Fantastic place to stay… Room was lovely with a great spa bath in the room. Lovely extra touches including heated towel rack and candles in the bathroom. Breakfast was lovely with homemade bread and fresh orange juice. Even got to try some black pudding! The hosts were lovely and gave lots of useful information about the area. Lovely way to spend our first year anniversary :)

Great cottage across from water. Very helpful with where to visit in the area. Had to try black pudding & haggis for breakfast, was scrumptious. Look forward to returning for longer stay. Oysters from area worth trip back.

Lovely B&B, very clean and with a lot of personality. You might or might not like the English cosy style, but if you do, you'll love Freycinet Waters. Great breakfast and overall great service/host. It is located in a small town though, so I would recommend having a car and getting around from there.

Karen was very friendly with us and the room was immaculate. Great breakfast as well. Truly recommendable.

Comfortable B&B with welcoming hosts. They were able to accommodate us for a one night stay over Easter weekend when other places had 2 or 3 night minimum stays. Hearty, tasty breakfast incorporating home made and local produce.

Lovely hosts really looked after us in their comfy guesthouse overlooking the water. Well appointed and you can even help yourself to some port! Tasty breakfast is the icing on the cake :)

I reserved the Queen Room facing the sea. Good view with a patio. It's a pity it rained hard the day I stayed. Very friendly and hospitable hosts and recommended quality restaurants in the local area and interesting sites for upcoming destinations. Free breakfast included in room rates is a gem — they offered choices over the main dish, in addition, there is juice, cereal, home-made loaf, milk, coffee and tea. Highly recommended when you visited Swansea.

A small and lovely town in the middle between Hobart and Launceston. Karen is a friendly and helpful host. Our room is neat and clean, well maintained. It provided a good view facing the sea. Karen made a English breakfast for me w black pudding and haggin reminded our good memory in Lake District.

This is a wonderful B and B. Karen was super friendly and helpful with tips from where to eat to doing the laundry. Our spa room was very spacious, comfortable bed and comfy chairs to lounge on. The spa certainly got a run after doing a 11km hike. Your breakfast will keep you going well past lunchtime with cereals and cooked to start the day. Certainly will be recommending to friends.

Fantastic place to stay in Swansea. So much attention to detail with room ammenities and little extras added (sweets and little port jug). You can really see that hosts, Karen and Bob, want to make their guests feel welcome. Breakfast the next morning was excellent. Would highly recommend this B&B as a place to stay when travelling up Tasmania's East Coast.

This is an amazing little BnB! We loved it. The view to the water and the spa bath was awesome. It such a great little spot. We loved the home cooked breakfast in the morning. It was great way to start the day.

One of Tasmania's best Bed and Breakfast venues. What a great surprise we had when we dropped in to stay upexpectedly at Freycinet Waters Bed and Breakfast Swansea, Tasmania. We were amazed that they weren't booked out. The room was first class, the breakfast was hot and quality and the hosts very professional. If you are looking for accommodation on Tasmania's East Coast you can not beat Freycinet Waters.
