Good hotel, good position. Good performace to price ratio.

Big and comfortable room in a quiet area near the Danube.

The manager of the hotel was very impolite. Tried to convince me that "check in from 2pm does not mean that my room should be avaiable for me from 2 pm ". I was told to come at 2pm to get the keys and still I had to waist one hour waiting at the reception because the room was not cleaned yet. I was angry and he laughted at my face. Also, the walls are very dirty and breakfast rather boring. This hotel does not deserve 3 stars. Very bad experience.

For 1 night, the hotel is fine. The breakfast room is far too small and cramped. The choice at the buffet was not very large either. The room was also not very contemporary and the sink was clogged. Wouldn't go there again.

The rooms broken, breakfast standing for lack of place. Smells of old.

The breakfast buffet was good. Room only bed OK. Old furniture that glides from all joints. Sink not clean and full of Matzen and Becker. And also "stranger" hair. Price of 77 Euro for 2 people per night still fine. That's all I'd pay!

Oh, God, I think it was good with the vote.
I start from the good things, then I pass the bad.
The girl at the Reception, even after a discussion was nice to us; And that's why I liked it right away.
I don't know why all these negative comments about food; I liked it enough.
It is a normal table to use and there are no different things than the 4 star hotels for the menu eh.
I liked the idea of the cake.
The first day I had breakfast I don't remember, but I think I found a freshly baked cake.
And perhaps the day after a tart; Compared to other hotels this is an innovative and pretty thing.
Let's move to the location: Actually, that retro style I like.
I wasn't sorry.
The only thing is cleanliness.
We had brought some things to eat from the center;
Since some things were not good we threw them, and the next day we saw ants near the dustbin.
Also the windows were dusty and at the ceiling there were cobwebs with… Spiders.
I have nothing to say though about the bathrooms.
Well kept I must say.

Rather good breakfast as for Europe. Not so good and not so bad rooms:Medium And about wine it is not true they do not present any bottle of wine.

Centrally located within easy walking distance of the centre of town and good underground connections.

Rooms are really noisy. Even the House technician cannot explain how loud noises occur as a result of a compressor. After the fifth room change found a room in which the noise allows a restless sleep. The reception is already informed about this problem. Unfortunately this is not a customer-friendly help.
Regarding breakfast can only be discouraged to consume this.
No hot water. I can't take a shower… pfff. We're in 2017!

Very very sad we thought this would be a reputable hotel unfortunately we were very disappointed. Our in-room forgotten garments were "supposedly" not found. Very funny the clothes just disappear from the room. I haven't received them back until today. Total ignorance.

The operator is very arrogant, the service is under every human dignity!
Simply a no go hotel!
Did before our check in 3 guests who asked for an address from the hotel and said he is not an information office for foreign people!

Good location, near subway. I stayed at least 5 time cause it is clean and the price is decent. The breakfast is good enough, diffrent types of bread, sallamie, chees, eggs, vegetables and muesli, butter, jam and honey, coffe, tee and milk. Pay attention during the winter cause you may find the windows open and very cold rooms! We arrived late in the night and aldo was snowing outside, inside the temperature was bearly 15 degrees so it took a couple of hours untill the heating sistem worm up the room. By morning was cosy, but I got a cold cause it was freezing whenn we arrive. The manager considered normal to keep the windows open till late in the night aldo was middle january… Next time I'll ask them to close the windows and and start the heating or I'll change the hotel.

For the twin beds in surprise, copious breakfast is missing the pastries.

It was a very nice Hotel. Small regret on the toilet/bathroom in the hallway and not in the room, otherwise I recommend!

I put 4 stars because this hotel is very cozy, tidy and especially clean. But I didn't put 5 because our room was on the fourth floor and before we got there we had to take the elevator to do two floors then there was a small hallway where it took to a door then opened and we had to do 4 flights of stairs to finally get to the room by Bed. But I must also add that in our room there were 2 rooms: one with a matrimognale bed and a small bed with a lamp and there was also a desk. On the other hand there were 2 small beds with 2 lamps. As soon as you entered there was a table then near the door there was a bathroom with only the toilet. Close to a room there was a room with a washing machine and a small kitchen, in front of this instead there was another bathroom with inside the shower and the sink. The bidet's not here.

