Perfect spacious and very clean apartments.

Recently stayed overnight. Our room was lovely and clean and so spacious. Staff where lovely and friendly. Will definitely be returning in the future.

Great space for a family, clean, neat, with a lot of space for a city apartment. Bathroom was a bit dated, views are of buildings very close up, carpark is tight but great to have somewhere off street to park. Can be hard to find a park out front when trying to check-in, we dropped one person off while the other did laps. Enjoyed our time there, would go back. Good value for money. Convenient location. Our room had a Nespresso machine and the free Wi-Fi was great for the rainy weather, we had no problems with it.

Got upgraded from a 2 bed to a 3 bed. Rooms are nice. Room where we stayed had less then great hot water pressure. Car park is extremely tight bit functional.

I don't think location wise there could be any place better than this apartment to stay in Adelaide, be it tourist purpose or business. Most of the importance places landmarks are in walking range. Very spacious place, the staff is good. Especially Ms Aman on reception, who was Very pleasant, welcoming and helpful in accommodating our late check out request and keeping our luggage for safe custody, as we had 4 hours to spend in the city before proceeding to airport.

Stayed there with my bridal party after my hens night and it was so comfortable and quiet. The staff were very helpful and polite.

Nice old world charm good location lift singular is the SLOWEST in captivity. Very annoying especially when staff cleaning. Not their fault but take the stairs its quicker.

Only had executive suite available, coffee machine is basically the only addition and it was broken. They take a $100 freeze on your credit card, had no mention of it when booking over the phone and very upset as it shortened my already short budget, they said it will be released within 28 days, the room itself was $145 itself per night, which isn't bad in itself especially considering room size, for $40 more you can get a room at the intercontinental with Room service and a nicer view, bigger bed and all your missing out on is a kitchen, however you also get a bath. All in all its a okay service for when no other option, however the $100 hold should have been announced upon booking, not after they accepted the prepaid booking (which they will not refund under any circumstances regardless of how early cancellation is)

Huge apartment in almost the centre of Adelaide. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment and for a week and have loved it. It’s quiet most of the time (mornings have a bunch of truck deliveries out the front to other businesses) and the place was serviced daily. There’s a vending machine on the ground floor if you get crazy for the nibbles and a cafe 5 steps further down the lobby for breakfast in a hurry. We would stay here again, the rate is great for the three of us (2 + 1 kid) and it’s made short staying in Adelaide that much more pleasant. The beds were comfortable and clean. The bathroom and kitchenette are well appointed and serviceable. It’s slightly dated through out, but we’re not staying here to be stranded in the apartment. We just need somewhere to relax and enjoy doing nothing much after longish days wandering around the city.

Only stayed the 1night, but the room was very clean and comfortable. Everything you need was only a short walk, such as transport, pubs and shopping. Only complaint is the front reception staff were slow and not quite up to speed with things when checking out.

Spacious apartment. Good service. Great location. Noisy during the night /early morning… woke us up many times. The blinds also allow light into the room… block out blinds would be a big improvement.

Lovely apartments with everything you need. Friendly staff and a great location. I would recommend it for everyone. I have no idea about the normal prices though because we got a cheap last minute deal.

We booked a room for 2 nights for this place to only book us 1 night meaning we had to leave with no where to stay at 1pm on a Saturday, got charged $100 for a few empty alcohol cans which obviously we would’ve cleaned if we had of got our two night stay which we booked, wouldn’t recommend! Staff were very unhelpful.

Location is very good — in the middle of Adelaide city. Restaurants and shops all accessible. Adelaide has its own charm. The apartments were practical, in a classic traditional building.

This is a special hotel for long stays. It has rooms with a bedroom, a living area, a bathroom and a small preparatory kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher and microwave. There is also a washing machine and dryer.

Convenient location. Easy check in process. Apartment was spacious and clean. But it does not provide parking.

A group of us stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment at Franklin Central Apartments and must say we loved it. The space was huge and apartment was very very clean. Would definitely recommend and will stay there again.

Absolutely beautiful had everything we needed and more. Clean and spacious and so close to everything. Staff are very helpful and friendly. I will definitely be coming back. Very happy and am more than happy to recommend Franklin central apartments.

Found some human hair in the bathroom otherwise overall experience was good. A little slow in the check in.

To be honest I felt a bit duped. The ornate red brick is literally just a facade and our room a bit below par. The apartment was really small and the bedroom just tiny. Every single thing was charged extra, from internet capped at 100mb at 50c per minute, to high chairs, cots, DVD player at $10-15 per night. None of these were in the room. No service Sunday, so weekends you basically have to look after yourself as we did. No gym, no pool, no nothing. Just a room really. Reception claimed to have never heard of The Barossa and the parking fee was higher than if we'd booked a park ahead. At much less than the $230 per night they charged I have had much better serviced apartments in Sydney and Melbourne closer to the City centre and with way better facilities. Give it a miss.

Central location, close to Central Markets. Very convenient. Apartments are well equipped and comfortable.

Sofa bed unsleepable. Don't Park in their car park, very difficult to get out off.

The rooms and facilities are pretty decent but don't get me started on the free Wi-Fi… Trying to get my YouTube on and getting constant buffering issues. I mean… come on?! Nah but seriously, it ok here. It's pretty close to some pub where you can have a drink. And there's some food nearby too. I mean it's not fancy or anything, but for the money, what did you expect? Stop being a tight-ar$e. Edit: change my rating to 4 stars coz I felt I was being a bit mean with 3. To sum up: it's not bad here :)

A very unpleasant stay. The apartment were decent. The majority of the receptionists had a very dull attitude, that includes the "manager". Wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

Very good experience. Enjoyed my stay here.
