Great location and very homely accomodation!

Beautiful place, Friendly owners, delicious gourmet breakfast with home made breads etc and local produce. Highly reccomend for a romantic stay.

Beautifully nestled in the trees and country landscape yet only 5min from the town centre. Beautiful spacious rooms with private entrances and lovely common room for a delicious continental breakfast to start the day.

Our stay was a perfect introduction to the world of BnB.
We’ve stayed at countless hotels / cabins over the years but this was our first BnB.
Very relaxing environment, and an amazing breakfast with lots of local and homemade produce to sample.

I stayed for 2 nights and it was amazing. It was relaxing, peaceful and quite. The rooms are big, modern and comfortable. I loved the open space with the big TV and fireplace. Such a nice place to sit and relax. Dirk and Pam are very friendly and Dirk has excellent knowledge of the Margaret River region. The breakfast provided is out of this world! Very yummy and so much variety. Only a 7 min drive from the town centre. I would come back and stay again for sure.

We enjoy the environment and good facility there.
The owner is kind, He suggest us where to go and we had a fun in the place he recommend.

We have been here twice now and on both occasions could not fault the accomodation or service. The place is absolutely lovely and gardens are incredible. If you love plants, you won’t regret coming here. The owner has been welcoming and loves to give recommendations for things to see and do. We’d definitely come back again.

Wonderful facilities, fantastic breakfast — way beyond what we had expected. Kylie, who filled in for Pam and Dirk for almost all the time we were there, was just great: friendly, warm, conscientious, interested in each guest, quick to see to any query presented to her. We wished we could have stayed longer and would definitely stay there again if we had the opportunity to do so.

Loved staying here, quiet, restful and relaxing. Pam is a gracious host with great advice about where to visit. She and Dirk run a really professional b&b in a warm welcoming way. Great continental buffet breakfast.

This is the only place we stay in Margaret River. The rooms are great, but the breakfasts are an absolute highlight: try Dirk's honey on every slice of bread. I highly recommend Margaret River Bed and Breakfast.

My partner and I stayed here for a night last week and will definitely be back. Dirk and Pam are gracious hosts with a beautiful property, and our room was lovely. Even when the weather is unusually dreary for Summer, the scenery in Margaret River never disappoints. Thanks also Dirk for the tip to visit Amelia Park for lunch — you were spot on! P. S definitely try Pam's Craisin & Rosemary Bread for breakfast :-)

I booked and paid for this accommodation for a one night stay over Christmas this year. However, I received a phone call from the owner who told me that he was cancelling the booking because it is a minimum 3 night stay at this accommodation, which is not mentioned anywhere on this page. He then tried to tell me the room was unavailable, which is impossible as you cannot book a room via TripAdvisor is there is no available rooms. I was then told by the owner that the rate for the room was incorrect so if I wanted to keep my booking I would have to stay an extra night and pay an extra $50. The owner was arrogant and rude, he mentioned that he had family booking out a room, so I speculate that he had a change of family plans and needed another room, hence cancelling my booking. Would not recommend…

Stayed here in September 2016. Lovely rooms, with excellent facilities. Ended up staying an extra night. Too far to walk into Margaret River, so only recommend staying there if you have a car.

Lovely hosts. Dirk has a wealth of knowledge about the area. Gave us great tips for lunch. Pam has stocked the place with beautiful home made food, soaps and scented sticks. Friendly dog too.

Very quiet location, beautiful and large rooms. Great breakfast in the garden. Best: Pam and Hos, who give good tips for shaping the days.

Went there randomly and it was just an amazing experience. Dirk & Pam's place is a lovely, homie, cozy place — — simply fabulous! It's surrounded by greens and they made a superb adorable garden where you could enjoy your meal or reading under the fresh air and sunlight. The bed is very very comfortable and everything is spotless clean! The breakfast is not fancy but you will definitely enjoy the plenty choices of jam for your toast (they are produce of Margaret River region! ) Dirk & Pam, thank you so much for your great hostility. Definitely will stay at your place again if we are back to Margaret River!

We stayed in this wonderful property in two bedrooms (4 adults) for two nights a week ago. We were warmly welcomed by Dirk and his wife Pam with their beautiful dog Bella. The lounge is simply beautiful and the outdoors are invite a sense of spiritualism. We loved the generous breakfast. Thank you Pam and Dirk. We will recommend this stay to our friends.

We would recommend Margaret River B&B to all of our friends and family. We would definitely stay here each time we visit Margaret River. I'm looking forward to my next trip already!

My wife and I spent a very comfortable 3 nights at this very well presented, comfortable, and friendly B&B. On our arrival, we were greeted by Bella, the resident PR dog, who made sure we felt welcome. Our room was well appointed, the B&B's location convenient to Margaret River township and adjacent to the many vineyards in the area, and hosts Pam and Dirk Hos catered for our every need (including helping change a very flat tyre on our rental car). We thoroughly recommend this establishment to anyone considering visiting Margaret River!

