Spectacular service at a central location in the heart of the city. Definitely one of the best balconies out of the hotels I’ve ever stayed in!

Steigenberger was a nice surprise. My wife and I got a round corner room with high ceilings and elegant decor. Bath rooms are spacious and I can’t imagine a better place to enjoy lovely Vienna.

Used the Steigenberger as a 2 day rest after bicycling 6 days from Passau. They accommodated storing our bikes for return to the rental company. They were top notch in service and cleanliness. Friendly and attentive. Rooms were well appointed. Building is gorgeous with a fantastic location to access everything you want in old town Vienna. You won't go wrong using this facility.

Just got in this afternoon and so far the experience has been extraordinary! My fiance and I are on a pre honeymoon and notified the staff upon our arrival. They upgraded our room and delivered chocolates, cookies, drinks, along with a wonderful personalized letter. The accommodations have been amazing so far! Looking forward to the next few days!

For me, one of the best Steigenberger hotels. Rooms are very tasteful and elegantly furnished. Breakfast is enormously versatile and qualitatively extremely spitty. The freshly squeezed juices are really delicious. The location is totally central and therefore ideal for any visitor to Vienna.

I had an excellent stay. The rooms were modern, the bathrooms were sleek and well-designed, and the service and front office staff did a phenomenal job of anticipating my needs. I especially appreciated the good-sized shampoo and shower gel bottles and the free inclusive minibar. Will definitely be staying here again.

Beautiful hotel, in the best location, the staff are fantastic. One improvement though … softer mattresses please … we both found the mattresses very uncomfortable x.

Good, but very light-hearing seminar rooms. Great location. Food was okay. The interior design is a bit bland, there were also rubber bears and co in the coffee breaks at the appetizers.

The location of this hotel is it's best feature. We found it poor value for money. Level of service average at best and not very professional. Wouldn't stay there again.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast buffet was good. Sometimes too few glasses or food provided (empty). The rooms are large and stylishly furnished. Unfortunately, the cleanliness in the rooms is not at the appropriate hotel level. But I'm going to go back there.

Thank you for the great Service during our stay in Vienna. Even the night to change room due to non functioning air conditioning worked after initial difficulties, however, is still running smoothly. Unfortunately, the taxi ride to the airport has not spoiled the stay somewhat, since you ordered the driver asked for the fixed price of 36€, but the regular price incl. Serve for the space travel with the founding of the order was not received as airport travel. This is, in our opinion, an absurdity, and it would be nice if you can clarify with the chauffeur service. Otherwise, we will come back.

Very good hotel ideally. Next to the Metro, the Central Café, the Hoffburg. The rooms are good, ours smelled a little cold tobacco, only downside.

Fantastic facilities, superb staff, great breakfast, and a 30 second walk to the underground station. Faster and cheaper than a taxi to most of Vienna. Central to the shopping district. Couldn't have had a better experience. And of course Vienna is just awesome.

This hotel is great! It is literally in walking distance of everything. The staff is super helpful and the amenities are very nice. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about the surrounding locations. We would definitely recommend it and stay there again.

First-rate hotel establishment — elegant room and well finished, perfect cleaning and very speedy services — strategic geographical location of the hotel — Full and immediate access to the historic Viennese — perfect staff — read refined and enormous.

Perfectly located for Vienna tourist. The employees are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is plentiful, tasty and varied — probably it is the one who has a pronounced appetite — expensive unfortunately also! Who would like to save it, just go 10 meters in the Café Central and there can be fed for the half.
However, we had problems with the cleanliness in the room now for the third time. Although the time of the student apartment is still not too long back, tend to also rather not quite so important is therefore personally me, but considering the price per night, but at least the hair of the previous tenant of the bath should be removed. At least at some point on July 2. Or 3rd day.
The vacuum cleaners seem to be — everywhere bright little fluff on the dark carpet not quite finished with the deep-pile carpets (well, that one has not seen the dark Lint :-) )
A total of 4 days a subtle dusty Spider Web adorned the ceiling above my bed and the "Wash me" on the black base of the Chair, which I wrote on the day of arrival in the dust, even after 4 days still was there. Admit only clearly worse, because now again. Oh yeah, and the prints of the small hands of children to the bathroom glass door have made me smile also for 4 days.
I know that the poor room girls are bad under pressure — but there's not a maid who should have an eye on it in such "fine" homes?
