Very nice well maintained hotel. It is not only described as "extremely quiet". It IS very quiet. Very courteous staff.

It was a fast stop. One night but it was good. They had a buffet til 22.30 and good attention in the reception.

Highly qualified staff, modern and clean rooms, good price /quality food.

The Bemer Brunch was excellent. Not only the event, also the Breakfast was very extensive and well stocked. Very pleasant was, that the drinks were set, and enough good coffee available. Very attentive staff rounded out the event.

It's apsurd to not speak english in 21century especially when working in tourism! RUDE, horrible.

Rooms were Relative Sauber. The reception at that time rather arrogance and the room booking a disaster do not receive a booking confirmation by e-mail etc. Emergency squat for overnight stays …

The most inhumane employees and management. We were coming back from a student trip in Poland and we had an accident. Our bus literary lost three tyres on a highway near Graz. After 7 long hours of trying to fix it enough to move us from such a dangerous part of the highway, our driver had to give up and a new bus was called from Zagreb to pick us up. So, after 7 hours without water, food or a toilet we decided to find the nearest place where we can wait for our bus. This is where the story actually begins to sound horrible. We walked inside to ask for water and a toilet, as we saw an empty cafe, but they refused to let us in saying they were full. After the rejection, our group of 50 students had to walk on the highway to get to the nearest petrol station. It so sad and disgusting that they wouldn't helped us just because we didn't look classy enough. Just simply sad.

Very rude staff! They refused to serve us drinks in their bar after we walked for 5 kilometers to get there when our bus broke down. We were just thirsty and tired since beforehand we had waited for 7 hours already, in the middle of the road. We had to then walk for another 20 mins to a fuel station. It's very sad when people forget how to be human!

Great hotel and wonderful service justify here 5 stars. The food in the restaurant is manageable but very good and there is something for everyone. The proximity to the lake is very convenient. There are a thousand ways to spend your free time. The rooms were renovated and refurbished. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Very noisy, right on the highway and despite closed windows you can hear the traffic. Seminar Rooms Neat. Eat well.

Nice hotel, pleasant room, clean and well maintained. Breakfast was plentiful, nothing was missing. Staff very friendly. Sauna is switched on on request at any time of day. Conclusion: Highly recommended.

Hotel hat gute Lage zum Flughafen und liegt direkt an der Autobahn. Zum Zentrum von Graz brauch man allerdings ein Auto. Ohne wird schwer und mit öfgis dauert es doch etwas.

The hotel messed up my reservation. They double booked me. So they sent me to nearby boutique hotel.

Here I can only speak for the lunch menu. It is an absolute mediocrity as far as taste is concerned. But quite high in price. If you don't have another option at the moment, it's OK. The staff is quite friendly but a bit slow when it comes to paying it.

One the best culinary experiences ever. Chefs are cooking in front of you. Sommeliers are ready to teach whatever you want.

Wonderful rooms with large beds and comfortable bathroom. Breakfast was nice but could be improved. I didn't like that there weren't any game rooms with ping-pong table or poolboard but the hotel itself was great.

The rooms were quite ok. Also the range at the breakfast buffet. But a real great need of improvement is the charge of the parking area espacially for hotel guests. I understand, that they charge something for guests who just stay there for a couple hours. But why do hotel guests who stay there overnight have to pay as much as the others? That should be included…

Supposedly high-class, but you'll pay for everything extra: — Wi-Fi is announced as free, but you're charged (heavily) when using it in your room — the parking is scandalously expensive (5.5€ per hour, even through the night) — the restaurant has trained its staff to inadvertently sell you food you don't need, even adding charges for items that are supposed to be included. If you don't want any of those overcharged things, don't think of quietly reading something in your room: I can hear everything that is being said in the next room, and they're not rasing their voices. Going out of the non-smoking room allows for a particularly unpleasant surprise: the smell of cigarettes in the hallway.

Smoking in the lobby is not allowed anymore, which makes the hotel very comfortable.

I have stayed at this hotel at least 5-6 times, so I like it well enough. HOWEVER, the smoking in the lobby is a very big negative to this hotel. Basically it makes the lobby UNUSABLE to me or my colleagues. As soon as a few people light up, you have to run away … FAST. It's really terrible.