Lovely B&B in a bush setting surrounded by beautiful gardens. The room and bathroom were large and very clean. Breakfast was a delight with a wide choice of local products and Rachel's advice on local places to visit was invaluable.

Comfortable, clean, spacious, quiet and a magnificent continental breakfast included in the tariff. We booked in for 2 nights and were fortunate to be able to stay for a 3rd. Thank You Dirk and Pam for a delightful stay.

Amazing place tucked away in a bush setting with a great ambience, the rooms are beautiful and clean and the main lounge dining area with open plan setting is great to sit and relax in. The open Fire sets the mood. I would highly recommend this accomadtion to all our friends a lovely getaway :)

Recently stayed at Margaret River Bed and Breakfast. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the owners friendly (including their dog Bella). A continental breakfast was free of charge, however both days they also offered complimentary eggs due to an over abundance from their chickens. It is ideally located, 5 minutes away from Margaret River. Only suggestion for improvement would be for the water to be warmer. I would stay here again.

Stayed for 2D1N get away recently, the place was amazing lovely! The high ceiling and big living area was nicely decorated. We enjoyed a lovely evening at the fireplace. Bedroom was very comfortable, clean n warm for a winter night. Continental Breakfast spread was good. A little set back was no toothpaste n toothbrush. Overall, great place n will go back again.

We had an absolute relaxing stay at Margaret River B&B. Our host Dirk kindly welcomed us to the warm house in the middle of the forest. Very quiet and private room while feeling we are staying at home. Lovely and generous breakfast. We highly recommend this place.

Beds great. Breakfasts even better. Nothing to much trouble for our hosts. Their nature and winetrip superb what's not to rave about.

Nice bed and breakfast, in whose garden kangaroos are regularly seen in the evening. The hosts are trying very hard and take a lot of time to put together suggestions for excursions and restaurants every morning.

Best accommodation far and wide. Great rooms very tried hosts. In the garden kangaroo, against the hustle and bustle in Margarete River the absolute recreation. Again at any time.

Stayed here for one night only, wish it could have been longer. Nothing was too much trouble for our hosts Dirk and Pam. We had absolutely everything we needed, including fresh local produce for breakfast, knowledge of the local area (do try the quad biking) and luxury accommodation. Will certainly choose this place next time we visit Margaret River.

Dirk and Pam are the best host ever. Don't bother to book room else where in Margaret River but with Margaret River bed and breakfast! Very child friendly environment especially with Bella, their relationship manager! I have never asked Dirk but I suspect that Dirk always wait for his last guest to return to b&b before he turn in for the night. Pam makes very good cupcakes and her cooked breakfast is so delicious. I feel so at home when I am there. Oh yes, they have very good bed and pillow. I slept very peacefully very night! To say that this bnb is an six stars is an understatement. I love them! Our stay in Margaret River was made even more memorable by our excellent Loaring Place B & B. Dirk and Pam are such wonderful hosts, very welcoming and so very informitive. The accommodation, situated between the town and beach, was great in every way — beautiful setting, very comfortable room, delicious breakfast and relaxing ambience. looking forward to returning. Because of our tight travel itinerary we only stayed one night at the Margaret River B&B but we would have loved to stay longer. The location is perfect, just a short drive to Margaret River but still a bit secluded so that you have a quiet and peaceful time. The rooms were perfect: big, comfy beds, small porch, big bathroom… everything you need to make you feel at home. Breakfast was included in the price and a great value for money. There was everything we could have wished for and the different sorts of bread were even home made. The owners are very friendly and have a good knowledge of the area and they are happy to give you any advice planning your trip. So, if you wanna explore the Margaret River Region this is the perfect place to stay!

Thank you for such a lovely stay at your bed & breakfast! The rooms are beautiful and I loved how the whole place was beautifully scented with fresh flowers and little hand made soaps. The continental breakfast was delicious and thank you for the REAL coffee! We will definitely be back for a longer stay.

This is a true gem of a BnB nestled in an Australian bush setting near (but not in) the Margaret River township. The hosts Dirk and Pam really do everything possible to make your stay as comfortable as they can, with lovely fresh eggs from the chooks, honey from their bees and beautiful produce for breakfast. Rooms are clean, roomy and comfortable with a large bathroom and spa bath. All in all, this is a wonderful BnB and well worth staying at if visiting the region.

We stayed at this lovely place as part of our 10-year high school mate catch up. Dirk was very welcoming and full of local knowledge. I couldn't recommend this place more. Definitely want to come back with my family again.

I stayed in the B&B between 0912 and 0914. Though it was a short stay, I enjoyed each moment, I was staying at the B&B. Pam and Dirk were very hospitable and explain you a lot about the possible visits uou can do in the region. The breakfast was very exhaustive, with nice homemade bread. I surely will come back, when I will be in the region again.

