Check in was very streamlined. The staff were very welcoming and the apartment was great. I will definitely rebook here next time I am in Melbourne.

I want to personally say thank you for the lovely hand written card, that myself and my 46 fellow work colleagues received on our arrival. It was thoughtful and touching. Our stint is now done, but I will certainly return. Sometimes it’s just a little act of kindness that has the most profound affect.

Clean comfortable close to everything polite staff great food and coffee down stairs.

Staff at check in were exceptional — thank you Nicholas and Corinne! Room (penthouse) can only be described as fabulous, great amenities, close to shopping precinct. I would like to move in!

I can see why there are so many bad reviews for customer service for this crap hole, we didn't even step through the doors, had to cancel our booking after paying in full up front and we got no refund so they got paid for nothing and couldn't have been less helpful if they tried to be. I will certainly never be going here or any partnering hotels in the future. My advice would be keep searching and skin straight past this place.

The best experience we’ve had with any accommodation in Melbourne. Friendly, kind staff, amazing facilities that are fresh, clean. It’s like coming home to our home away from home. We were surprised to be informed our room had been upgraded on our arrival which was such a beautiful gesture. Thank you Adina team.

Staff were very friendly and the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Location was incredibly, walking distance to Southbank, southern cross train station and tram stop right outside. Highly recommend and would stay again!

Me and my mum came down for a few days, the staff were all very helpful the room was spacious and clean. The hotel is dead centre and within walking distance of most things and the teams are less then a street away. Will be staying here again.

I’ve just had an excellent experience with this hotel. They have thoughtfully places a “review us” function attached to their Wi-Fi connection which I used twice to give feedback. On both occasions my feedback was addressed immediately with very positive results. I was super impressed with their ability to respond to the needs of guests.

Our appartment was on the 16th floor and could not ask for a better spacious clean appartment. Loved that we had 2 bathroom and 2 toilet facilities which made it so much easier to get ready for melbourne cup day. Customer service was great whenever we needed assistance. The location is very central to all our activities we wanted to do. The room service (cleaning) was amazing. We dined down stairs which the food was delishous. Definately will be coming back here in the future. Well done Adina appartments.

Huge apartments and great location, especially for Flinders Lane restaurants. Great views and very comfortable, well appointed apartments. Small gripe, the beds are getting a bit saggy, shower over bath a bit tired.

Zero stars out of five if possible. Terrible service, non existant managers, possible terrorists. Also they are extremely good at claiming loose personal items from the rooms. One staff member touched my butt. Not my fault he went out of the window. All in all, I'd actually rather contract Ebola than even look at this disaster of a business.

The service here was spectacular! The room was a lot bigger than expected and at a great price! Staff were helpful and kind and the carpark pricing was actually affordable not to mention you're also right in the heart of the city, a minutes walk from Fed Square and the Forum!

Good service with unlimited internet access at a considerable speed. Everything is clean and the view is good. The cleaners clean the rooms everyday. It's a tall building with the floors reaching up to 15 I think. The balconies are off limits and locked in case of a suicide which is a good and bad thing. But all in all its a pretty good hotel and not too pricy.

The location was great as it was very central to Melbourne and made getting to places very convenient but unfortunately that’s where the praising ends for us. We checked into our room and it did not look like what the confirmation email said it would. We were led to believe that the room would be an “open plan, kitchenette & combined living/dining with free Wi-Fi”. The free Wi-Fi would have been great if our room could get it. We had to go out into the hall to connect and then once we went back into the room, the Wi-Fi would be out of range.
The combined living/dining was a bed with a small round table and one arm chair. When we asked the duty manager where we were meant to dine in our room he avoided the question completely. Like other reviews posted on here, customer service is not one of the hotels assets. We were disappointed in the customer service that we received when we questioned the rooms features to what the description on the website and in the email said as the manager was very dismissive and appeared as though he did not care for our concerns at all. We were told by the manager the room was snug and that if we were staying for longer than a few days than we would want a bigger room but the room would be fine for the amount of time we were staying there. We weren’t asking to be told what type of room we would be fine with, we were asking why the email description did not match the room.

Great hotel. Clean, friendly, central, with a well furnished lobby. Good price to boot. We enjoyed our time there.

