Outdoor lights don’t work and is dangerous as it’s near curb. Shower is terrible, no pressure at all and the water wasn’t continuous hot. Room decor is out of date. I suggest knock this place down and start again.

Comfortable hotel on the southern approach to Geraldton. Comfortable clean rooms in a convenient location. Friendly staff also has a restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Also a pool to cool off in.

Stayed here just for a night back in November. Overall it wasn't bad. The rooms are nice and clean and well layed out, but a bit too small for my taste.

Basic dated accommodation with a few fresh touches (linen etc). Our bathroom smelled strongly of sewage. Included breakfast was a nice touch as was the service from breakfast staff and the manager.

Terrible experience, photos look nothing like the room, door had definatly been kicked in at some point in its lifetime and never got properly repaired. Room was smelly and the wind whistled through the front door all night. Poorly appointed room. Will not return…

Free Wi-Fi, ample parking, excellent quality meals, helpful, friendly and professional staff. Rooms are spacious with double bed, tv, fridge, aircon, ensuite.

Our room is a hovel. Our dog is in a boarding kennel better appointed than here. 1 glass in the fridge that wobbles when you open it. Curtains hanging off their rails. Scungy wooden floors apearing dirty. We're used to better and we're amazed that Accor puts their name to it.

Clean rooms. I can hear the ocean. Great food.

All good although they missed a room service on sunday.

Friendly staff. Rooms are rather old! Aircon is old and noisy. Nothing special about this place. I stayed there just because being Accor member.

We have stayed here before and this was an ovenighter on the way to Perth. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Dinner was great, our steaks cooked how we like them. Bed was really comfortable and we both slept really well.
The property is dated but the room was clean and tidy. As Accor members we will stay there again.
(I didn't see a maintenance request from) The shower was fabulous (in my opinion) but unfortunately, after turning off the taps it continued to drip for quite some time.

Just stayed there and it was lovely. Not noisy, rooms were clean, bed was comfortable and we slept well. Breakfast was nice, unfortunately we didn't get the opportunity to have tea in the restaurant. Next time. Our room had a queen and a single bed and we found it a bit cramped, especially the side near the wall. Definitely stay again and will be back in about 2 weeks. Staff are amazing. Well done.

The room I stayed in was warm spacious and comfortable and I'd stay their again.

Has been refurbished from the last time we stayed several years ago. Full continental breakfast available with vast choice. Cooked breakfast extra. Quiet rooms towards the back of the property. Staff very friendly.

Clean pleasant room. Very comfortable bed which was very welcoming after a long drive. Delicious breakfast &happy friendly staff to assist you. (Loved my perfectly cooked eggs with a smiley face. ) If you should have any issue's, speak to staff which will be more than happy to help. Considering hotel is on a highway. We had no issues with noise. Would definitely book again if traveling to Geraldton. Definitely recommend.

Thank you for the honesty of the cleaning staff as I left items behind that were handed in to 'lost property' and I supplied postage for them to be posted to me (when I realised they were lost 3 weeks later). Thank you very much.

Very nice and friendly staff! A great experience overall, the breakfast was very good and they Made us a cappuccino which was great (we're italian so we know our stuff pretty well! ). Roma are big, tasty and well Lit. A suggested stay if you're around Geraldton.
