Nice little hotel. Very clean and the place smells nice. Very reasonably priced.

Charged us for our stay twice. Unhelpful. Wont even email us an apology and explanation, despite going back and forth about it for 5 days now. hotel is nice but the service is disappointing.

Had a lovely, hassle free weekend stay. Within easy walking distance to great restaurants and Rundle mall.

Enjoyed my stay. Beautiful big sized rooms and very reasonable rates.

Very old style but extremely clean with all the mod cons.

broken window shutters and windows so dirty you can't see out them.
have photos but can't add them
more like a backpackers as has communal kitchen and laundry.
parking is at roper carpark which cost us $52 overnight as hotel offers vouchers but fail to tell you not to prepay.

Pleasant hotel. Friendly staff. The room was quiet. The beds and pillows were comfortable.

Hotel looks nothing like the photos. We were told family rooms were booked out so we opted for share room with two kids. The room was dirty, carpets looked filthy, chair covers disgusting. Bathroom had dirty floor and shower had algae. Half of us decided to go home and shower since we were lucky to be localite. They said we had one of the biggest rooms but it was so disgusting I would not recommend it to stay here. Quiets expensive for the price we paid.

The reception staff are truly amazing and go the extra mile to assist their guests and prospective guests. We are New Zealanders that were intending to stay here but with all the travel restrictions now in place on both sides of the Tasman we have had to postpone our visit. Definitely looking forward to meeting the awesome staff face to face once travel restrictions are eased. Gail.

Amazing hotel with very friendly and helpfull staff.

We loved the beautiful paintings throughout the hotel also the elegant furnishings in the lounge.

The first time I've stayed and this is an amazing place, so comfortable and spacious, delightful staff and this suite would be incredible for a week long stay or similar.

I believe Adelaide has a long way to go before the quality and style of Overseas 5 star hotels is reached! The decor of this Boutique Hotel is not up to the standard it should be to be called a boutique hotel!

We had an amazing stay at Adabco. Staff was super helpful and friendly (cannot agree with a previous comment at all! ). Great value for money. Guest kitchen a great bonus. Loved it here, highly recommended.

I would not recommend this hotel at all the staff are rude and very unhelpful room service is expensive the room we are in is not wheelchair friendly they have gym facilities but only for family only no hotel guests and the room we are in is smelly.

Stayed for 10 nights Nice enough, nothing spectacular. Friendly staff, reception open 24/7, comfy bed, cosy rooms and bathroom. Breakfast not included $15pp per day extra. Minifridge in your room and Kitchenette available on each floor. As with most share areas, only enough Cutlery for two. Unable to open the windows so the rooms get quite stuffy if you don't run the AC constantly. Laundry only accepts $2 coins, $4 for a wash and another $4 to dry, reception is able to exchange notes. Overall a pleasant stay with the main perk being in a central city location with plenty of access to public transport nearby.

Great hotel with kitchen and shared dining room is a hotel not a hostel the rooms are large comfortable and are nicely decorated. Totally recommendable.

Great place for rest and relaxation. Breakfast variety has improved since a few years ago. Need parking for hotel guests as the ticket inspectors are there 24/7. Internet is faster than nbn at home. Friendly staff. Has kitchen so you can make your own food and save money dining out or ordering room service.

Great accommodation in Adelaide. It is not exactly the city center but in 8-10 minutes walking you reach the main streets.
The rooms are spacious and clean. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom, although small, meets.
In each hallway there is a common area with everything you need to cook and eat.
The staff is very friendly and willing.

We loved it. The price was so reasonable for the comfort & style and the TV was almost as big as the bed! Conveniently located and as we were out and about the parking wasn't an issue. The staff were just lovely and we saw a lot of folk cooking their own meals in the communal kitchen but there were too many nice eating spots in Adelaide to spoil ourselves in.

Much appreciated the friendly staff who were so helpful when my phone was lost in the city that day, they assistance and thoughtfulness was reassuring, (no sign of phone yet). Hotel room very comfortable. Annalies.

We were very happy to have found this hotel. The room was spacious and the kitchen and guest area on our floor made snacking easy and enjoyable. Helpful staff.

