I highly recommend this Hotel. Friendly staff who can react to unusual situations during a hotel stay.

Four-star hotel or Sausage Shop?
The completely incompetent Hotel Manager berates an employee completely gratuitously in our Present day. That's the Level of a Sausage Bud.
The Employees get 5 Stars! The one Star is still too much for this director's casper. That's what the Hotel is known for. Now we were able to experience it too!

Nice hotel, in a really good spot in the town.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms are large and very clean. Only the breakfast is not worthy of a 4 star Hotel. This gets in the form also in a private pension. Coffee in self-service from the vending machine is Not.

The location is good.
The only downside is the breakfast which in itself is not bad but is slightly overpriced.

It makes you feel right at home. The staff is very friendly. Food is worthy of the class, the starting position perfect, for excursions.

Attended the breakfast buffet on Mother's Day.
The buffet offered no variation and variety. The most (cheese, bread, and plates) was out of hand and was not brought up. The service succeeds quickly but Unfrundlich and Dessinterressiert. We could hear from our table a noisy conflict in the kitchen, which had destroyed the "pleasant" atmosphere. For the high price, besides the standard (cheese, ham, bread, jam… etc) You also get some bad coffee from a ready coffee machine. Really a no-go at this price. Also the vegetables looked older and ungustiös.
Finally, I can hardly recommend visiting the breakfast buffet in hotel Excel for non-hotel visitors. If this recession is read by the hotel management, please take this criticism seriously and try to improve the circumstances!

Very Clean Hotel. Staff always friendly down to the Boss. Breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. Décor tasteful and the Bathroom with separate TOILET. Buffet and Menu very good.

We have spent in Hotel Exel already some great days and have met the good kitchen. Therefore, we drove from Vienna to Amstetten for dinner to the Hotel Exel. It was absolutely worth it. Today I ate the best Ganslsuppe of my life. Simply sensational good food and a very friendly Service. Compliment to the Team!

The rooms have had their best times but are clean. The wellness area can only be found on the homepage. But breakfast is an imposition. The coffee machine defective or empty, too few tables covered, to questions of the guests whether one can get a coffee from the bar is not responded. Waiter takes orders several times on these come but not.

Hotel is nice and clean. Breakfast could be better.

The staffs are very helpful and friendly, the room is clean, foods at the cafe are great. Nothing for me to complain. Overall, I'm enjoying my 2 weeks stay here. Definitely will go back there again in future.

Parking and very good accessibility from the center. Clean hotel with great food. Rather expensive but very good.

My wife and I have been visiting your hotel for 10 years and are surprised and convinced every time anew. They are very friendly and quality. Thanks a lot and keep it up. We like to come back every time.

Terrible internet in the room. Had to go to the reception. There connection on the phone fell too, on the computer it was fine. However fo rbusiness purposes a very bad experience hence the above.

Today we were out for Breakfast and it was miserable. The service was a joke. The Buffet was empty and was filled to the prompt only moderately of food. And the price is just exorbitant. Next to the chief stood up and photographed rather the dishes on a serving cart to respond without. Thus, I come to the conclusion that it doesn't deserve four stars.

Nearby tourist location, Right in the center of the big centralised market with free car parking for guests, all of it not really expensive.

Strategic located, about 5mins walk from Amstetten NÖ train station. Only thing concerned is the breakfast is the same for the 2 weeks stay I had.

It is impossible to get 1 / 4 l of water to coffee as a regular customer! Very regrettable while the waitress was also unfriendly and explains the boss has so ordered it. I was with my grandchild at the MC. Donalds he ate a small portion of French fries and I wanted a carbonated mineral water kaufenhat, the employees asked whether because the water for the child belongs after I replied in the affirmative she bought me a cup of water for free! We will drink our coffee somewhere else in the future!

The Cafe is situated at the town square. The service is very friendly, but the pastries are the best during a visit to the Cafe Exel.

City hotel with a great location in the heart of the Mostviertel district with good connections! Friendly staff and good food.
