Avoid if possible! From cockroaches in the BED SHEETS, to a manager who pressures you to stay even when you are uncomfortable. the room had sand everywhere, and was very dirty! ended up leaving through the night, because we just couldn't stay longer.

Manager saw us coming… we booked through Agoda for 2 adults and 2 children. He said would be extra for children as booking. Com booked for 2 adults only. I said I booked through Agoda, he said he didn't care got policys up about childrens ages over 4 is adult on booking. Com, bit not on Agoda… had all the answers before I even asked the question… do not waste your time or Money… we're only stopping for 1 night to break up big drive from exmouth. AVOID… charged us and we didn't even stay.

DO NOT STAY HERE! the facilities are DISGUSTING the staff are rude and offer no solutions or support. Have submitted a complaint to the council due to health regulations clearly not being adhered to especially during the pandemic. Stayed 1 night due to having no where else to go then left with no offer of a refund or apology.

From 31 December 2021 till 3 January 2022 a facebook friend and I stayed in one the cabins as there was no other places available from 31 December 2021. The sofa was very uncomfortable to sit in as the cushions were very soft, it was even uncomfortable to sleep in. The bed was terrible too and bathroom was filthy even though we did have decent showers. I wasn’t happy with the shower as the water was more like rain than shower. Carpet was dirty and filthy though I have slept on it. I would highly recommend for a sofa bed to be placed in the living room instead of having just a sofa. And one bedroom chalets should have more bed linen and/or even two double beds or two single beds bedrooms, as only having one size bed in the bedroom is terrible if the people staying in the cabin aren’t boyfriends or partnered. Foxtel wasn’t working either as the batteries of the Foxtel remote were removed. So you should’ve removed the Foxtel ads on your accomodation websites if Foxtel isn’t in working order and removed the Foxtel devices out of the rooms since Foxtel isn’t working. So during my stay I have felt bored not being able to watch Foxtel on the TV and what’s worse is having to watch most anything I wanted on the TV I had to watch it on my ipad which annoyed even more so.

My boss had booked me in to the Abrolhos Reef Lodge by recommendation.
I was ok with most of the room but the bed. The quilt had stains and dirty marks and as the sheets looked clean and fresh I'm worried I'll go home with bed bugs as I couldn't stop itching all night.
Also just after I got to bed at around 8.30pm other guests were so noisy & rude, & then at around 3am other guests either coming or leaving were extremely loud & noisy with talking/yelling & slamming car/room doors. I think that's just rude & ignorant if your staying in a hotel/lodge/motel. I had to be up at 4.30am for work so it wasn't acceptable. So my boss will be making a complaint.

I understand some would call this “cheap” accomodation, but we had an abortion of a room. Under the kids beds chicken bones and peoples drinks and rubbish. In the main bed the bedding hadn’t been changed and there was blood or food with chunks on the bedding. The bathroom was dirty and and mould all in The shower area.
The lounge had McDonald’s rubbish shoved under and in the seats, even the little used butters.
We didn’t even eat here because it get just filthy and unclean. We ended up leaving at 7pm a day earlier to get back to Perth. Wrote to the manager about a refund etc had no response. We made our booking through bookings. Com.
Do not recommend at all.

Great location, great accommodation better than what I was assuming.

The most revolting place I've stayed ever. I have so many photos of rubbish throughout the whole complex. Drug deals going on with groundsman seen buying some. The manager is a pig.

Absolutely disgusting, dirty sofas, everything in the kitchen was filthy, couldn't bring myself to use the shower let alone sleep in the bed so we cut our losses & drove through the night home.

Whilst I can appreciate the efforts the owner took to make sure we were comfortable, we did not enjoy our stay. The apartment was in serious need of repairs and was dirty. The is hardly any furniture in the room, making it look bare, the couch had no cushions and only sits 2 people. The are no additional powerpoints in the kitchen so I had to unplug the fridge to plug the kettle in. The box aircon in the lounge room was incredibly loud, and the is no fan or aircon in the bedroom. There were blind panels missing in the bedroom which made it very bright from all the lights around the complex. It was also VERY noisey. Kids screaming, owner and family yelling at each other to clean rooms or make beds. That noise didn’t stop until late which made it hard to get to sleep. The shower had mold in it and the tile on the floor was broken and an injury waiting to happen.
I understand Easter is a busy time of the year — but the cleanliness and the state of basic amenities in the apartment was not good enough. I won’t stay here again or recommend unfortunately.

The room absolutely stunk like human BO, there was dead cockroaches through out the rooms, both rooms had TVs but no power cords so you could not turn them on, the shower was covered in mould and stunk really bad.

What a welcoming and friendly place
we were greeted by a lovely man who went up and beyond to make sure we were comfortable during our stay. Our room was upgraded upon arrival due to myself being injured. We were more than willing to pay the difference and we sent away with a smile and a wave, not a bill. Family atmosphere

Great place to stay decent prices and good sized rooms, always nice and clean with a nice pool, the owners are very friendly and nice.

