Nice place and friendly staff.

Price wasn’t bad, very quiet hotel, 5 mins walk from the U-baby (underground), 5 mins walk from the famous prater park, staff are very friendly. Comfortable room but the cleanliness can be improved. Breakfast was really good at a cheap price.

The hotel cancelled our reservation on the day of the arrival, when we were already on the way. They gave an excuse, that our credit card number was incorrect, despite charging us earlier to check if it's correct. When we wanted to book the room again, the staff told us, that usually there would be no problem, but it was somehow impossible on that day.

It's a great place. Next to the metro/station. Breakfasts are great, the place is old, but the snout does not resemble.

Too expensive considering much nicer and cheapet options in Vienna. Breakfast was ok.

Its a very good place and quite and near by main train station just 5 minutes walking destance staff is very frendly.

Budget option. It is very well fed breakfast. But the numbers are old. If you only need a room to sleep here.

The hotel is clean, rather simple but tastefully decorated. The rooms are rather small. Beware of the economy class's one-bed rooms! These rooms are tiny! Hence a star deduction! Breakfast is buffet style, rich and tasty. Happy again.

Wonderful hotel, we couldn't ask for more of a hotel for tourism in Wien.

Room a little bit in the years. There is a lack of sockets. The double bed is a youth bed.
Otherwise everything is clean and daily comes the cleaning service and brings fresh towels.
For breakfast we can not say anything because the price of €18 has scared us.

Convenient location: to the center about 20 minutes on foot, to the train station, Metro-5 minutes. Convenient to get from the airport: About half an hour by train (and costs 2.4 euros per person). There are several grocery stores nearby (you need to be more careful on Sundays most of the shops do not work, but there is bill on the station which works daily up to 22.00) about the hotel: pleasant, friendly staff, speak English. The rooms are clean, the bathroom has towels, soap and shampoo. Good Wi-Fi. The breakfast was very good.

The rooms look nice from the service is extremely good the location of one of the best Prater is right there and public transport is perfeckt the hotel is also equipped with lift and it's cheap I really recommend it to anyone.

Nice hotel around artistic style. However, the rooms could be refurbished sometimes. But price performance goes perfectly for the Viennese area.

Hotel located in the Prater area, very favorable location because the Metro is two/tre minutes on foot, in the evening it is good to pay some attention because they do not turn beautiful people. In The hotel the staff were kind and friendly I booked with booking two people + furry friend for Christmas holidays. The supplement for the dog, which I paid just arrived, is 6 €/gg; The PSW Wi-Fi (free) is also provided at check-in.
The hotel has no parking or private garage but the staff has provided us with other alternatives (NB: The parking lots that you see along the road although they have white stripes are for a fee).
The room is presented clean, two separate blankets are provided which initially seemed a few but I can guarantee that the room was well heated, in closet you will not find an extra pillow however you can request it to the staff. Clean bathroom with no towel warmers and bidets.
The salty breakfast includes hams of various kinds, cheeses, vegetables and eggs if you prefer something sweet there are jams, yogurt ect but not the brioches. I was hoping that, at least on Christmas Day there was something different but for the five days of stay I found the same things.

Nice and well located place for your trip in Vienna (Wien). Located out of the Innere region (expensive), the Hotel is only 5 min walk from the Metro/Train station, which enables you to reach basically all important (and touristic) spots of Wien. Rooms are clean, big enough and with a nice atmosphere. Downside in my opinion is the key system, and lack of curtains in the bathtub/shower. Hats off for the staff. However, breakfast is a bit pricey, but the spot is good!

Great location near center, one minute from metro station, great food, pleasant staff. Great value for money and excellant for business trips. I would defenitelly visit again. Hihgly recommended.

Good hotel, not too expensive, located near a metro station in a quiet and pretty chic area.

Staff are very friendly, room was a great size with a comfy bed. One slight issue with the bathroom as there wasn't a holder for the shower head nor was there a shower curtain or door. Location is good, very close to local amenities, the underground and the train station.

This very reasonably priced hotel is slightly outside the main city centre. There's a lovely courtyard where you can enjoy a drink from the hotel's honesty bar. Rooms on the 4th floor are somewhat on the smaller side. Albeit what we found to be slightly more of an issue was the lack of AC as opening windows wide would make the room prone to noise pollution. On a more positive note the staff were really friendly and spoke fluent English. The hotel in general was clean with a pleasing art decor.

