Hotel is not very central but there is a bus that takes you down town and the hotel provides you with a map with the public transportation. The receptionists were very polite and helpful, the rooms very clean and decorated with taste. Personally I liked the shower cabin a lot. The restaurant and the bar are very small at the ground floor of the hotel, food is good. There is a big supermarket across the hotel, a gas station around 5 min walk and a small mall within 10 min walk. Employees of the hotel speak good english but at the supermarket don't try too hard, just use basic :)

Looooooong waiting time at check in and someone (cleaning staff) walked into our room the next morning at 830am — who does that? Kinda gives you an unsafe vibe, who else comes into your room at other times during the day? Check out wasn’t until 11am! Otherwise nice room, very clean and great shower.

Excellent value for money! The place is clean, comfortable rooms and the staff always there to help you. The bus leave you right in front of the hotel.

Great location and good value. Just 15 Min walking from old town. Lovely walk along the river. Breakfast is superb and you can have it outside in summer. Friendly staff. I highly recommend it.

Rooms beautiful, modern, tidy and clean. Just a little small maybe. Reception very friendly. A cot was also provided free of charge.

Can't complain. Motel One offers pretty much everything you need. Bring your own shampoo though.

The air conditioning was not issued because of the Winter and the heating in the bathroom can not regulate it. Since the Hotel is located on a major road at night you can not that window open without earplugs. The Usual Motel One Standard.

Great Hotel to stay for a night. Not too far from the center of Salzburg, 5mn by car but if you like to walk, it will take more than 30mn and there also a bus stop near the hotel. People who are working here, are always polite and always ready to help. For those who have a car, there's an underground parking with a direct access by elevator. Really nice!

Very well located on the Salzach River. Walking distance to the old town about 20min. Way to the central station approx. 15 minutes. Modern, functional and furnished * * * hotel. Ideal for visiting the Christmas markets in the old town. View over the Salzach River when the rooms are on the main street.

Very nice hotel in good location. The city centre is easily accessible on foot. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to Salzburg Hbf. With a little luck you get a room with a great view of the Salzach. The view on the other side of the hotel is probably not particularly attractive, as there is an older skyscraper right next to it.

The hotel has a very good location. Right next to the river with a superb view. Location is central with very good connectivity to transport. Hotel has paid parking and rooms are quite small. However the interiors were well done and cozy. The staff is friendly enough but could be better. The bar on the ground floor is very lively and gets crowded in the evening. However it gives a great vibe to the place and I enjoyed hanging out there.

Very modern, nice room with quiet location backwards. The rooms are small but still offer plenty of space, so you usually don't spend so much time in the hotel anyway. Beds were cozy and not too soft, the bathroom is nice and modern. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel and it is about 20 minutes in the city. The shopping arena is within a few minutes walking distance. The nearest train connection is also easy to reach by bus.

Usual Motel one standard. Very clean. Parking in the Underground garage is possible (€8). In 40 minutes you can walk in the city centre. Bus stop is right outside the door. Pizzeria Magno around the corner is highly recommended!

We were ungf with 6 people there have had a meeting, the service was slow and under stress have ordered 5 cocktails all have tasted after ice water tasted no gram of cocktail well redbull was served without ice cubes the only star goes on the Setup.

The rooms were very nice, elegant bathroom. Breakfast was fairly priced and delicious. Staff was kind and patient. An excellent place to stay, right by the river! Only an 18 minute walk to the city center.

Super nice stay. Arrived, I was very friendly to catch emoto and it was all explained without having to ask. The rooms are not very large but stylish and modern and everything is there that is needed. The bathroom is super clean and also modern and well equipped. Conclusion: A great stay where the value for money is great. I like to come back and the Motel One Salzburg-Mirabell is definitely worth a recommendation!

It is really nice furnished and for sleeping it is perfectly sufficient. The cleanliness of the room was good and the staff were very helpful. The offer at the FEÜHSTÜCKSBUFFET is not as big as in hotels but it is all very well and adequately available.

An offshoot of the growing motel one chain. The location is convenient, within walking distance of the main railway station and the old town, just off the Salzach River. The modern design is known from the brand Motel-One. Friendly staff, a relatively extensive, predominantly organic breakfast buffet, a pleasant and large bed — what more could you want? A little bit bigger is likely to be the rooms, but the value for money is right.

Smooth and friendly check in. Rooms are clean and modern. Bathroom is in good shape. Breakfast is good. There are vegetarian options. Parking is available underground for 8 EUR. There is a big grocery store Merkur facing hotel backside. Merkur has restaurant inside and salad bar. However it's closed on Sunday. Overall good hotel. Location is not ideal. Far from the city center.

I booked a room during the week for one night. After a long day as a business traveller, I stood in front of the reception of the Motel One Salzburg-Mirabell at 17:00. Despite the booking, I did not get a room due to overbooking and "was allowed" to dodge on the Motel One Salzburg Süd. So again through the evening traffic across the city to the outskirts of the city … And not a cosy evening in the old town of Salzburg.
A complimentary breakfast was the excuse — no consolation for a business traveler.

Like any Motel One, this house is a bank in terms of quality, cleanliness and service. And the whole thing always at very fair prices. So is the proper breakfast.
The rooms with views of the Salzach are a highlight.
Parking is available, but not cheap.