Beautiful, quiet hotel, close enough to walk anywhere in the city. The cleaning was amazing. Everything smells fresh and clean. Linens were crisp and lovely. Comfortable beds. Staff very friendly and super accommodating to my individual needs. Great value for money in top location. Highly recommend anyone to stay here 10/10

This Hotel was very good value for money. It had very, very clean crisp linen and comfortable bed that was firmish but soft enough for me, a fussy bed chooser, the pillows were amazing very puffy but soft. Supplied with plenty of pillows and linen. Just what I was looking for after a very long day of travelling, I love the Victorian Decor and and the big TV's everywhere. The Staff were multicultural, which I loved and were prompt, professional and very, very friendly. The Chef was very organised and set up a extensive breakfast menu choice, including boiled eggs, made to my soft boil request, that were perfect. All requests were met with prompt attention, including a ground floor room, with amazing high ceilings and a wonderful mix of Victorian decor and modern bathroom with easy to control hand held shower, the Shower products extensive and good quality, absolutely love the smell of the body cream. The Hotel had more space than I thought, looking on the internet. It was grand in the old world style. I adored the comfortable Victorian furniture in the lounge. Leather chesterfields, comfortable armchairs amazing carpets and beautiful wood furniture etc, Water on tap as soon as you arrive from your travels by the receptionist desk. Just loved it wish I could move in. Highly recommended.

Very nice hotel in walking distance to the city centre. The rooms are great and clean. The breakfast was quite clear but all fresh and tasty. Parking space could have more but that is owed to the situation.

I stayed overnight at the Adabco for 1 night with my girlfriend on a trip to Adelaide. The room was nice with plenty of space and a big TV. The receptionist was very helpful and also let us put our bags behind reception both days, as we were travelling around the city. The only negative was the breakfast. There was a small selection and what was on offer wasn't the freshest. Overall I would recommend Adabco. It is fairly central and we got to where we needed to quickly from the hotel.

Beautiful, 5min walk from Victoria Square, where you leave for all the attractions of the city. Outside the hotel there is the bus stop num 170/172 is day ke at night, very convenient! The huge room, comfortable, nice and clean bathroom, comfortable bed, lockers, huge TV, Frigor desk, hot tea, coffee, ironing board, safe, Kitbagno, towel change and daily cleaning. Good breakfast Staff! Laundromat service inside the hotel super organized economical and convenient! Great kitchen in every floor, you can use, with everything you need. Great Hotel!

Rooms were pleasant. Shared kitchen seemed clean and tidy. Air freshener smell in hallways was a bit overpowering.

This hotel smells really nice. Full kitchen facilities are available, although I don't know how you arrange to use them.

Visited friends who were staying there who had come from interstate. A lovely clean Hotel in a great location. Very nice rooms from which any city traffic could not be heard. Our friends are impressed with this Hotel and are enjoying their holiday in it.

Clean room, good bed but for some reason the queen room my friend stayed in was bigger than my king room. Also WAY too much air freshener in the corridors! Thankfully couldn't smell it in the rooms but was overpowering when you get into the corridor.

Not a bad hotel, they have clearly tried to update the decor, but need to replace noisy air-conditioning units and loose shower heads. With all the Louvres, don't expect a street view. There is also no parking other than on-street, which is free 6pm-8am, but beware all other times.

Nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staffs. Very clean hotel with good shower pressure. One interesting feature about this hotel is that it comes with a communal kitchen. Walkable (approx 15 mins walk) to Rundle Place. Would stay here again if I'm around this area.

The place got a class, found check in easy and efficient, free Wi-Fi with a very good speed, plenty of pillows towels and other amenities. A communal laundry and a full equiped kitchen for families and log stay people. A little bit more attention to the detail cleaning in bathroom and option of some hot breakfast would get it earn my last star.

Great location, excellent price, nice clean rooms but not big. Perfect for one or two people.

Be very careful in the shower, the water runs very hot and the controls are not thermostatic so you can easily scold yourself. The TV setup at the hotel is so bad that part of the picture is actually chopped off.

Hotel is perfect, very comfortable, excellent location. The only down side is parking. No on-site parking, so had to pay for in street, and keep moving it, or leave it down by the park in an unrestricted zone.

We recently stayed at the hotel which was clean, well presented and had great facilities for guests. A continental breakfast was provided daily, plus there are kitchens on each floor for guests to use. The hotel is in easy walking distance to the city (approx 15 — 20 minutes walk), Botanical gardens and the zoo, and transport is easy around the city. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great hotel, clean, reasonable and great facilities. Family room worked out perfectly with the toddler and grandparents.

A nice and quiet hotel, located "in the CBD" in so much as it's only a 10-20 minute walk to Rundle Mall. A little too far from good food venues, and no on-site facilities. Breakfast provided standard continental.
