The only regret is that we only spent one night in their suite on our way back home, would have loved to have spent more time here, very relaxing place!

My Wife and I have stayed here twice including a magic Christmas vacation, the location is perfect for exploring the city center, the hotel rooms are spacious and thoughtfully appointed, the staff if knowledgeable and friendly, Central Cafe is right across the street and the shopping /sightseeing area of Graben is just steps away! the hotel bar is also an ideal rest and refreshment spot when exploring or shopping in Vienna Center! We are eager to visit again. The Suites are sumptuous and reasonably priced.

Exactly what you would expect from a Radisson Blu. Nice helpful staff. Good room, mini bar is lacking in chocolate!

Superb breakfast and wonderful, spacious rooms. The bathroom and the shower were perfect. The personnel is helpful and friendly. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Pros. It's a great location! A spacious room. Wonderful bedding: a nice mattress, feather cushions and a blanket. A bottle of champagne, as a greeting, certainly smoothed out some cons. There was a two-bedroom. The TV in the guest did not work (in the bedroom worked), behind its panel was a layer of dust, in the bathroom did not work radio. We are not used to such a modest breakfast! The choice of dishes, and especially desserts, no. The main thing is that you can get a good night's sleep before and after the excursions. And normally we ate, of course, in the city. In addition, paid parking is 42 euros per day.

Nice hotel excellent location. The breakfast was good. We got upgraded to a junior suite and found the room large and very comfortable with nice views over cafe central. The bar is a nice area too. However the service at the front desk was pretty slow, and it took a lot longer than they told us to prepare our room.

The location is in the centre, so it is very good. Everything is near you. Also, there is a metro station 50 meter nearby. However the parking provided by the hotel is expensive (42 euro a day). I had to return my rental car although I didn't need it anymore. The room and the service is nice. Breakfast wasn't included with my booking and it cost 29 euro per person. However, too many coffee shops and delicious pastries are nearby so it wasn't a problem. I like the hotel.

Really great 5 star Hotel in everything. Superb room staff Spectacular. Breakfast from Vero 5 star Buffet salted and sweet eggs made express unique of its kind. A top place to stay in Vienna.

Good hotel room with capsule coffee and every day will complement things although there is a sense of age but don't feel old or not in the breakfast rich has a variety of meat and fruit juice bread can choose also to cook egg dishes and so on in the housing competition in Vienna have the opportunity to visit.

Peter is the best bartender in all Viena without any doubt, his Bloody Maries and Gin Tonics are made with the best taste and love! The kitchen is extremely clean and súper tasty! and the service is one of the most attentives you can find in the city.

The Radisson Blu style hotel is one of my absolute favourite hotels in Vienna. The rooms are very spacious, with large bathroom and a huge bed. For breakfast there are freshly squeezed fruit juices and eggs prepared on request in all variations.
Since the hotel is located directly at the Hofburg, there are many attractions such as St. Stephen's Cathedral or opera can be reached on foot without problems.

Excellent hotel, staff always attentive to the needs of the customers.

This hotel is really 5 stars worthy. Fantastic hotel, room, view from the hotel room, service, staff members, etcetera. The problem with the TV was solved immediately.

Spacious room on the top floor with ensuite bathroom and monsoon shower. Modern lobby and excellent breakfast room assortment with buffet and also waitering service with hot dishes (omelets, eggs benidict and pancakes). Excellent situation at the centre of Viena, next to Cafe Central. 5 minutes to Spanish horse riding attraction and monumental museums and 10 minutes walk to the newly pedestrianised shopping centre area. The only downside will be lack of staff at the bar area taking in consideration pre-Christmas parties happening around the city.

The hotel is centrally located in the men's Alley. Just a 1 minute walk from the moat and the city centre. The double rooms are rather small but very nicely decorated. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast buffet is rather small but nothing is missing. Eggs, waffles and French toast can be ordered. Good selection of teas. When you arrive with the car, it is parked for one in the garage Freyung and also returned for the departure. We liked it.

Check in ok Room I booked a king size and got a queen bed! No chance to stay with my son for almost 300€Is not worth to stay? I asked on the phone for a king bed but! Location of the room bad! Never return.

Great service — everyone I met was incredibly helpful. Poor building — no hot water the night I arrived, TV did not turn on and the light in the closet freaked out and flickered incesently.

Great location, very nice spacious room. However found the heating far too warm at night even though we're from Australia! Lobby is a little odd, but otherwise a nice place to stay.

Rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Staff was friendly and prompt. Hotel was close to lots of different restaurants and shopping. Would definetly stay here again.

5-star is different — the hotel is clean, more or less modern, the breakfast is good and the breakfast service is friendly. But that's where it ends. The TV did not work properly and the maintenance staff only mentioned this is as good as it gets — kind of "be happy and shut up". The receptionist tried to save the situation with a free drinks voucher — without being prompted, the barman then highlighted immediately that the voucher would not go for more than a beer or a glass of wine. Right, that's what they understand of a 5-star property?

