt and the hotel awards the booked rooms by the tour operator.
Would not be further tragic if the said hotel agrees to cancel the booked rooms for fear of staying seated and inthetinment the guests or assisting the accommodation search instead of shifting the blame to the travel agency.
Then you stand there as a family late at night and have to look for a hotel as soon as possible.

The Hotel was a good decision to go to when we visited Vienna. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. + nice and clean rooms. + friendly staff + 10 min away (walking) from the Underground train. — the glasses of the breakfast and the tablet should be clean (see picture) — the cleaning team just removed our remote without telling us.

No, no, no. Family. No robes, tooth. Brushes, no razors. The bed is clean, pillows mattresses are comfortable. Parking is underground, it is possible with a gas installation to park. To come on a call from a button at blinds, for departure to take a token at reception. The rooms in the parking lot do not correspond to the hotel rooms. Put where convenient. 17 Euros per night. Breakfast must be booked. 50 Euros, we didn't take it. It is better to get to the centre by bus. Back by taxi you can return for 10 euros. I would recommend it.

The hotel is a good starting point to the city centre which the bus stop is just 100 meters away. The rooms were clean, bright and friendly. The staff is very nice, friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is plentiful and delicious. Highly recommended.

Nice, clean and cozy place to stay. Need to walk a bit for subway but overal it is it quiet location of the town. Rooms, bathroom were modern, clean — I really like that. Had room under roof with great view from window on the town — you could enjoy atmosphere of the town. Staff was nice. Stayed there only 1 night but would return on my next business trip to Vienna.

The plumbing in the room was pumped, too low installed crane over the sink, almost impossible not to touch the sink, in the shower stall is impossible to switch from the faucet to the shower, especially with soapy hands, and not soapy need to turn off the water, switch, and only Then get it. On October 8th, 2016, the mother of a very dear friend Cris Masson was robbed while having breakfast at her hotel in Vienna, Austria.
Someone took her backpack with all her belongings (money and passport).
I was shocked this happened in Vienna, a city I always believed to be very safe.

I cannot believe this is how Best Western Hotels & Resorts Central Europe and Best Western Plus Hotels handle such matters.
It is your responsibility and you are liable — how can someone simply enter your hotel dining facilities/cafeteria and rob a guest?
Own up to it and correct your wrongdoing!

Decent hotel for a 3 star category. Far from the center, parking 17 euros per day. On reception you can get a bathrobe pos 25 euro. Clean and tidy.

Nice rooms and close to bus stop. Nice breakfast menu. No dinning place or restaurant in the hotel but there is a bar.

A great location, alright prices and the rooms are okay as well. It's very close to Lidl's, so if you ever need food and drinks then you are not far from it! The hotel does not have any entertainment suites, but who cares about that if you're here on holidays? There is free Wi-Fi and as you're on the main road, you're not far from public transport. A metro station is only down by couple of blocks, 10 minute walk to the metro station max.

The hotel is new and very clean and in a reasonable walking distance from the city center. The receptions are VERY helpful and professional and would always give very good advise about the city and look things online immediately. The breakfast is really good and filling and cannot complain about this at all. Though there are a number of things that I am NOT happy at all about. 1 — The air condition does not work properly. I complained to the front desk and a technician was immediately sent to my room. He speaks no english which is not an issue and he kept trying to explain it in german but The air condition failed to work. 2 — Internet got interrupted frequently 3 — On my last night, my room was NOT cleaned despite the fact I have left a note on the door to have it cleaned. I called the reception and who was very apologetic and even offered to clean the room. I did not accept that. New pillow sheets and towels were brought in. Not sure if I would stay her again.