Well located, should be modernized.

Location is good and staff are trying to help however the hotel facilities are not up to standards and the Wi-Fi is not working in the rooms!

Nice location Pity that the quality of the furniture leaves a little to desire.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is kinda old and shabby, but it was not very expensive and located perfectly. Only 2 minutes walk to the subway. The breakfast is included; nothing too fancy, but it was fine. The Wi-Fi is a bit wonky and slow, but it is working.

No parking space, no Wi-Fi (they say there is but it didn't work for me and my friend), paying with cash only. I was very dissapointed. It has nice, well equipped bathroom as a plus.

Nice and quiet hotel, close to the metro station Taborstrasse line 2. The breakfast is very good. Rooms are ok but a bit older furnitures. Large spaces though!

The staff was very friendly, and made sure to give us all the information we needed about the hotel. The rooms also had plenty of space and were clean and well maintained. One of the only real issues was the lack of air conditioning, which they state clearly that the do not have in their rooms, and so I cannot very well fault them for not having it. The biggest issue was access to the Wi-Fi. The signal was strong in and around the lobby, but in my room it was spotty at best, with slow or, more often, no internet access. But other than that, a great, fairly priced stay.

Not bad just toilets were weirdly placed outside rooms but other than that lovely.

The location is not very nice.

A great stay in Vienna. This small boutique hotel offers friendly and personal service and a full breakfast in a well decorated room filled with art! It's an easy walk across the river into Vienna's historic center. Free laundry service is also provides. The metro stop is just a short walk away.

Hotel near the center of Vienna clean courteous staff but not intrusive. Only criticism for an Italian breakfast a few sweets. I would recommend it anyway.

Excellent value for money, excellent service, strategic location, convenient to public transport, close to several shops and city centre accessible by a walk.

I love the people I the reception. Very friendly and kind to their guest. Location of the hotel is just perfect for tourist like me. Very close to some landmark locations and danube river which is 5mins walk is really fantastic. Super love and very good for first timer to visit. Good for recommendation.

20 minutes from the center on foot. Not too uncomfortable from the center after dinner in 15 minutes you're in the hotel. Carpeting on the floor is for my point of view a — but the big Bath recovers. Basic rooms without conditioner.

Convenient, breakfast for 20 euro per night! Close to the metro and arrive quickly at Center despite not being at the Center.

Related to it's star ranking (3 stars hotel) This hotel presents high level in service, quality of the rooms and food and much more. The atmosphere was pleasent and the receptionists and the owner were nice and helpful. The breakfest does not have the biggest veriaty but it is always fresh and the workers there make sure nothing will be missed even for a minute (bringing new food all the time). The location is super central, 3 tram stations (approx 5 min) from the city center (innerstadt) and 10 minutes walk. Both tram and U-Bahn station around, also cafe's, kiosks, returants and bars. Those of you who rent a car will even find planty of parking space around the street.

Nice place to stay. Near The Train station. Management team and breakfast are top rated. Rooms may be small but clean and efficient.

Had a very big apartment for 3 people. It's worth the money paid but was little unhappy with the breakfast.

Perfect location — St. Stephen walking 12 minutes was a great Park for Jogging and walks. A hearty Breakfast. Reasonable price. Of the minuses — some rooms overlook the busy road (cars and trams rumble with the wounded), the room is dusty! In the Cabinet where the glasses are dust mopped with a month ( ( (Also the downside was that we were not charged with a credit card, the clerk demanded cash. If this check is not issued. Weird.

Hotel very well situated, less than 5 min. The metro stop. Spacious room with everything you need including a hair dryer. Without AACC but on the date that we went (June) was not necessary. Breakfast OK, if anything was missing some variety. To access the room that we were assigned to had to give you quite a few laps. Quality/price ratio very good.

