It is good 3-stars hotel. It is not far from the old center, 10-15 minutes pleasant walk. It is good for 2-3 nights touristic visit.

Amazing place. Nice staff, clean, good breakfast. I'd rate 8/8.

We were very well received at the Crystal Hotel, the rooms are arranged so that there is a place to work and relax. Rooms are spacious, they are very clean, quality gel in the shower, what else need traveling people) )

Dirty, worn-out shack. Staff speaks only broken German. In the room are ants and mosquitoes… Furniture = bulky waste. No heating, no w-land… Never again…

Great hotel near the city center and main attractions. Prater Park with a huge number of rides in a 10 minute walk towards the station. The rooms are for 3 * just huge, ours overlooked the street. A bit noisy, but not critical. 10 steps from the hotel to the left is the Hofer supermarket, right across from the Billa road. The room was clean and the breakfast was very good. The staff is friendly and friendly, the cleaning in the rooms comes down to the garbage disposal and field towels, but nevertheless the room looks clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Beautiful little Three star hotel, 300 m from the Prater Stern (stop). Optimal, you can reach everything in a few minutes.

Sound isolation in rooms is almost nonexistent, I hear everything from the rooms around me. The hotel is in one of the ugliest parts of Vienna surrounded with bums and addicts on Praterstern station. Internet connection is bad, not stable and slow. Rooms are old and cold. Rooms dont look like those in the pictures. The good things: cleaning leady is doing her job.

Excellent price and quality ratio, close to the metro station, the Prater playground and the supermarket, all is within 10 minutes walking. The staff is polite and the rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfas is about 7 euros. At reception there is a coffee and snack machine if supermarket doesn't work. For a young couple like us, this is perfect place to rest and overnight. If we come back, we will certainly stay at this hotel. The only objection is a slow elevator.

Needs renovation. Easy to reach to city center not only by public transport but also on foot.

Price performance fits and it's clean. There's no reason to pull a star.

Good location. Nearby is the metro, tram bus lines. The room wasn't something special. I can say good enough.

The worst hotel ever. The radiator didn't work at all and I told the manager several times but he didn't change rooms.

Clean and comfortable hotel. Welcome home. 8MN from the Praterstern station. The breakfast is good but the staff do not follow the pace in case of affluence. The hotel does however have some signs of aging: Faulty lighting, worn furniture, drawers that do not close, sink and cracked shower tray. Big Black Point: close to the railway track, to advise against people sensitive to noise.

Very good value for money. Perfect room, full self-service breakfast. We will return.

Could be better. Airconditionig needs to be built in as a must otherwise I don' t reccomend it for summer. Looking on a good side the hotel is situated near very traffic street close to Prater but on the bad side-it is very loud to sleep so windows must be closed so without AC could be very hot. Rooms are spacious and clean. Toilet is separated from wc which is kind a nice. Breakfast could use some improvements too. Parking 15€ per a day is a bit too expensive but at least there is parking.

Good location, but the standard is not very high. The receptionist not very helpful. Good for a short, cheap stay.

, small room, but clean, barely friendly staff except the night watchman and the breakfast clerk. Is better to put €10 more for a real hotel, my advice go your way.

Very well located. Walking distance to public tranportation, the Prater psrk and also supermarkets. Downside was that there was no air conditioning or ventilator and since the room was facing the main road it was impossible to sleep with the windows open or with the heat.

Fairly basic rooms — no fridge or kettle, but there is a TV, bathtub, separate toilet room. At least on floor 2, there was decent functioning Wi-Fi, despite other reviews complaining about its non-existence. Friendly front desk staff. There's also a little garden to sit in out back, and our room had a nice partial view of the ferris wheel in the park.

The "free Wi-Fi" was practically non-functional. I am giving one star only, because they misleadingly advertised a service which was crucial to me but was unusable. Otherwise if you don't need a Wi-Fi, the hotel and rooms itself were good.

Excellent value for money, good location (train station with airport Access + reasonable walking distance from the city center). Comfortable room. We stay on a service rather simple but in view of the price, good experience!

The hotel is in a very good location, a 2-minute walk from the Prater and the Metro, bus and tram station, so very convenient for the city centre. The hotel staff was kind enough and ready to listen to our needs given the various issues we had. On our arrival, 12.30 about the room was not ready even though we had specified the time of our arrival (12.00) already at the time of booking, they make us wait until 2pm. 00 and when we go up in the room the room is still to be cleaned, but once the thing in reception have apologised and have remedied in 10 min. The hassles unfortunately are not finished here, at night in the room saw the climate rather cold in those days (8-10-12 °c by day, at night certainly also many less) there was quite cold and unfortunately we did not realize immediately the thing but only late at night, discovering that the thermos although they were open were completely cold. Asking for explanations the following day we were told that the heater was broken and not working but that they would fix it within a few hours by calling a technician. In the end they did not fix anything and given our insistence they gave us an electric heater which somehow solved the problem.

The Novum Cristall is located in a great location, located about twenty minutes walk from the centre. Great price too. The rooms are clean and tidy. There are also accessories for the bathroom. In The room there is also a safe.

The Hotel seems to have quite some years on its back already and they seem not to eager to renovate it. The breakfast there was not really what I'm used to from Vienna. Old dry buns and not really an overwhelming offer. All in all Its ok for 1 or two night for the price because the location is quite good.

Very, very bad Hotel with very Unfriendly staff. The Windows are quite old and therefore listens to man all of the road (and he is right to take the train) Never again.

Double room in very narrow masarda with bathroom divided into two mini-rooms.

We liked the hotel, quiet, beautiful family, but the heating did not work from the first day, the command was very bad television. The mattresses are badly equipped and was leaning toward the Center. Excellent room cleaning. Jesus martin lopez revuelto.
