I stayed at this amazing place Tuesday and Wednesday last week. Beautiful clean well appointed cottages on a lovely grassy large block. Lots of birds and shady peppermints. Very peaceful and just perfect place to just simply be or get out and about. I had so many choices to do my walks along paths leading somewhere and short walk to Main Street in Margaret River so didn’t need to drive much at all. A proper holiday🤗🎶 Sue was always available if you need her and helped me with the technology of smart tv. Very friendly and welcoming experience. I thoroughly recommend you to go and enjoy the experience. Ro.

We had a great few days away, the cottage had everything we needed. We loved the fire pit, it’s great that every cottage has there own. Very peaceful loved listening to the birds. Accommodation was clean beds very comfy. Will definitely be back. 🙂

Great place, loved it! You have everything you need to have a great holiday. Breakfast items with tea, coffee, milk, orange juice for your arrival, which is great. Fire pit, site BBQs and chickens to watch. You can walk to town site and short drive to the beach. Great stay once again! Thanks.

We liked everything about staying at Peppermint Brook Cottages. Well equipped, very clean, super friendly manager that takes pride in her job. The location is fantastic, easy walk into town and far enough out to feel like you're in the forest. Loved the complimentary first morning breakfast and the litre of fresh milk. Will definitely be back.

Lovely quiet clean place… in the heart of Margaret River ✌️

I am absolutely blown away how lovely this place is, inside & out. We we’re visited by a family of beautiful ducks & Boston came to visit & shared our BBQ with us. He is the most gentle, well trained dog I’ve ever seen! Totally love this place & would highly recommend it.

The cottages are clean and nicely appointed, close to town, but you feel like you are away from everyone. Relaxing.

Absolutely awesome place to stay. Great for kids to play and very clean. Large rooms and easy parking. Close to town with that country feeling!

My home away from home in Margs… I’m here as in sending this! Just a great spot, walking distance to town (10mins) and it’s many choices being either restaurants, pubs, cafes, local shops… well everything pretty much. Fully self contained with everything you could want, microwave, oven/grill/cooktops. Reverse cycle aircon, in the living area with TV, free unlimited Wi-Fi and a 3 & 2seater sofa with sleeping for 6 (1 room a queen & the other a double and bunk bed). Outdoor firepit/bbq (wood supplied) with hot plate for each cottage or communal gas bbqs. I love this place which makes me almost a local in Margs.

Great location and facilities close to town. Very relaxed. Been several times and love it here.

We had an amazing 4 day stay here with 3 small children. The facilities are amazing. Great value and nice little touches. The complimentary first morning brekki, the trampoline, the chickens and the BBQ area made our stay simply homely. Thank you.

Fabulous place to stay the chalets are clean and comfortable: I love the nice quiet setting, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Nice stroll to the Main Street and close to many attractions.

Absolutely loved the location and the feel of Peppermint Brook Cottages! The ammenities and ambience is amazing! Located right next to a beautiful forrest walk to a bridge where the Margaret River Runs. Close to town and everything that is located in the region.

We are still currently here enjoying every moment at this amazing place. I highly recommend Peppermint brook cottages, great price, close to everything, quiet, cottages are clean & have everything you need. My 3 year old loved the chickens & the trampoline.
we stayed for a week & cant wait to come back again next year.

Great amenities in the cottages — milk juice bread butter jam ready on arrival.
You can light a wildfire in your own fire pit on the terrace, firelighters and wood provided.
Comfy bed with electric blankets. Good heater/aircon. Good water pressure.
Excellent welcome and customer service.
Good discounts on local wines, tours etc.

We’ve stayed in the area many times and this is definitely the best value for money, best location, best customer service we’ve had.

Loved the complimentary milk, juice and breakfast. Very comfortable rooms and full kitchen. Great quiet location very close to town. Would definitely recommend, particularly for family groups.

They provided juices, bottle of red wine and milk .

Just spent 10 days here with Tas Junior Surfing team and it was great! Clean and tidy, excellent beds and great kitchens. The shady grassy araes with BBQs is great. The trampoline and basketball area kept the kids entertain. And the chooks were great for food scraps. Sue was really helpful and could answer anyquestions about the area. Highly reccomend.

Great place for short stay with full kitchen amenities. Love the thoughts of simple breakfast prepared by the owner. Location is good very near town and supermarket is nearby.

Was very friendly atmosphere, had everything you need, cute breakfast prepared for your first morning, loved the chickens roaming around and even a trampoline for the kids perfect walking distance to the main town centre shops. The curtins though do need to be updated as not much privacy other then that all was good. Would stay again.

This was the perfect home base for our family getaway! The kids loves having a fire on the verandah and bouncing on the trampoline. The beds were sooooooo comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. There was even a nice bottle of red and milk and juice in the fridge when we arrived! Great location close to town but still quiet and peaceful. Absolute bliss!

Great place to stay as very closer to margaret river center. We spent good time with girls and kids love it play in the garden.

Fantastic little place about a 5 min walk from the centre of town. There are eight 2 bed cabins all backing onto a communal grassed area with BBQs, chairs, and tables. Great for families with young kids.

Great place to stay whilst in Margaret River. Self contained cottages, great beds and very pleasant and we'll maintained grounds. Chooks roam free, plus own fire place and outdoor furniture. We loved it!

Absolutely perfect accomodation for families or anyone who wants a peaceful get away! The fire pits for each cottage was great for marshmallows the chickens kept our 2 year old entertained for hours and the trampoline and basketball was perfect for our 8 year old. It was so great to arrive and have such a spotless well cleaned accomodation awaiting us. Especially with our youngest being 6 months! Just a short 10 minute walk into town and literally no more then 20 minutes away from amazing places to eat and visit.
We loved it so much we extended our stay by an extra night.

Peaceful location close to the centre of town, within walking distance of most amenities including the bush walking and cycling trails. The units are comfortable and well detailed for self-catering. Good bathroom and a great hot shower, the best! The positioning of the units around a green space enables quiet contemplation when travelling and sight-seeing becomes too much. Lots of local bird life, both wild and the local chickens. A1.

Everything was lovely, lost the cottage feel with everything in such close proximity though. Discounts at local wineries and restaurants were a great bonus as was the wine on arrival.

We stayed here for five days and had a splendid time! The management is friendly and helpful and facilities are good. The cottages are simple but still cozy and the outdoor area is great for kids.