The 3 *** accordingly, we were pleasantly surprised by the Hotel! Is very centrally located (Prater walking distance), the Breakfast buffet was very good and there was plenty of choice :) The welcome was very warm and friendly at the reception! Clean and nice set up too!

The hotel has a great location, which is in a relatively quiet area, but still very close to the city centre. Any commute took us no longer than 10-15 minutes from the hotel via the metro or tram to the heart of the city and most of the tourist places. The price matches the quality, and I believe that these hotel deserves 3 stars.

A good Hotel in a Central location. Downtown is within walking distance, train practically in front of the door and U-Bahn within a three minute walk. We have a small group of six people on a city break made and were very satisfied. For the city centre location also not too loud. Very friendly staff, clean rooms and good Breakfast. At the reception we were very friendly and accommodating served. Definitely recommended!

Putting a no smoking sign on the table would have to mean the room shouldn't have smelled like an ashtray. room was nice, got what we paid for.

A good, cosy hotel at low price in center of the City. Communications are good, the room offers everything what is needed to me (easy free internet access is essentional! ). For bussiness people hotel is very good, except getting a parking place for car.

Nice hotel, very centrally located. Comfortable rooms with all conveniences except mini bar. Shower, safety deposit box, hairdryer. Everything for your holidays in hotel) near bars, McDuck, bakeries and Metro. Enjoy your time in this hotel.

Convenient as close to metro taborstrasse, less than a five minute walk. There are also shops and spermarket. Warm rooms, spacious and clean. Sweet and savory breakfast (the latter more abundant). There is no minibar, but you don't have to. A double room in late November, at the height of the markets, 64 € per night. Free Wi-Fi.

Clean and tidy room, good location, enjoyed my stay.

There is nothing special or bad about this hotel, good value for money but apartments with no lift is a bit harsh on people with family. Kitchen utensils are old and worn out, ciggarte lighter was given to me to light the burners which was scary and I burnt my fingers, not a great experience.

Josef, the owner of the hotel, and his young and motivated staff went all out to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The hotel is well situated near a metro station and within walking distance of the centre of town. The room was comfortable and breakfast copious and efficiently served in a light and airy room.

Very well equipped rooms, service friendly and competent, plentiful and well sorted breakfast buffet. I can only recommend the Hotel Vienna travellers. The only catch is the parking situation in the 2nd District of Vienna.

Rooms have nice furniture, and the heating is great. Wi-Fi was very unstable and slow. Breakfast is ok but could be more diverse. Location is convenient, about 15-20 minutes from Stepansdom on foot and about 5 minutes to the nearest bike rental station. Friendly personnel. Worth its money.

Great staff! The breakfast was very nice! The hotel is conveniently located. It takes only 2 stops by subway to the city center and the subway is 150 meters from the hotel.

Goods in the nebentrakt of the building housed, we say so, probably feel factor was not really available. Cleanliness and service was acceptable, location super, to Sweden square 15 minutes walking, up to the u-Bahn No 5 min.

The staff has been very friendly. Comfortable room and great breakfast.

+ Close to the Center and Metro. It is easily accessible from the airport by train/Metro.
+ The room was small but clean, the floor carpeting. There are hair dryer, Wi-Fi, friendly staff at reception (not Russian)
+ Late departure have to leave things in a hotel in a special room at the reception
+ Next there are grocery shops, cafes.
Breakfast: eggs and scrambled eggs, sausage, cheese, muesli, yoghurt (not packages), orange juice is normal (not zuko) ;) tea, coffee
-No fridge
-Blind the soul does not save from flooding the floor with water and drain in the floor, and rags
-There is no air conditioning, so in the summer when the temperature is above 23-25 will be hot, because the Fan is not much helps
Quite suitable for a stopover during trips. The only wish-tv and on summer air conditioning.
