Very good hotel. Old Town. Unfortunately no aircon and it was a tropical night…

Easy to find your way around the city, nice clean.

Clean, neat. There is a coffee machine in the hall, you can take coffee, tea, hot chocolate or a cool lemon drink with you in a paper cup. It's a very pleasant place.

All in all a good hotel. With a good location.

All is well in terms of location and food. But it was very hot in the room. There are no staff at night and the keys should be taken with you.

Food was really good. Wi-Fi is excellent. Shower cubicle was a bit small for me.

We stayed 3 nights at the hotel and totally thrilled. It is all kept in white and very cozy due to the decoration. The rooms are large and the breakfast was great. Highly recommended. Thank you very much.

4 days in the beautiful Vienna. The hotel is 2 steps from Pratestern station, it is reached on foot because it is just less than 300 meters. It's a small, nice hotel. Our room was perfect, especially in fact of cleanliness and sheets. And that was fundamental to us. The breakfast in the morning is international, and buffet, very assorted in the 3 rooms of the ground floor and the building of the structure.
I didn't give the 5 stars for 2 simple reasons. There is no lift, therefore not recommended for those who have problems with ambulances and there is no air conditioning in the room, therefore not recommended in the summer months…
I also leave some other information in case it was useful to someone. The hotel as said is a few steps from the station, convenient to reach the center with the Metro (not recommended on foot, is Trooopppo far). Alternative the bikes of the citybike. It is free the first hour and in 15 minutes you are directly in the Duomo area.

Lovely little hotel located close to the train station and the underground. Really cool decor as well. Room was comfortable, clean and quiet. We only stayed 1 night but would have happily stayed for longer.

4 days booked through Expedia. Good value for money and location too. The breakfast buffet was good. Rooms at Easter too warm, and had to open windows constantly. Nevertheless, we were satisfied overall. I wanted to forgive 5 stars, but unfortunately a mail sent via Expedia arrived from the hotel now 2 days later, and we should return a power supply that we would have removed from the room. We did not have a USB power supply, so unfortunately only 2 stars. First of all ask, did you accidentally take a power supply with you? This would have been more attached.

Very nice place and comfortable spaces the room was big and have all the extras soap and shampoo are in the bathroom. Heating system very efficient only minus if I have to state one is that the insonorización is not so good between one room and the other.

Staff very nice, smiling and caring! Breakfast very varied, quality products and a cosy atmosphere! Very spacious room, large bathroom and seating area. A 5 min walk from the train station Praterstern! Coffee and tea at will. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Really great, the staff is at the small care, the breakfast is up to par, and the rooms are perfect. The hotel is very well served.

Quality unbeatable price. The service charming. You have the detail they give you coffee and tea free of charge in many hotels very superiors to not have any detail with the client. The beds comodisimas and the room spacious. It is true that is a bit old but it is more aesthetic than anything else. Do not put 5 stars because q does not have good accessibility, does not have a lift.

Clean and spacious rooms with plenty of space for luggage, great breakfast, well-connected location with shopping and gastronomy, Prater and a hundred water house within walking distance, new bathrooms, very nice staff and good value for money. In short: Everything you need for a pleasant stay in Vienna! I like it again! Only the hearing loss of the rooms can make the experience a little dull when the neighbour showers or calls loudly before their own stand-up time.

Public transport is easily accessible. The room is OK and the staff is friendly.

Yes, the hotel is a bit over the years, noisy and the air conditioning not top. But then you leave the upper window open in the winter when it is too warm. With the window open you won't get anything from the traffic in the side street.
Everything is functional and clean.
The lounges, like the breakfast room cozy and modern.
The breakfast was always delicious and from morning until evening you could get on the machine coffee/tea/cocoa to go. The location of the hotel is very central.
There are many inspirations on site, what you can look at in Vienna and the reception will take care of you if necessary. Also a taxi for one.
And all this at the price — is really top.
But it is clear — if you are expecting a Adlon from Berlin at the price with the description and the information you have, you will probably expect a Porsche outfit in a golf course and is naively disappointed.

Very good value for money and modern room with chic bathroom enjoyed (however rooms with very bright hearing connecting door to neighbouring rooms and sometimes experienced some inattentive staff).

