Great location and very nice family friendly rooms.

This is our 6th stay here in Sebel Busselton since the outbreak of COVID-19. We still look forward to this relaxing place every time we book. I highly recommend this accommodation to everyone. The staff are very pleasant & will look after the guests.

Reception was extremely helpful apartments well laid out, comfy beds, a/c in all bedrooms and living area all with separate controls easy access to the beach, great indoor and outdoor pools, games room, highly recommend this property.

Haven't stayed here for quite some time, but pleased to see the place has been well maintained and still as neat and tidy as before.

Had a wonderful experience at The Sebel it had beautiful garden, easy access to the beach, friendly and helpful staff and the rooms were up to date and very clean thankyou for such a wonderful break at your hotel.

Great rooms, excellent location, good amenities — the bathroom was amazing and the spa just right. Comfortable bed and noise proof glass doors to balcony facing Bussell highway.

Outstanding rooms and front of house staff are amazing.

We have brought you boys here for a quiet get away for school holidays,
it's close to town but far enough away from the hussle bussle of the city.
the idoor heated pool is amazing for a clod winters day to go for a swim.

Had a great weekend. Pools and spa perfect. Loved the wildlife in the pools at night, we counted 14 ducks. My grand daughter wants to know where they go during the day.

We go every yr for our anniversary. Great rooms, wonderful staff that are very good at helping you with any requests.

Would be 5 stars if not for the fact that we rented a 3 bedroom apartment sleeping 8 people. We had 8 people. We only had bedding for 6. We only had 1 small pan but my biggest gripe is we only got allocated 1 single car bay. Management. Cars usually have 5 seats. Sometimes 7. Rarely more which means 8 people come in 2 cars not one and asking us to park across a highway where I need to guide my kids across traffic no zebra path or lights or even proper parking for that matter just a grassed verge seriously impacts the otherwise professional image of the resort.

Staff sure made us welcome. Rooms quiet clean and roomy…

Absolutely wonderful place to stay very modern apartments. We have been coming here since 2007 and will keep coming back, close to beautiful Busselton beaches not far from shops.

Great facilities, secure, comfortable. Any issues and the service people are there instantly to resolve. Good service. Wish there was more than one parking bay for 3 bedroom units but that's something that can't be changed.

It is a lovely venue. The 3 bed apartment we stayed in was very clean and spacious. Facilities were excellent, with tennis courts, a games room, a restaurant/bar (just off site but you get a discount in the restaurant by showing your keycard), an indoor/outdoor pool with spa pool. The beach is just a few minutes walk away. It is located a fair bit away from the town centre so you would properly want to drive. The 6km is quite a trek! Also, seems a bit tight to give 2 hours of Wi-Fi per day which is one of the only drawbacks.

Great facilities. Games room is super cool. Inside pool and outdoor. The rooms are very spacious. Close to everything and right next to the beach. Great stay overall.

Great and friendly customer service. The room we stayed in was neat and tidy. We stayed in the studio apartment and the one thing they should change is the shower head. You can buy a goose neck shower head very cheap. The current shower head is at neck height so I have to squat to wash my hair.

Very nice place to stay, not really suited or recommended if you have young children. Self contained apartments are well layed out and indoor pool comes in handy if the wind gets too cold in he afternoons.

Great location, the bungalows are modern and clean. All rooms air-conditioned. Staff are friendly and helpful. Quick access to a nice quiet beach. Would stay again.

We love our visits so much we don't ever wanna come home a beautiful place to stay right practically on the beach. Love you lots thanks for many past memories and looking forward to many more.

Nice hotel. Comfortable and spacious. Air conditioned rooms. Beach is five mins walk. Indoor and outdoor swimming pools. The only problem is the check in and check out time. You check in at 2 pm and have to check out at 10 am. You loose two days of vacations as you do not get to enjoy the day.

Good clean and enjoyable holiday location close to one of the nicest beaches in Australia. With single rooms to three bedroom apartments there are good options for everyone. The "fun" features are first class with pools, games rooms, tennis and even squash courts. Great for family holiday.

3 bedrooms self service apartment was huge and big… nice and cozy place to stay.

Absolutely fabulous place! We loved our time here. The staff were exceptional. The room was beautiful and everything was just perfect.

Nice gardens very relaxing. The rooms were modern and clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. Only gripe the amusement room you had to pay for pool.

Fantastic, we stayed 3 nights, very reasonably priced, office staff, house keeping, grounds staff and Richie were awesome! Facilities are great, bbq's are cleaned daily and look like new every morning, went to have a early morning Sunday bacon and eggs and the bbq was so clean you could eat off it, rooms are cleaned daily and look great, comfy beds and nice linen, pool and spa areas are immaculate and chemicals checked daily (thanks Ritchie). We are looking forward to our next stay.

Great staff at reception, well appointed room, but although when we booked we were informed the tariff included breakfast. On arrival we were told that they don't have a restaurant and we were given a breakfast package (similar to a military ration pack) to eat in our room. A little strange.

Good hotel with lots of activity and luxury features. + Conference room for meeting. + Indoor and outdoor heated swimming pool. + Convenience deli next door. + Kid room with plenty of toys + My favorite is the squash court, best for releasing tress. Can go there at anytime, any season. Privacy for single chilled out or enjoy family relaxing. Heaps of beaches nearby for fishing: Eagle Bay, Busselton Jetty.

We have been at the Sebel in Busselton during our trip to this area and would highly recommend it as a fabulous place with comfort and amenities galore. Beachfront location, privacy and a spacious studio room with balcony and huge spa bath to relax after days of touring this region. Staff are very helpful with any queries and local info. Location is perfect and with games room, pools and restaurants and cafes on all sides very convenient. We may not leave at this point.

We stay here for at least a week every year & love it. Heated indoor pool & spa if we come in cooler months plus 2 outdoor pools, tennis & squash courts, games room, entertainment room with video games, pool, table tennis etc & gym. They are great units with full kitchen & laundry, great service with a park & beach behind the resort plus shops & food close by. Highly recommend holidaying here.

Worth the money for the price we paid. Rooms are big with big bathroom and had a large spa in it. Pool is big with gym, tennis court and bikes available for hire. Clean. Close to beach.

Fantastic place to stay… close to beach… with own access… location is secure… great place to take kids and stay over, they have a kids area.

Very nice rooms an facilities. Helpful staff. Only let down is no free Wi-Fi in this day and age it's pretty disappointing.