Dirk Pam and their adorable house dog Bella, made our first stay in Margaret River amazing. Rooms are beautiful, bed comfortable, clean, warm, massive spa bath looking out to their amazing garden in the bush setting. Breakfast every morning was beautiful and fresh, with just baked breads, Dirks own honey, Pams just baked muffins, and just cooked eggs from their own chickens as a treat. Dirk gave us a suggested itinerary each morning, and he was spot on. Cant wait to return. Thanks guys :-)

Beautiful place, quite and relaxing stay. Situated in the centre of all the best places to visit in the Margaret River area including vineyards, cheese factory, chocolate and olive oil goods and many more. Our host Dirk and Pam were extremely friendly and helpful and guided us through our stay. Bella was very friendly too. Our room was very comfortable, clean and the spa was so relaxing. Everything was as good, if not better than we expected. We had a lovely three days and would highly recommend this B&B to all. Thank you to Dirk and Pam for a lovely stay.

I stayed only one night, but wish I had more. The accommodation was simply excellent and the setting fantastic. What a dream location. Dirk and Pam were wonderful hosts, and provided very worthwhile tips on what and where to visit. I would thoroughly recommend Loaring Place for all visitors to the region.

Sue and I were lucky that our first experience with a B&B was Loaring Place Bed and Breakfast. Staying two nights at Loaring Place Bed and Breakfast, we were more than spoiled by its gracious host, Dirk. The serene atmosphere coupled with Dirk's friendliness is one of the best memories for us both. Dirk is always willing to help, giving us tips where to visit along Margaret River and helping us in every way possible. And of course, Bella the lovely labradoodle definitely made the trip better. The room is cozy and comfortable, as well as quiet. There was virtually no noise or any sort of distraction from a very peaceful sleep. Though there was a TV in the room, we didn't use it. Both of us were very thankful for the stable Wi-Fi. The attached bathroom is glorious! The tub with homemade bath salts is a very nice touch, making relaxation much, much easier. There was constant hot water and the towel heater is simply genius. Breakfast is provided but if you're like me and you require eggs during breakfast, don't hesitate to order the omelette, it's divine. All in all, a beautiful place worth every penny. Thanks Dirk for the great memories and throw a gumnut for Bella on our behalf.

My partner and I stayed here for two nights this week. The MR region certainly warrants a longer stay if you have time. However long you go for, I'd wholeheartedly recommend you stay at Loaring Place. Dirk and Pam are extremely hospitable and go out of their way to make their guests feel at home. As others have commented, Dirk is an excellent source of information on the area and every day made excellent suggestions on our itineraries, most of which we followed and were glad we did. The home is modern and comfortable with much-appreciated amenities such as a large comfortable living and breakfast room, a dedicated guest wing with only 4 guest rooms, all with their own ensuites, good Wi-Fi, an espresso coffee machine, electric blankets, and a towel warmer in the bathroom. The Loaring Place B&B is surrounded by gardens and is set in a lovely patch of pure Australian forest, 7 minutes drive east to the shops and restaurants of "downtown" Margaret River, and about the same west to the spectacular beach at Prevelly. This location is very central to all of the caves, wineries, restaurants and numerous craft and gift shops of the MR area. It's most suitable to stay here if you have access to your own car as the 7 minutes drive equates to a rather long walk (maybe 6kms). Overall, we had a great and highly enjoyable stay. Many thanks to Dirk and Pam for helping to make it that way.

Stayed at Loaring Place in April 2014. This B and B is very well appointed and extremely comfortable. Our room was large and the bed conducive to very sound sleep. Surroundings are bushland, quiet and tranquil, yet only a few minutes drive from town. Pam and Dirk's hospitality was generous and their knowledge of the area detailed. It made planning our days so easy. We booked for two days but stayed for four! Would love to return some day.

This place is special. In the middle of the forest, quiet and wooded, five minutes from Margaret Beach. The owners, Dirk and Pam, are very nice, received us very well, passed the tips of the place showing on the map to help find the places we wanted to go. The breakfast is breathtaking, made with love and care. The bread is home made and our favorite is the pumpkin one. Pam teached us to melt the cheese on the bread and add egg on top, which comes from their own chicken. Is divine! They also offer diferent types of yogurt, fruit, cereal, juices, teas and coffees. Our favorite breakfast! The room is a delight and overlooks the green. Hard to get out of there. Thanks Dirk and Pam for the great hospitality, the kindness that you have had with us! Thank you for making out stay there very pleasurable — — My sister and I enjoyed our stay. Room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable — — just like home. The whole place had a very HOMELY feel to it. Which was really nice. The only thing which we found strange was the fact that when the room was made up the bin was not emptied. It was like our home away from home. Dirk was an excellent host. His local knowledge of the area ensured that we enjoyed some wonderful sights and experiences not found on the tourist map. My son enjoyed hanging out with the dog Bella, and we were all made to feel at home. Location was central to everything we wanted to do. We will be returning again soon, and recommend Loaring Place to our friends and family.