After a mix up due to an error on the booking website we thought it had all been taken care of. The room and breakfast was meant to be for 2 people but kept showing as for 1 person. Unfortunately we had to deal with it again on the first morning of our stay which was a little frustrating as the fault was not ours. The thought of being charged an additional 24 Euros per night did not sit well. The hotel room was spacious and clean as was the bathroom. Unfortunately, even after contacting the hotel months in advance, we were given 2 single beds pushed together — and what appears to be a sofa bed as an additional sleeping facility. I had even pointed out that this trip to Vienna was for our honeymoon. The overall standard of the hotel is decent enough for the money, although could be doing with a lick of paint in some areas. I. E — the walls just outside our room have dark liquid run marks and scrape marks. The reception area, lift, breakfast area are clean amd well maintained. We particularly like the fish in the floor just at the reception desk. Location is good with lots of facilities nearby. A brisk walk of around half an hour can easily take you into Vienna city centre. We took an Uber one evening back into the city when we were going for a meal and it cost approx 5 Euros, well worth it on a cold evening after a long day trekking around.

Not quite at the heart of the Times, but an excellent value for money.

It's a quaint hole-in-the-wall hotel that has a cute little glass walkway over a indoor creek with fish.

Centrally, quiet, clean rooms, wonderful breakfast, everything fine.

Good hotel for a weekend getaway.

One of the worst hotels ever! It's like a really expensive hostel! The personal is unhelpful and the rooms are very small, although clean. I cannot describe the noise from the other rooms it's like they are in the same room, you can hear everything from the sounds they make in the bathroom to the snoring and talking — you hear clearly every f***** noise, it's just unbelievable, not a hotel for rest. It's a hotel from hell!

Everything you would expect from a hotel such as clean rooms, sheets, towels etc. Free Wi-Fi. Good selection for breakfast and helpful receptionists.

Very clean and well appointed Hotel.

Clean and breakfast was nice however there is no air con which isn't good on 33 Deg heat! Also we were rudely woken up at 5 am from banging from them setting up for breakfast! Do not go into room 001 or 002 as these are ground floor outside the courtyard and then you will get woken up! When we complained the receptionist was very rude but did allow to move rooms eventually! Was a shame as the location of the hotel is pretty good for Vienna but could be closer to main attractions!

Mediocre Hotel 20 minutes from the centre, the room is not too bad but without air conditioning in July is crazy, the cleanliness is almost absent with towels that are changed daily. Breakfast sufficient but nothing is better at that price. Attention to the oversight on the website, they say that breakfast is included but it is not so.

The place is very nice, very good decor, however your front desk staff is not very open, especially when there are different languages I do Not work, the MINIBAR in the 3 days that I was there and not solved in spite of that I understood. Very good breakfast for 8 €

Very nice hotel with big and clean rooms. Has a lobby room where you can make yourself a free coffee or tee. Staff is nice. Hotel is in a walking distance grom city center, for about 15 minutes.

Nice location, the room had everything we needed and it was very clean. Quit place but close to metro station, easily reached from the main train station. We really liked the breakfast, they also offer gluten or lactose free food upon request.

This is a very lovely hotel, located near the moyents of transport, its staff is very friendly especially the more jene reception, breakfast lunch is hearty, selut disadvantage the internet connection quit edt bad especially from the upstairs rooms, wich sinoncest super cool, I recommend it to my friends.

We spent a rather restless night in this hotel in August, unfortunately. Due to non-airconditioned rooms, sleeping was impossible. Also the breakfast buffet was unfortunately not as telling us.

Great location, next to metro but in a side street so no noise. Only about 20 minutes walk to city centre. Room was a bit basic, but for the price it is hard to beat. Excellent breakfast, and staff were friendly.

A star for the friendliness of the staff, who have actually earned 5. Hotel in very poor condition. Worst breakfast I've ever experienced no change there every day the same populated is unfortunately no longer, so the photos on the website fooled very. Curtains by moths corrode very unclean bathroom red mold. Hotel hair dryer very questionable and defective. Rooms very ClairAudient. We never again return Vienna, at the Adlon. If you don't believe there are photos. Oh, a plus, hotel is centrally located.
