We stopped here for the afternoon, lunch and a hike. The location is classic and beautiful, and the food was excellent.

Excellent menu, great location directly at the wolfgangsee.

Bad service and excessive prices. The only nice thing is the location.

Beautiful location on Lake Wolfgangsee, the hotel guest house and restaurant is walkable from St Gilgen and also is right opposite the Furberg ferry terminal. We stopped by for lunch, the restaurant has a more modern feel than the age of the building suggests. Menu is varied and includes a selection of freshwater fish from the lake. Service was efficient but friendly.

One of best hotels we've been to. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and we happened to get a room with a lake view. We also had dinner there slightly before closing time of the kitchen and the staff was very kind and attentive to ensure our orders would go through. We had Flesichlaibchen and fish burger, both were very decent. Would go back again.

Super located inn directly on the lake. The food was excellent and civil prices. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The inn can be recommended without hesitation.

From a collegial point of view Top House. It is a place to relax. A dream location in the heart of Austria. Highly recommended.

Just because of the view, a visit to this hotel or inn is a real recommendation. The bay is very idyllic and invites you to a nice walk on the lake shore.
The terrace of the restaurant is almost directly on the lake and only separated from the shore by a narrow path. This is how the holiday mood quickly arises.
Many fish dishes are offered and, of course, on the world-famous Austrian desserts such as the apple strudel.
Worth a real recommendation.

I've been eating in the inn… a few staff were unfriendly and not very helpful in finding a still free table. We also got the food later than other guests who came a lot later. The food is good but in my opinion far too expensive. The waitress lied to me when asked what was in a particular ice cream cup (or just didn't know it and gave me an answer to good luck.

Food insanely bad and expensive. Pseudo-modern interpretations of the classics, but cheap and inauthentic. Pork roatl from fillet (! ), coleslaw tasteless, the onion roast dry and floats in glutamate ready sauce. "Wiener Schnitzel" just from the turkey. A real tourist tip, definitely not for locals.

Fantastic location right by the lake. Many fish dishes with local sea fish. Service was also very good and attentive. Always happy again.

We were there on a beautiful day and in conjunction with the guest garden and the view, it was a beautiful and idyllic afternoon. Either you go directly by car (beware: Not too many parking spaces), come by boat (investment rack only 30 m away) or walk from St. Gilgen — about 30 minutes!

Here are the best Apple strudel far and wide. Very recommended this house with great views. The cuisine is excellent. By the way, the mooring is located directly in front of the Hotel Wolfgangsee boat trip with excursions to St. Gilgen, St. Wolfgang, Schafber car and Strobl. In the summer, great swimming facilities. The rooms in the house are very nicely decorated and to feel Comfortable.

Here you can find the best apple strudel far and wide. Highly recommended this House with great views. The kitchen is outstanding. By the way, directly in front of the hotel is the landing point of the Wolfgangsee boat trip with excursion possibilities to Sankt Gilgen, Sankt Wolfgang, Schafberbahn and Strobl. Great opportunities for swimming in summer.

Extremely Tasty food! But the adjoining building does not correspond to the Ansprüchenungen which one has at this price per night.

The Inn has a great location, right on the banks of the lake, you can see wonderfully on the twelfth Horn and St. Gilgen. It can be reached in 30 minutes via a very nice lakeside path from St. Gilgen, with bicycles it is not allowed to drive this way. Here there is a stirred iced coffee and it tastes delicious. Also the food is excellent and mouths. You can also arrive by boat, the Inn has a jetty. Great location for hiking. Ideal for people who want to avoid the hustle and bustle. The prices here are slightly more upscale than in St. Gilgen place.

A wonderful place to linger and enjoy directly on the banks of the Wolf Lake.

Very good, also for the eye beautifully presented food at reasonable prices.
A place suitable for seniors and younger as well as for families with children (extensive bathing facilities in the glass-Clear Lake Wolfgang with mostly shallow pebble beaches)
The own course ship — station and hiking trails for romantic walks make the house very attractive for young and old.

The location is a dream, right on the banks of the Wolfgangsee. The food also tastes very good; It just has to be clear that all this has its price…
Tip: Very nice is the short hike from St. Gilgen out there and in no case forget the swimwear:)

Beautiful location and service.

Very nice location with regional food. If you like freshwater fish you should try the local species 'Reinanke', very delicious. Also the starters and desserts are tasty. The service is very friendly. Can be reached by walking, ship and car. Has also a nice garden with a beautiful view over the lake 'Wolfgangsee'.

If you are hiking into St. Gilgen you must stop here. It has wonderful atmosphere and great food. The saffron fish stew has been one of my favorite things I have eaten in Austria.

A beautiful place to walk from St. Gilgen with a relaxing stroll. Also ideal for children and seniors. Food is very good, albeit slightly more expensive. Very attentive service. Now there is a glass of water for coffee.

Great Hotel… Located amidst some of the beautiful landscape in the world. Warm and friendly staff to take care of your needs.
Definitely recommend a stay for atleast 2 days 3 nights. Please get your own car to get the most of this wonderland!

Very nice Inn. With a terrace right on the shore. The prices are high, but the food is very good. Great views.

If it is paradise which are not lost, Fürberg is one. Everything is only beauty, quiet, fun to live. Rooms with view on the Lake are a delight and the restaurant is of high quality. Hospitality and service are of the same level. Swimming in fresh water and crystalline, among swans and ducks, contributes to the charm of the place, as well as walks along the Lake. The pier located just in front of the hostel allows every hour to take a boat to St Wolfgang and St Gilgen to the choice. A permanent dream.