Stayed for 8 nights on the 16th floor. Rooms are very clean, spacious, perfectly suited for 2 adults and so centrally located. We also had several meals and coffees at the adjoining restaurant downstairs, which was even open on Christmas Day. We celebrated our 13th Wedding Anniversary during our stay and were presented with a lovely bottle of wine, card and chocolates by management that was delivered to our room. I’m not sure how they knew but it was such a lovely surprise x x Would highly recommend staying here and will definately be rebooking for our next trip to Melbourne.

We have stayed a number of times at Adina in Queen St, Melbourne. The rooms are middle of the range available in Melbourne. There is a good restaurant on the ground floor that delivers room service of a very high quality in a timely manner. The hotel team are a pot-luck. Some are very helpful and focus on service and some do not. We have had a very poor experience today and were treated in a very disrespectful manner with no customer service and a rather large dose of ego at play. We will never stay at Adina again and would suggest if customer service is important to you, then give this hotel a miss. I sent an email expressing my disappointment several hours ago and sadly have had no response.

Two bedroom apartment was great. Spacious and clean. Wasn't sure about to bed to start with as it was a bit stiff but it turned out to be great for sleeping on.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment which was really nice. Lots of room, big lounge and 2 bathrooms. Very clean and staff were attentive and friendly. Perfect location, we walked everywhere from here. It is on the train line which you could hear from bedrooms at night. But other than that it was great!

Great location, good size apartments and the views are to die for. House keeping could be better for a 4.5 star place.

Stayed for one night for the footy. Great big apartment room with balcony overlooking Flinders station, the river, AAMI Park and all the surrounds. Rooms were well appointed, very clean and tidy and the staff even left a complimentary pancake breakfast for us to enjoy in the morning! There was ample parking at very reasonable rate and for less than $200 a night during a footy finals weekend you seriously couldn't ask for more. Beds were also very comfortable.

Fantastic rooms and price. Stayed down over the weekend for a bucks party with a group of 10, no nagging and no fuss. The rooms were immaculate and the view spectacular. Free tram outside and within close proximity of everything in the city makes this the place to stay. I'm extremely happy to have stayed here and would even consider coming back. Great stuff!

Nice hotel apartments, price was excellent, everything was very clean and tidy. We didn't pay for the view but still got one which was nice. Staff were very friendly and halpful. Will. Definitely stay here again.

Excellent value for money, and great location. The appartment I stayed in was huge and very comfortable.

We got a warehouse loft apartment which was large, roomy & comfortable. Now for the downside. The noise from the club downstairs was unbearable. The access to the rooms was up a little alley way then up a couple of flights of stairs, no lift. The phone and dryer didn't work as well.

Staff are great! Location is perfect, the room was very high quality had the best night ever! Highly recommend for anyone going to the city for the night very affordable.

Rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and amenities. Location is quiet, with access to nearby laneway restaurants and cafes.

Pretty spacious room, with separate lounge kitchen and bathroom. Two TVs! Now that's rare. Hand towels were seemingly clean but were a little stained.

Adina was perfect for our needs. Clean rooms, ample space and great location.

Great location. Room was very comfortable and spacious. Balcony was nice. The restaurant isn't actually part of it but the food and service was second to none. All the Adina staff were great. The only negative was the car park. Entry to each floor is practically impossible for 2 cars and there is no way of seeing if a car is coming. It's also really hard to get out of because the lane isn't wide enough for 2 cars.

Great hotel with friendly staff located close to shops and restaurants. The house restaurant QSR is really good for a feed. The Eggs Benedict is recommended for a good brekkie. The room was nice and spacious and very comfortable bed and pillows.

Room was tiny, I could barely get my suitcase into the room. The staff we very casual in their approach and did not feel like high level of service. The phone line when making a booking is crackling so I could barely hear the receptionist taking the booking. When and if housekeeping came though they did not tidy the bathroom nor did they provide fresh towels. The hotel does not offer a food and beverage service so all meals must be sourced externally. I wouldnt reccomend this to a corporate client in Melbourne for work.

I liked the hotel. It is located near shopping centres which is good for tourists and short visitors. However, my room view was not good and I was given a room on lower levels. Internet connection is very expensive and you won't get free access to the Internet which makes your stay very hard. Breakfast is not included and you need to pay for that as well. Even you get charged for usual services such as cleaning. Stuff are nice and polite but in overall this hotel is not a good value for money.
