Our holiday was great. Rooms are very clean and large, the ambience is suitable for it. I would recommend the hotel to anyone looking for peace and quiet. The food is excellent but well tasted, as a criticism please describe in the menu more precisely how and what are used for sauces. The staff is very nice and responds to individual requests. If you are a connoisseur, you are in the right place here.

First — best wishes to the kitchen, the food was excellent and very creative — I miss it very much :) We were all in all very pleased, from the friendly staff, to the rooms, beautiful Wellness area, comfortable and relaxed atomic osphäre and the facial/ massage was wonderful. We had a very relaxed and relaxing time.

I just wanted to go to a sauna. But after a warm welcome I‘ve got salad and soup.

We are in the Ritzenhof for the second time and spend a wonderful time here.
A beautiful modern and very clean hotel with stylish rooms and changing tasteful decorations throughout the hotel. The location overlooking the lake and the mountains wonderful. You can see that there is a clear concept behind it, which is implemented professionally and with a lot of love.
The spa area with sauna area, wellen area, indoor pool and access to the Ritzensee is just great and looking for its equal.
The kitchen can only be recommended. Wonderful freshly prepared dishes made from traditional products, which are very nicely prepared. In addition, very good corresponding wines which are described and selected very well by the service.
Almost star-suspicious.
And the staff always friendly, accommodating and hospitable. Particularly noteworthy are the service in the restaurant. Always a nice word and still all guests quickly and very professionally served are always ready for small conversations. You feel comfortable and welcomed like in a family.

Highly recommended! Great kitchen + super service, always friendly nimble service.
The only disadvantage is the quite noisy road to the Ritzenseebad especially for the street-side rooms, which are therefore also cheaper.

My parents were in the Ritzenhof last week. They were so excited that they asked me to write a review. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. My parents also raved about food and here they are very critical. They found the wellness area particularly good. The hotel offers a perfect natural spot to relax from the everyday grind.

Wow, the Ritzenhof Hotel is just perfect! Staff and Service are fantastically nice and the food is excellent, the Hotel and Spa are very nice, the lake, the mountains and the whole area anyway, super family, here you feel just probably!

Excellent personal service Rooms are too small & congested though, awkward moving around in; spa is very minimal & does not have good views & hotels right in the middle of a residential area so though the mountains in the distance are spectacular, you look onto dozens of unsightly rooftops & into houses directly in front of you in the immediate vicinity.

Very nice, we spent pleasant days. Welness and spa area highly recommended. Train connection good. Service very friendly. Rooms nice and everything very clean.

We always had to sit at the same table because, according to the boss, "we want this" is what is being done here.
We felt reprimanded and I found it inflexible.

Simply a perfect snowboard holiday at Hotel Ritzenhof. If you just want to relax, you can enjoy the spa area of the hotel or at the super fine dinner. Absolutely recommended.

A dream hotel. The staff were very friendly and the room was very clean. The only point of criticism: the coffee-espresso is unfortunately only a thin fully automatic broth, both at breakfast and at the bar. I'd rather drink tea.

A very great hotel in very nice surroundings with really nice staff. Good value for money, excellent breakfast. Spa area is very clean and very appealing. Very few and small criticisms: the shower area in the spacious rooms unfortunately not separable and thus a little too drafty.

I've been in very, very many Hotels for business or pleasure. The Ritzenhof — Hotel & Spa is on a lake is the absolute Hammer! A Hotel With A Sensational Spa = Sensational — Kitchen = Sensational. The Service in the Restaurants is spectacular. The best I personally like, that in the Evening, a atemberaubends 5 courses Menu was served. Price — performance TOP! The Chef's & staff at the Ritzenhof — Hotel & Spa is on a lake and super nice! I've read the reviews here on Facebook & "holidaycheck" by. Who is at the Ritzenhof — Hotel & Spa is on a lake and anything negative the hair, is looking for "in the soup", or has no idea of good restaurants. Martina & Hannes, the Staudachers come to 100% again.

I spent a short but super great winter holiday in the Ritzenhof. The furnishing of the rooms and the culinary delights leave nothing to be desired. The spa area is mega. Looking forward to next year!

The hotel is very easy to reach and offers ample parking in direct proximity to the hotel, which consists of 2 houses, which are also connected underground by a tunnel. Here friendliness is absolutely great. In addition to very pretty rooms there is also a wide range of massages, sauna etc. Very chic and absolutely recommended.

Unfortunately, this hotel doesn't quite do what the good reviews on the internet promised. It should probably be taken out of a maximum here with little effort. Unfortunately, we had this feeling during our 10-day stay. In the indoor pool were, strangely enough, a lot of spiders, probably attracted by the warmth. One even had our young son in her hair. On our wooden balcony there were a lot of splinters in the ground due to wear and tear that you liked to have in your feet. On request, a carpet was then laid down. We're still talking about a 4 star plus hotel. A large number of trainees and interns were employed in the restaurant service. Here it was probably not possible to replace the bread cubes for the salad, as some were moldy in them on our penultimate day. When we left a day earlier as a result of the events, we were told the cost of the last day.

We have experienced two perfect days in your house: Warm welcome, attentive yet relaxed service, very friendly staff. All areas of the hotel are lovingly, detailed, but simple and modern. As an architect, I would like to praise the designers of the hotel, very successful! All meals offer maximum enjoyment with inventive creations and regional products (only review: You need sharper knives! ). The treatments in the SPA — area were very pleasant, professional and executed with dedication. Overall, a beautiful place to relax. Thanks for everything, we'll be back!

After giving a misleading rating at first, I received a personal call from the manager who sorted things out for me. It turns out the Hotel Ritzenhof and Restaurant at the Ritzensee are two quite different places. 5 stars for sorting things out for me and for (as I have seen at a personal visit) offering good serice at a nice hotel.

The staff is very friendly and obliging.
Very suitable as a starting point for racing cyclists since the Grossglockner and the stone close to rekativ. It is possible also to Bruck (Glockner) or drive to Waid rings (Flagstone) and from there to start, for it is fairly centrally located.
