Little attention in the cleaning of the breakfast tables, with breakfast abundant but not cared, room tidy and clean, good availability of the staff. Hairdryer on request.

Easy check in. Check out to 12:00 also great. Room clean and OK. Price more than OK. Hotel also with public transport very easily reachable stop right in front of the hotel. Cannot understand all the negative recessions. Staff very friendly. Bed not too hard not too soft. Large duvet and 2 upholstery. Shower and toilet were very clean with me. Towel, towel and rug after shower. Lots of parking spaces. And since I come from the country I see because Water Palace wasalright is not a design hotel but as I mean a good alternative to expensive hotels WLAN also works wonderfully. WLAN code is available at the reception. Come definitely again price performance are also fully OK.

Well… Dunning can Zwahr over… but more can not expect Dunning.

Place is ok. Clean, warm, does not have odors on cigarettes. Carry your flip-flops for more comfort. Breakfast have, but very very low quality and cheap.

Very good and smoking is allowed.

Room is big and clean, breakfast ok.

Place is next to the high road so a lot of driving car noise, also during the night. No airconditioning available either, so especially during summer you should not stay here. Outside just two tables for breakfast, but for breakfast you shouldn't stay either. Just a few slices of bread and some cheese and ham are available, both 'warm'. No coffee or tea. Reason to check for nearby places for decent breakfast.

Very unkind very hard bed dirty glasses little choice at breakfast never reflected no thanks. Sowas has stars na bum.

Small, pretty inexpensive hotel with a restaurant, the restaurant was closed when we arrived. The rooms are clean, nothing extraordinary but really okay. Pretty big windows that let in a lot of light. Bathroom is clean as well, everything you need. Breakfast in the morning was nice, again, everything you need but nothing exceptional. They have a toaster though, good coffee, fresh milk, a few different kinds of bread, ham, cheese, … The staff is friendly and really tries to help with everything they can.

Compared to the avarage of prices here this one is very convenient. Do not expect much more out of it.

Nice people, but the reception isn't open 24hours. Breakfast is without some vegitable or fruit. The room has older furniture, but clean.

Good bed and clean room, this is for me the main thing.

Service fantastic, rooms are 3 Stars.

Condition is pathetic, rooms are dirty and run-down. Never again.

The food is really very good in there,
Noodles are made themselves and the food is whether suburban or quickly cooked per order.
I was recently time at 2 other China restaurants in Graz and I must say that the water Palace was much better.

Very quiet there. Since hardly any customers there are. But large, tasty food (if also very few dishes on the menu). Portions give it in normal (3, 50) and large (5 euros) and "big" is really to the sated. For only 1 euro, there's a soup or a spring. Role as a starter to do so. And the Murauer tap. Was simply delicious.