We can only recommend the hotel! The friendliness deserves 5 stars, the whole ambience exudes harmony and cosiness. For our dog a beautiful blanket, a napf and even some treats were prepared, he too felt very comfortable!

Good hotel for it's price, the only complaint is the water pressure changing all the time making it not fun to take shower. The best hotel out of 3 in which I stayed in Vienna.

All TOP and very new. The supermarket next door is also great for breakfast. The car park must be paid for extra and is located a few meters away, but is inexpensive.

The bathroom is tiny, less than 4 sqm, including shower and toilet… The body towels are ridiculously small. The room is spacious but without storage or furniture. The planks, uh the beds are equipped with a duvet… per person! Not at all pleasant. There is only one elevator to serve all floors. There are few parking lots and must be booked in advance (€13/day). The staff at the reception are barely friendly.
The positive point lies in the buffet breakfast, which offers quality and diversified products.

Nice comfortable rooms. Easy access to city centre. No mini-bar in the room, or kettle. No restaurant as well in the hotel. Otherwise it's quite nice.

Clean room, comfy bed, but we missed the minibar. Breakfast was delicious (especially "Bayerische Semmel") and coffee was great, too. Late checkout (12 pm) is also a good point. City centre is about 10-15 minutes walk, so it's really not so far.

I wouldn't book this — One Hotel anymore … Competent Friendly staff at the Reception looks different to me …, are posted Rooms overlooking the Salzach, I got a Room (Backyard) overlooking a Concrete Wall … The Price of 69 euros for the Single Room is not exactly low plus 13 Euros for Underground Parking, had Breakfast Bon Voucher, which could not be redeemed, according To. Receptionist can only redeem it online.? What is this to do, please? At least something positive: Breakfast Staff were competent and friendly.

In the morning at breakfast there may be waiting times due to a fully booked house, but you were informed about this early … direct bus connection in front of the house and various shopping facilities are within walking distance.

The whole team is really very friendly and always strives for the well-being of the guests.
From here, all the sights are very easy to reach. The OBus depot with stops is right outside the door.

Basic, elegant with underground parking well served by public transport: in 10 minutes you are in the center. You can have breakfast at the hotel at 9, €5 but I recommend the Tommaselli coffee in the centre or the Sacher caffè

Clean. Near to the supermarkets. Pretty good attitude and service. However, the room is too small and the Wi-Fi was unconnected sometime. They even don't provide electric kettle, which is very inconvenient.

What you pay is what you get. Clean sheets and a clean bathroom. It's just to spend the night. Nothing fancy. Skip breakfast and have it on the supermarket that is across the parking lot. The one that is served is not worth your money.

Rooms are basic but clean, with nice shower and hot water. Seems like booking on the spot was cheaper than booking online, slightly surprised by that.

Room was very basic. IMO, it would have been ok for 25% of their price (which is 107€/night, parking not included). Staff is very arrogant and totally not willing to help. Probably my worst stay anywhere, ever.

A cleaner motel than many hotels even 3 or 4 stars. Very close to the bus stop and a couple of shopping malls.

Decent. However, the room cleaners will knock at 9am — too bad if you are sleeping, or worse if you don't hear and they walk in whole you are still asleep. The next morning we were tracked down and made to stop mid-meal to pay…

Not to recommend unfortunately, the Motel one Mirabell. We have our reservation a very nice gentleman on the customer service had to understand. Everything is super fit and we have been very pleased with our weekend. As I am every year 2 times in Salzburg and each time in the chain motel one I was this time not very happy with the customer satisfaction. When I called to inform the of moaned we 30 min later arriving so that our room is not cancelled, the lady on the phone. Unfriendly and not a bit quiet on the phone (rather yelling) told me without a credit card, anything is possible. By the time I'm here every year, I know that it is possible to reserve without a credit card the rooms. However, the lady left me not a second of excuses. After a long discuss, you agreed that we get the room to 20 at reserved. According to my personal complaint to the reception, which was not, in my opinion, the other lady is not interested and also no conversation with a boss to be able to because this was allegedly in the home and there is no representation, I'm going to book for next year, my Hotel, where else! No, and customer dissatisfaction seems to be the new Trend…

This hotel is only OK. The room is OK. The breakage is OK. The rooms are cheap and the modern facilities are reflected in the price.

Have on the Internet accidentally double booked a room and also this double paid. A quick phone call and a very dedicated friendly staff took equal my double posting. Two minutes later, the email of the cancellation and the referral was there.
Now for the third time in a motel one and so far have been very satisfied.

My wife and myself stayed 2 nights and two days in this excellent Hotel in Salzburg. We felt welcomed and thanks to the good connections of the trolleybus line # 3 (stop right in front) we were able to visit the city without any parking problems. This hotel is to recommend strongly and with regard to the price of nights, it's very affordable.
We definitely go back another time, because 2 days are not enough to visit this beautiful city.

Sehr zentrumsnah, ganz nette Lage an der Salzach, Bad und Zimmer schön und ausreichend groß für zwei. Wi-Fi works fine, friendly staff. The breakfast in the lounge area is not optimal, because the seats for a meal at the table are suitable, but the selection is good for a budget hotel. All in all absolutely recommended.