Fabulous! Reception stayed quite late to check us in, and then guided us to park our camper trailer in the dark. Huge A-frame cabin, well equipped and very clean. Would have loved to be able to stay longer.

Nice, clean, good location. 2 bedrooms. Lounge and good kitchen. Enjoyed our stay.

Oh my gosh … what to say … walked in the smelly sock smell … Several hours to clear the smell… We put up with the flies. The place was disgusting dirty one power point in the bathroom for tea/coffee but didn't go there… one night stay horrible never never again. … table inside wasn't clean. The outdoor setting was w o rse sent better to the tip. Pillow what pillow a piece of cotton. Even the guy next door said roof water and off the street. Never again disgusting. Zero out of 10… couldn't find staff to tell them how to clean a room.

The place is nice the care taker is very friendly and they always clean your place. Recomended very much.

Nice Rooms, large bedrooms for children if needed. Most importantly, for both myself and my friend☺️. It is very clean, efficient and the prices are way lowier than you would pay elsewhere in Geraldton. It is immaculate, Safe and pleasant for a couple or a family. Also the Swimming Pool is excellent on a hot day.

Very friendly and helpful staff, with a special shout out to Abul. They communicated well before and during our stay. Room was comfortable and clean. I have stayed a few years ago and returned as it was a good and affordable accomodation then and still is now. Thank you.

Friendly service in a great town at an affordable price. Good sleep, shower and air-conditioning! What more could you want?!

Bit dated furnishongs but perfectly fine. Good pool. Towels soap tea and coffe, milk etc all provided. Air con and nice and quiet place. Stayd here for a night on the way to exmouth and booked it for the way home. I would stay in here for longer if I had a reason to hang around gerlton.

Was very dirty. Bottom of the shower was full of hair and found an old block of soap sitting above the shower. The floor around the kitchen was sticky and had not been mopped. The blinds were missing parts so everyone could see in and the lights outside kept us up all night.

It’s super convenient for an overnight stopover, good value for the area, the rooms are very clean and the staff are friendly. Thank you for a pleasant stay on our way back to Perth.

Older complex. Fringe of township. Cheap accomodation for "crash" weekend. But needs update if looking for nice weekend away with someone.

Extremely average even for the low price. A/C an heating don't work, blinds broken and let light in all night, lights don't work, no blankets. Try everywhere else and then try them again before staying here.

Great place for overnight stay staff is friendly and prices are cheap for self contained rooms stove friend cutlery foxtel internet restaurant across the road ocean 2 minutes walk.

Great value. Self contained appartment. $99. Laundry and very friendly welcoming staff. A good meal at the pub across the road. Clean and tidy. Very quiet. Stayed an extra night.

Dirty, mouldy never again, dread to think what the pillows and mattress where like.

Dirty, in serious need of maintenance and hot water ran out after less than 5 minutes. Booked a family room that slept 5 but only had chairs for 4 and 3 glasses. Of the 4 mugs, 2 were dirty and kettle looked dicey. There was food underneath the sofa cushions and the coffee table still had a spill from a coffee that hadn't even been wiped up. The lino floor in the kitchen turned a napkin black when I wiped up a spill. In the bedrooms, the windowsills weren't even fixed they just sat loosely on the brick sill, the TV remote didn't work and as well as having no heating anywhere in the unit, a cold draught blew through the window gap. Would not stay again and would not recommend to anyone! Oh, and the free Wi-Fi would not even load my emails, it timed out before the page came up.

Location not good. Too far from city centre. Don't get me started on the rooms. Very very basic and not looked after well. Bathroom smelt of sewerage. Dust everywhere. Chewing gum in the shower… Only good thing is Foxtel in the rooms…

I highly recommend this motel. It is excellent value for money. It's fully self catering: with a full stove, mcrowave avery good fridge. Our unit was spacious, with a good bed. The unit was very clean. The buildings are well maintained and the complex is well laid out for easy access. The duty manager was highly educated and extremely helpful. He noted our elderly status and changed the rooms allocated by our direct on-line booking to a more accessible unit.

Clean and Comfortable. Nothing fancy but had everything I needed including a good comfortable bed. I will stay there again. No Probs.

I stayed there for work, originally from the U. S. So I was supposed to be there for 3 months, then come back home. Needless to say, the first few weeks were okay, but the internet wasn't getting good service. Which in my case was needed to be able to communicate back home, when I did have people call my room, the owner through a fit because it would ring in her "office/bedroom". She didn't come straight to me to discuss the issue, but took it to my supervisor. That's ridiculous. Not to get picky, but my company is paying for that phone/internet for my convienence right? I should be able to use it. Other than that there is no breakfast, the beach is down the road, not right there, and it's definitely not worth the price. : (.