DO NOT STAY HERE In the summer the ac is wholly I adequate it was literally hot in our rooms. I went down and spoke with maintenance they said when it's hot the can't cool. It was cold last night and it wasn't cool then either. They guy at the front desk pretends it's not hot as he is sitting there sweating. I told them if they advertise ac then they should have it functional to normal standard. The answer they gave was this is as good as you should expect in Europe which is total nonsense as I spend every summer here traveling to multiple countries. They also refused to refund the remaining nights so I could go elsewhere. Also my key car to my room stopped functioning.

Restaurant is highly recommended! Wonderfully prepared food and a very friendly service! Everything's fine! Gladly again.

I was at the Radisson Blu in the 1st district in the men's Alley 10 at a company event. The ambiance was top notch, the staff super friendly and generally I had a good time! I hope to be able to visit such an event again soon, or If I need a hotel in central Vienna, I will definitely take the Radisson Blu!

Pros: — Best possible location (within up to 5 minutes walk from all tourist attractions). — Beautiful big rooms (everything seemed new and nicely designed). Cons: — The housekeeping and cleanliness weren't at the level I expect at this price level (not a disaster but too many issues for a 4 nights stay). — Some rooms have weird bath setting (a bath near the window with no real curtain so you cannot take a shower standing up).

Good quality structure, essential services, courtesy in assistance. In a fairly central area. Advisable for a short holiday, does not offer huge comforts, but what you need in a European capital you find it.

Arrived on the spot after 15 min waiting because there is only one person at the reception!
An extremely unpleasant damsel welcomes us, we proceed to the formalities, then comes the moment when she offers me breakfast at €25/people and that for €6 more we could be upgraded in a spacious room, because according to her no room corresponding to my request was not available but if I accepted its offer it will make the effort to satisfy my request.
I express my discontent, this young woman replies to me that it is a "wish" and as I do not make efforts regarding her breakfast package and supplement of €6 that I do not want to take, basically you do not try us either!
We return in the afternoon to take possession of the room, a very helpful young man who works in the afternoon, greets us and announces that my request could be satisfied.
Fortunately it was there, we are now satisfied.
Too bad the breakfast is so expensive €25, the price of a restaurant!
Otherwise the rooms are spacious, equipped with Nespresso with a few pods offered each day, the beds are comfortable.
The Wi-Fi is pitiful no reception at the room level, no French TV channel worthy of the name.
The hotel does not deserve 5 stars.

Mostly quiet street, just across street from Café Central. Clean, with helpful staff. Elegant albeit small room. Easy walk to historic sights: Hofburg Palace, Albertina, Graben, U-bahn (metro). Many restaurants nearby and a couple of groceries. Staff, including for breakfast, excellent. Too busy planning next day to notice tv.

Is the price not fair. Although very stylish and clean rooms, but the staff is not really friendly and poorly written it is.

Is a nice hotel, the staff try very hard to please, and are extremely helpful. The hotel is luxurious but not opulent, with a pretty nice location for the cultural sights of Vienna. Some minor improvements could be made, primarily that they do all you to pay for some things that in today's world people just expect add a norm. Eg. Breakfast in your room is 20 euro extra and you can't transfer a movie from your phone to the TV, instead you have to pay to watch the hotels movies. Little things but would have made our honeymoon a tiny bit more enjoyable.

We are big Fans of the hotel Chain and have already visited some. The location is super Central, and everywhere there are great historic buildings. A subway is also nearby. But unfortunately this Hotel is not a 5-star value. Certainly is criticism on a very high level, but one pays but also very much. The room was far very nice and quite adequate but in the corners it was not really clean. The staff was very nice, it is also probably sufficiently trained. But in some Places it seemed to us, the more trainees as professionals in the service. The Breakfast was good but not 5 star. Which is great when Breakfast was, all Eispeisen were freshly prepared. The Restaurant is not so great. The top was often not long in the Restaurant, the menu was not so great. Normal Burger, I can also somewhere else to eat. We've been in 4 star Hotels, better housed, and they were a lot cheaper. In Vienna, we would the Hotel not book.

I stayed at this hotel a total of 7 nights for business. Although it is a nice hotel with good looking rooms, there were a couple of things that bothered me. Instead of having a reception counter, they have 2 desks. For check-in / check-out have to sit down as if you're applying for a loan at your bank. The process is slow and feels awkward, the staff tends to mumble and the area get's crowded quickly. Also, do not eat at the restaurant. It took ages to serve us though we were the only ones there, and the price/quality is not good. My request to clean the showerheads because there was a visible amount of limescale was not complied with. Finally it was a pity that the HDTV was completely locked down, so it didn't allow me to play own media from a USB stick. The Wi-Fi allows for 3 devices to be connected and was at most times sufficient for watching stream video.

The hotel is nice, but the restaurant is so-so…

Although I didn't try their restaurant, bar or other amenities, I can say the room is clean, very modern, fully equip and in the best location in Vienna. It's walking distance to almost everything you want to see in the inner city and a block from the underground or a few minutes walk to the trams and buses. The staff, especially Eduardo, was so knowledgeable and helpful. Anyone looking for a great place to stay should check out the Radisson Blu Style.
