Very nice Hotel. The Rooms have been newly renovated and beautifully furnished. The Food was delicious. The Operation was also very nice and courteous. Thank you for the relaxing Time.

In the rooms, every holiday mood passes the very nice exterior impression is unfortunately very deceiving. The rooms (two double rooms on the 3rd floor) are run down, furniture from the 60/70s, some of which are already broken, musty smell and broken tiles in the bathroom. There is no door to the bathroom (toilet was extra) i. E. Showers always open, no proper ventilation. In this room you do not want to spend a holiday. On request It was said that these rooms are only available via direct booking and not via booking portals. Does the holidaymaker who book directly are worth less? We supposedly booked the worst category, but unfortunately we were not made aware of the offer or the booking. It absolutely does not correspond to the pictures shown on the internet! So-called "type B" rooms are neither mentioned on the homepage nor are they listed with the different room types.
Positive: Food top, nice breakfast, staff (except for one exception) also always very friendly and endeavored. Access to the top. All in all super would not be the rooms…

Just don't book! Rip off the same! Have booked two double rooms next to each other via the hotel's main internet site! Got two old rundown rooms on the top floor (3 floor). Old beds, old tiled bathroom, old carpet for the price of €67 per adult and half board. Neither the one nor the other room could be seen on the internet. When we spoke to the owner of the hotel Haflingerhof, he replied that he was not obligated to show these rooms on the Internet. He also made no institutions to give us other rooms. Take it or don't take it! Thank God we have received our deposit of €500 again.
It was deliberately trying to pull a family over the table with two small children.

Totally good! Two bathrooms, the food ist/was delicious and also the service and also all other employees. There is a very good connection in winter to the ski slope by ski bus.

It's all right. From the reception to the Verabschiebung. The friendliness, the accommodation, the Great hotel, the meals, the horseback riding etc.
As a horse lover a must… to get off at this hotel.

We had a wonderfull time at your hotel, everything was super we'l come back next year.

Visited the hotel in February. Skibus stops in front of the hotel. Friendly staa. Good service. Good rooms. Clean. Good sauna — larger then you would expect.

We are once again really excited!
The staff and the hoteliers are super nice and friendly. You quickly feel at home and we were happy to meet friends and acquaintances from the last holiday here again. We were probably not here last time :-)
Not only for horse lovers a great hotel with a great ambience, but also for hiking and cycling tours in the Wildschönau a great starting point.
