Beautiful clean, nice friendly owners, park the car and walk to all shops and pubs, would recommend this motel to everyone, great pool.

Quiet room. Comfortable bed. The pool was great after a long hot day of travelling. Highly recommend :)

We stayed here a couple of times when we first started coming to this beautiful area (we now live in town) and found the accommodation to be exceptional, and the owners lovely.
So close to town, the convenience has to be experienced to be believed.

Very upsetting experience with these hosts. Cannot understand why they were so rude to us. We cancelled one room from our booking for one night but they cancelled all rooms for two nights and charged me full rate for two rooms for one night and left us with no accommodation. When I went in to talk to them about it they said they did not care, did not want to discuss it and called us ignorant when all we wanted to do was explain that we had just asked to cancel one room and see if they could understand what happened from our end. Talked over us the entire time and continued to say “I do not care”.
That is not customer service and we are incredibly angry with their attitude and taking our money without even a chance to talk through the issue.
Have done a lot of travelling, have never come across such odd hosts. Major no-go!

Friendly staffs comfortable beds walking distance to town. My partner and I enjoyed it very much and also a not very far away from the Beechworth Asylum Definitely coming back to Beechworth to this place.

Great family friendly motor inn. We stayed on a road trip to Canberra and NSW and were so impressed we stayed again on our way back. It's a family owned inn and Warren and family certainly made us feel very welcome and gave us some hints for great places to visit and places to eat. Our rooms both times were clean and warm on arrival. The bathroom is a bit dated, but super clean. Very happy with our stay here and definitely recommend!

Fantastic motel. Clean, modern with friendly check in and check out. We had a "family" room with sepearate bedroom for kids. Perfect for a short stay in winter (had pool etc for summer)

Decided at the last minute to stop at Beechworth and found this by chance. Clean and quiet. Excellent value for money and loved the fact we could just walk to dinner. Very helpful service and appreciated the local advice from reception team.

I give it a five star rating clean rooms infact very clean, the service is fantastic specially from the young lady at reception she was helpful with supplying information with places to visit and always had a lovely smile on her face. The Armour Motor Inn is also in walking distance to everything which is great We had a three night stay and we where very comfortable.

Walking distance to all the shops and sights. Very clean quiet room. Management were very helpful and friendly.

Great hosts, comfy room and very short walk to the shops and some really good restaurants. Very helpful in providing secure storage for our bikes. The bike trail is nearby so we used this as a base for our cycling trip. We enjoyed our stay.

3rd stay here now and very happy with the place, comfortable beds, slept like a log once I hit the pillow. We have stayed in room 5 on each occasion and as this is closest to the road, I cannot hear the traffic at all. Owners are very obliging and extremely nice, I would not hesitate to recommend this motel to anyone wanting to stay here. For motorbike riders you can park your bike under cover just across from the entrance and next to the front entry door. Bernie and Selena Buko.

Second time staying here with the family, absolutely fantastic service, great position as you can park the car and walk every where around town. Great pool, the kids love it, we will definitely be staying here again. Fiona and Warren do a fantastic job looking after you.

"Great value motel in central location. " Spent two nights at this lovely motel. Comfortable, quiet room with a balcony and outdoor seating. Queen-sized bed was very comfortable with dual-controlled electric blanket for chilly nights. Plenty of room in the shower — always a plus for me! Another plus was the towels — decent size and great for drying. The hosts were most welcoming, friendly and informative and even provided us an earlier check in. Within an easy walk to bus stop, shops and restaurants as well as most of the attractions offered in this delightful and historic town. We will definitely stay there again.

The room was OK very clean and tidy. The bed was very firm and not very comfortable. Unfortunately we had booked the same night a wedding party had guests booked in, so the place was very noisy with screaming kids running up and down the hallways and stairs day and night. With the venue 100% booked carparking is first in, best dressed. Goodluck finding a spot as it was apparent the senior drivers liked to take up at least 2 parking spots everytime. Not many onsite parking spots when the place is booked out. We also had christmas decoration lights directly outside our balcony door which even with the heavy drapes drawn would light up the room with their non-stop flashing all night. Would check the booking status before staying next time, if its booked out. Look elsewhere.