The room is dark, its super hot, no ac, carpets of the hallway are super dusty, when you shower the bathroom is flooded, mosquitoes will ruin your night, Wi-Fi is only working next to the door, but the staff are pretty nice.

I liked my stay. Minor negatives are: no high support for the shower (the bath is fine), no scrambled eggs for breakfast (the rest is perfect), some noise from the hall and other rooms, not the best location.

The girl at the reception was very courteous and helpful, she pointed out places of interest and places to have lunch.
The room had the carpet which was really full of dust.

My husband and I stayed at Hotel Kunsthof from 11-15 September 2016. The first impression of the room wasn't great (I think we were in one of the rooms that hasn't been renovated yet) but the room was spacious and clean. The only setback with the room was the bathroom as the water water temperature wasn't steady. As reiterated on the hotel's website the hotel doesn't have an air conditioner but the reception staff offered us us fan. Even though the temperature was above 30 d…egrees during our stay the room never got too hot. The reception staff was always friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing and plentiful. The hotel has a cute and green courtyard where you can have your breakfast or enjoy a drink from the honesty bar. The honesty bar has very fair prices with all kinds of Austrian beers, wines and soft drinks. The hotel is located near Praterstern train and metro station. The hotel is easily accessible from the airport (direct s7 train) and only a few stops from the city centre. Overall it is a great value hotel for your stay in Vienna.

The area is quiet and you find all the services you need although, for Vienna, it is not the best. There is also a nice amusement park nearby. Hotel clean but not air conditioned but heated. Staff are discreetly available and a few steps from Pratersten Junction for the Metro efficient and punctually.

Taking advantage of a promotion on the internet, I was four nights in a single room and found myself very well. Just arrived I found the staff very friendly, dynamic and prepared the room bright with the artistically, partly covered by a fringe of scrambling, which took refuge a pigeon and me who like art, the Green and the animals seemed a perfect match. The bathroom clean. Then in the morning, a rich breakfast buffet with fresh, quality products and the wait staff always very helpful, for me that I'm pretty picky, fulfilled my expectations by far. Not to mention the convenience because of proximity and the Center's staff. I can only say danke tausend.

Well connected and with good rooms. Breakfast was varied and good. The hotel has nice areas with contemporary art.

Very basic hotel; simple rooms with 80's decor and no extra's available such as water (tea) or heater / coffee machine, iron, information booklet, telephone, etc. You would expect more for E130/night (around New Year's) excl. Breakfast. Also: hardly any decoriations anywhere, which makes it a bland and dull place to be spend soe time in (you would expect differently from a hotel with ART in its name :D). Pictures of the rooms on their website look a lot different to our room, so maybe we were just unlucky with our outdated room. The personnel is very customer focused, this must be said; Extremely helpful.

I'm almost every week in the art yard for years. Varied and very individual rooms, nice people and a convenient location. Not the kind of design, providing design out of the box. Each room has its own atmosphere. The Kunsthof makes :) with the art seriously.

Very good location, directly at Praterstern. Neat and clean rooms with good art, but little used. The bathroom, however, was very large and new renovated in top condition.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
You must park on the street in front of the hotel, where space is, there is a corresponding parking permit at reception (~ €12).
Breakfast can be taken in fine weather in the beautiful backyard outdoor, but the buffet is rather spartan and Loveless (sausage, cheese, jam, cereal, bread and apples).

Area a bit sleazy, although fairly comfortable environment, careful design. Staff very rude, doesn't help you, treats you as if you were a pleasure.

For this price, absolutely nothing is in your room to expose. The reception staff and cleaning staff is very friendly and flexible. Rooms are very clean. Free Wi-Fi!
Transport is also very good, 5 minutes walking distance to the U1.

Target group: Middle-class, if applicable Also upscale middle class. Cleanliness: Very good; nicely furnished rooms in an appropriate size. Notable: well decorated bar with very good price / performance ratio (drinks are approximately at the price level of a Strassenkioks). Attractive furnished smoking room. Friendly service and free Wi-Fi. Ideal for guests looking for an excellent price-performance ratio. The location is although not absolutely in the Centre, but close to the S — / U — Bahn station and the Prater amusement park.
