Special atmosphere in the shady roof garden of Clementine's glasshouse, very friendly yet discreet staff, good quality pastries and food. Attention! in Summer the table inside under the glass cupola may be very hot, as there's a ventilation system but no aircon.

The restaurant is fantastic here and the terrace is totally pleasant to sit on and relax from a long day's work. Although prices are already very high, it has to be said that the food and service here are really worth every penny. Even after ordering, you don't have to wait long until you get freshly prepared all the dishes in place. Also impressive is the wine list, which invites you to a culinary journey of discovery and especially friends you can certainly impress with a nice evening here. Overall, I have to say that there is hardly a place where you feel more comfortable with a leisurely glass of wine in the evening than here. The lighting in the evening is also very successful.

One of the most beautiful and high-quality wine cellars in Europe, thanks to the highly revered and esteemed chef sommelier Wolfgang Kneidinger and his great and competent team. I recently attended an ACQUA DI PARMA breakfast training, with the result that here the service is at the top level. The same is to be asserted by the quality of the food and the performance of the service staff. The ambience of the casemates in which the training took place is simply indescribable and should be experienced yourself. Administration and organization in pure culture. Perfection for squaring. Keep it up!

Very nice ambience! However, are used to cash-strapped audiences, as simple bookings for low-turnover festivities are reluctant to be accepted. Of course, something is also offered for money, it must be worth a little to pay for an event in order to be able to use the beautiful rooms. The gastronomy is great, but not in the lower € — range.

Great stylish palace, rebuilt as a boutique hotel. Here is the best restaurant in Vienna with 2 Michelin stars Silvio Nickol and a cozy cigar lounge.

Very nice staff and nice atmosphere. In any case, I often come for breakfast!

Reception, very well trained staff who understand how to deal with customers.
As the receptionist also arranges concierge activities you can also say that you make this wonderful.
I was allowed to taste a bread (homemade) with butter (homemade) fine ham and Rosensalz.
A dream since I was a special guest I got that as a gift but I'm sure it's worth its price.

For years definitely the best chef in Austria, a totally relaxed kitchen team, perfect service. You earn at least 7 stars (unfortunately there are only 5 to be awarded). Simply heavenly!

But why the mineral water at 95Euro not here is not comprehensible to me.

Ripped off. Such a place should make sure all of it's personnel understands sufficient English. Need not be perfectly mastered yet basics must be there to avoid our experience.

Didn't have the pleasure to stay there; however we did a tour of their wine 'caves'. This review is about them. I've done numerous wine tasting tours around the world; however I've never had one of this calibre. It was a personal tour with one of their sommeliers, Lukas. We are not wine connoisseurs and Lukas took the time to explain to us the wines, regions, and answer our silly questions. 10/10 on the caves. They have history, amazing architecture and lighting. Add to that a wine tasting tour around 4 of their 6 cellars and you have a perfect 1.5 hr tour. I cannot recommend this higher. If you are looking for a quality wine tour, in a one-of-a-kind place filled with history, with someone that knows their stuff this is the place. Call the hotel and ask if their sommeliers are available to do a tour. Price was 89 euro pp and it includes the wine tastings (no food in this tour). Bring a light jumper for some of their caves are cold (need to keep the wine at that temperature).

Booked the clementine cafe restaurant for my baby shower, got the outdoor garden seating. This place is very elegant and upscale, beautifully decorated and situated in a very good location of Vienna s first district. Excellent bread selection!

Classy breakfast with kind staff. We weren't allowed to eat outside since there was a slim chance of rain, but the inside was very comfortable. Price was a bit steep, too. Order the Josephsbrot for tasty bread!

My favourite part of my trip to Vienna, Austria. The staff here are phenomenal and truly understand the importance of creating a positively impactful experience you will be sure to remember for a long time. The restaurants are life changing and so unique. I will remember this establishment for a long time.

simply a great place to leave, to visit. The most interesseting and beautyful wine cellar ever seen!

Simply sensational. The suites are very tastefully decorated, who endeavoured minibar always fully and without calculation, and the staff unobtrusive. A quiet oasis of well-being in the Centre of Vienna. Even if the high prices of the suites at first glance might deter what what you get for it, is just absolute top class.

Wonderful meal, creatively arranged and presented, a dream for the eyes and other senses. A chef who is enormous effort and takes care of all matters and is very happy about feedback.

I had brunch and dinner at this hotel several times. Restaurant served ridiculous food, some things weren't even fresh like bread, most probably because the hotel and the restaurant is rather empty and is oriented towards tourists. I wouldn't recommend any of the restaurants at this place.
