Luxurious hotel experience in old Vienna. Centrally located and with great amenities.

The service I received here was superb. Everyone was kind, friendly and efficient. They made my stay here an excellent one. I will only stay here in my future visits to Vienna.

I cannot recommend this establishment and service enough. Our favorite hotel in the entire world, hands down.

We visited Vienna for our 35th wedding anniversary. Everyone and everything was perfect! My husband told them it was our anniversary and they had champagne and chocolate waiting in our room with rose petals on the bed. The breakfast was always very good, the staff could not have been more accommodating. Concierge was always willing to help us find what we were looking for. 10 star experience.

Fantastic hotel. We celebrated our wedding anniversary there and were very impressed by the amazing service and the beautiful architecture. We had the Junior Suite, which was extremely spacious and made us feel like we were living in a Palace and the whirlpool in the bathroom was great. Also many thanks to the staff at reception, the hotel manager and concierge who were extremely friendly and helpful.

Amazing hotel and first class service.

My son and I stayed here and it was an amazing place to enjoy Vienna. Centrally located, amazing staff and it was truly the definition of luxury. Even before arrival, the staff reached out to us to make sure we had everything ready for our visit. Upon arrival we were given a welcome bag full of hand sanitizer and masks. After checking in to our room we had water bottles (new ones everyday), a tasty treat from the Imperial Cafe and a personal note from the management thanking us for staying here. Huge shoutout to the Concierge team as well. They had a map ready with teenage friendly activities and a list of places and tours. We took their recommendation to see the Museum of Illusion. They helped us book tickets to the Vienna Rapid Soccer game and all along the way they were there to assist. Would definitely recommend and look forward to going back again.

A place that has preserved high-end standing and service.

Beautiful hotel and Royal… you feel immersed in the 19th century. The rooms are very nice and comfortable and the staff very nice and attentive at every moment to make our stay perfect. I also recommend gargantuan and deliciously refined breakfasts.

Beautiful hotel my Wife and I have just had a wonderful long weekend there. Would recommend it to anyone who loves to stay in beautiful and stylish Hotel.

We had a room at the top floor with walk-in closet and two balconies. Spacious, luxury and comfortable room. The hotel was very impressive with Neo-Renaissance style and its history. Gorgeous breakfast and professional services. Love Imperial torte.

My partner & I have been staying here for the last past few days. We arrived from Berlin (an exceptional hotel, also a 5 star) what I can say about the Hotel Imperial is that the staff is knowledgeable, gracious & courteous. Sine we arrived we have felt like at home. My partner & I couldn’t have asked for anything better & would not change a thing. Starting from the person that greets you at the door to the staff at the counter, that make you feel like this is your home and to the staff that come to take care of our room. Also worth noting are the great staff in the bar/lobby that are there to bring us a drink if we need one. Thank you Hotel Imperial for making this a truly wonderful & beautiful experience. Excellent downtown Vienna property, close to everything. Impeccable service, comfortable accomodations and out of this world breakfast. Expected a much better gym for a hotel of this caliper. It was antiquated, tiny and some equipment did not work. Most frequent travelers need a good hotel gym. Hyatt got that right… please copy, SPG/Marriott. Hence, only 4 stars. Otherwise a five star property.

Visited the cafe at the Imperial Hotel — the hotel where Hitler met Eva Braun. Located in the centre, close to the Vienna Opera and on the way to Karlskirch. It was nice to realize the involvement in the historical place, relishing the Viennese coffee and a piece of cake esterhazi) ) ) ) ) ) this involvement cost 17 euros. So, as in the song: think for yourself, decide for yourself.

Was 2 nights, room spacious, large windows, style matches the city.

Timeless elegance, it oozes history and style. Doak up Vienna by sipping a glass of fine Austrian wine.

Hotel Imperial was such an incredible experience! My husband and I booked for 6 days, and were just amazed by the level of service provided! I think I was most impressed with house keeping! Every day we got back to our room, the place was spotless! They even organized our belongings neatly! Room service food was delicious! And breakfast at the Imperial Cafe downstairs was equally as great! We will never forget our visit and the friendliness/helpfulness of the front desk staff. A truly wonderful stay!

Today we settled in this lovely classic hotel in the heart of Vienna. Friendly concierge and fast service, large and spacious suite with perfect cleanliness, large bathroom and quiet design in the palace style.

High quality brunch in a very nice house. Unfortunately, from 2 pm the plates are off and some things are no longer brought up, although the brunch lasts until 3pm. Therefore only four stars.

Sunday Champagne Brunch this time more than perfect with wonderful service it just fit everything.

We can only use superlatives to describe this majestic place. A real palace that transports us and makes us travel in history. Everything is sumptuous starting with the building itself and the decoration of an exemplary refinement. We had booked a deluxe double room and arriving at the front desk we were surprised to learn that we were upgraded to a junior suite on the simple pretext that we were coming to celebrate a birthday! A few minutes after our installation a butler rings at our door with a birthday cake, Imperial torte, and Champagne! Beautiful! The breakfast is the image of the rest, high quality with fresh produce, excellent pastries, Imperial torte (delicious) at will as well as Champagne Laurent Perrier! Just magic!
Luxury, refinement, generosity and kindness of the staff make it a place to recommend absolutely. Must. Its location is also a privileged asset. An unforgettable stay… to Redo.

A very, very chic hotel with really excellent service. However, with around €40, the breakfast was no longer in our price range, so we did not test it. We found the bar a bit reminiscent of an old library.

Everything always perfect, as a Vienna guide I only get satisfied clients sleeping and eating there! The concierge top man is Mr. Donato Orlando, a real gentleman always available with a kindest smile, good humour, style and energy. The cafè is the best place where I usually meet my friends, perfect service, relaxed atmosphere, quietness.

We are at the cafe Imperial in the hotel. The Imperial torte is awesome, much better than the Sacher torte to us. We also loved the hot chocolate served in individual little server. Over all it was a good experience and we will return on our next visit.

Staying here was an amazing experience. I'd give it 10 stars if I could. I had a horrible cold and high fever during the few days I was in Vienna and the staff was amazing. The hotel staff went out of their way to get me throat lozenges, bring me tea and bottles of water, and ask how I was which was very sweet. If you can spare the extra money, staying here is well worth it and you won't regret it.

If you’re not staying here, which is actually not too over the top to do, you can still stop over at the Cafe Imperial and enjoy the Viennese tradition of enjoy coffee for whatsoever reason.

A beautiful hotel form the outside in a great location. However the rooms looked great but we're quite cheaply finished. The butler service was a let down at best. The concierge seemed to think vegetarian meant indian food — we didn't use a single one of his 6 recommendations after some research.

The prices are adjusted every Euro value. The situation is at first glance ideal, but all of the main attractions are within easy reach.

Amazing experience: Located in a more quiet part of downtown this is the hotel for the rich and the famous. The concierge service is superb. I strongly recommend staying there if you are willing to pay a premium: More class than the international 'big names'.
